Thank you for having chosen DORS 210 automatic detector.
The device is designed for authenticity verification of banknotes of various
currencies with automatic recognition of their denomination. It is not necessary to
choose either a banknote side or its orientation before placing the banknote for
authentication in the device.
The detector automatically sums the authentication results of the verified authentic
banknotes.
The automatic detector DORS 210 (hereinafter detector) is manufactured by
DORS Industries (China) Ltd., Shilong Business Center, Shilong Information
Industrial Park, Building 17, the city of Dongguang, the province of Guangdong, China.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION
The detector DORS 210 is designed for authenticity verification of banknotes of
various currencies of all denominations. The authentication is based on presence and
location of visible, infrared, ultraviolet, anti-Stokes (if available), magnetic marks and
spectral analysis of the inks.
The decision about authenticity of a banknote is made on the integral performance
index.
The detector’s basic software allows to verify simultaneously several currencies –
the exact list of currencies depends on the software version and currency template of
device.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
A preventive maintenance requires a partial disassembling of the detector by a
technician. We recommend to deliver the said maintenance every 90 days. In case of
intensive use of detector (more than 1 shift a day), the maintenance should be
performed more frequently.
On a daily basis:
1. Switch off the detector if it is not used.
2. Wipe the external parts with a dry clean lint free cloth.
On a weekly basis or once three days at an intensive use:
1. Open the detector top cover and wipe with a dry clean lint free cloth the path, the
light guide, the scanner and other sensors indicated on Fig. 5.
