ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of its box and make sure that all
of the pieces are there, Fig. 1:
(56) Main post with handlebar; (1) Main body; (H)
Monitor; (40) Front trim cover; (34) Top trim cover;
(36) Rear trim cover; (115) Bottle holder; (28) Flat
washer M-10; (95) Grower washer M-10; (99) Allen
screw M-10x25; (112) Screw M-4x15; (43) Self-
tapping screw 4x15; (83) Screw M-5x6; (104) Allen
key; (120) Star-driver spanner;(106) The adapter.

1. ATTACHING THE MONITOR.-
Release screws (83), Fig.2, at the back of the
monitor.
Bring the monitor (H) to the handlebar stem (56)
Fig.2, connect the terminal (126) coming out of the
handlebar stem (56) and the monitor (H16), Fig.2.
Take hold of the Hand-grip connector (167),
sticking out of the main post 31, and plug it into
(H17), located at the back of the monitor (H), as
shown in Fig.2.
Insert the monitor (H) onto the handlebar stem
(56), as shown in Fig.2, making sure not to pinch
any of the cables. Next, slide the front of the
monitor onto the plate on top of the main post (56)
in the direction of the arrow, Fig.2, push the cables
down into the main post making sure not the pinch
any of the cables.
Replace the screws (83) removed previously.
2. FITTING THE MAIN POST.-
Take hold of the post (56) and bring it up to the
boss on the main body (1), connect the terminals
(126), sticking out of the bottom of the post, with
terminal (n) coming up out of the top of the tube on
the main body (1), Fig.3, now slip the main post
over the boss on the main body in the direction of
the arrow, making sure not to snag any of the
cables.
Check that the cables are connected correctly by
spinning the dynamo until the monitor starts to
operate.
Once you have checked that it works, insert
screws (99) along with their flat washers (28) and
Grower washer (95) Fig.3.
Line the main post up with the main body and
tighten the screws securely.
3. FITTING THE FRONT TRIM COVER.-
Fit the trim cover by sliding it onto the side tubes,
see Fig.4. Next, take screw (112) and secure the
cover by tightening the screw.
Next, remove the screws (116), from the main post
(56), Fig.4, position the bottle holder and secure it
by using the screws removed previously.

4. FITTING THE TOP TRIM COVER.-
Position the trim cover on top of the side tubes,
see Fig.5, slide the cover forward, inserting it into
the slots on the main body (1) then position it on
the saddle post in the direction of the arrow.
5. FITTING THE REAR TRIM COVER.-
Having completed the previous steps, take the rear
cover (36) and position it on the saddle post, as
shown in the direction of the arrow Fig.6., and
screw it to the top trim cover and the saddle post
using screws (118).
6. ADJUSTING THE SADDLE HEIGHT.-
Loosen the saddle height control knob (19) a little,
Fig.7, turning it anti-clockwise and then pulling the
saddle upward, when it is at the right height lock it
into position by turning the height control knob (19)
clockwise until secure.
7. LEVELLING.-
Oncethe unit has been placed into its final position
for doing exercise, make sure that it sits flat on the
floor and that it is level. This can be achieved by
screwing the adjustable support blocks (92) up or
down, as shown in Fig.8.
8. MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The appliance is equipped with wheels (97) making
it easier to move about. The two wheels at the front
of the appliance make it easy to store the machine
away, as shown in Fig.9.
9. PULSE MEASUREMENT.-
Your pulse rate is measured by placing both hands
on pulse sensors (110) located on the seat
handgrips or the handlebar, see Fig.10.
NOTE:
You can also use the chest band (OPTIONAL
TELEMETRIC PULSE SENSOR) to measure your
heart rate.
The reading from the telemetric pulse rate takes
preference over the pulse sensors (110) located on
the seat handgrips or handlebar.
10. BATTERY CHARGE.-
Before starting the battery charge, make sure that
the mains voltage is compatible with the AC/DC
adaptor.
Connect the AC/DC adaptor (106) to the mains.
Then, connect the DC terminal to the connector
located at the low end of the chain cover Fig.11.
