Components
Upon unpacking your bed from it’s delivery box, you should have the separate
pieces shown below. Follow the steps on the next pages to assemble your new
bed.

Step 1 Loosen the bolts on the sideboards (2) (3) and foot-
board (4) using the Allen key (I) to prepare for
mounting.

Step 2 2.1 Hook the headboard (1) to the front end of both
sideboards (2) (3).
2.2 Hook the back end of both sideboards (2) (3) to
the footboard (4).
2.3 Tighten the bolts using the Allen key (I) to secure
the formed structure.

Step 3 Unscrew and remove the nut from the threaded rod
on the L-shaped bar of the gas lift mechanism using
the spanner (G). Keep the nut as you will need it in
the following steps.

Step 4 4.1 Lift the L-shaped bar and the gas lift strut so that
the threaded rod on the L-shaped bar could t into
the hole of the gas lift strut.
4.2 Secure the structure formed in Step 4.1 using the
nut removed from Step 3.
Repeat the whole process for the other gas lift mech-
anism.

Step 5 5.1 Unfold the slat set (5) to make a full size slat set.
5.2 Place the slat set on a level surface, making sure
the underside is facing you.
5.3 Fit a at washer (B) to a bolt (A). Insert the bolt
into the hole on the side face of the middle metal
bar, making sure it protrudes from the other side.
Fit a at washer (B) and then a nut (C) to the bolt
protruding from the other side and tighten with the
spanner (D).
Repeat for the other hole on the middle metal bar.

Step 6 6.1 With the gas lift arms raised, ip the slat set the
right way up and place it on top of the arms.
6.2 Insert bolts (E) into corresponding holes from the
top.
6.3 Fit a ange nut (F) into the bolt protruding from
the bottom and x them with the screwdriver (H)
and the spanner (G).
Repeat for all the holes to secure the slat set into
place.

Step 7 7.1 Fit the wooden support bars (6) into the slots.
7.2 Place the oor boards (7) on top of the wooden
support bars.

Step 8 8.1 With a friend, push the slats down. It requires a
fair amount of force because there isn’t a mattress on
the slats to add weight yet.
8.2 e rubber blocks on the mattress retainer bars
(8) can be rotated into dierent positions. Rotate
both rubber blocks to be vertically longer. Repeat the
process for the other mattress retainer bar.
8.3 Clip the mattress retainer bars to proper spots on
the front end of the slat frame.
