1) Fit Dowels (g) into holes in the ends of side rails (E)
and center rail (F). Screw Locking Pins (e) into the
headboard panel (C).Use Locking Nuts (d) to fix the
headboard panel onto side rails (E) and center panel (F).
2) Please do not tighten any Locking Nuts yet.
Assemble footboard panel (D) to the side&center rails (E& F).
Secure by tightening the locking nuts in the same way as described in step 1.

Fit the headboard (A) to the unit.

Fit the Mattress Stoppers (J) to the slat frame (I).

Slide gas - lift piston stem onto the
axle then fit the Nuts (n).Tighten
Nuts with Spanner (k),do not
over - tighten.
A small gap needs to be left so
stem can move freely, please see
sketch below.

1) Two people carefully lower the slat
frame onto the gas-lift mechanisms
support bars
2) Secure by threading bolts (j) to
slat frame on the gas-lift
mechanisms support bars .

Make certain the bed is squared up
as shown in the diagram then tighten all
bed assembly bolts 100%

Do not exceed the maximum mattress weight as specified in the table below:
Use caution when operating, always use the handle when lifting.
Note:This bed uses a pressurised mechanism.
To be operated by adults only
Please ensure that children and pets are kept away from the bed when operating the lift mechanism.
Keep children and pets away from the storage area.
Do not overload the internal storage base.
Do not stand inside the internal storage area of the bed.
efore removing the mattress secure the frame to ensure it does not open unexpectedly.
Do not attempt to lie on the mattress when the ottoman is in the raised position.
When lifting the ottoman remove all bedding except the fitted sheet.
