1. Przed pierwszym użyciem należy uważnie zapoznać się zcałością
treści niniejszej instrukcji.

PRZEZNACZENIE
Krajalnica KR100 jest przeznaczona do krojenia wplastry różnego rodzaju twardszych
artykułów spożywczych, awszczególności pieczywa, wędlin, mięsa, serów, warzyw,
owoców itp.
PRZYGOTOWANIE URZĄDZENIA
Przed pierwszym użyciem maszynki należy:
- Zapoznać się ztreścią niniejszej instrukcji.
- Upewnić się, czy żaden zelementów nie jest uszkodzony.
- Umyć elementy, które mają kontakt zżywnością.
- Złożyć urządzenie.
OBSŁUGA
- Ustawić korpus (6) na płaskim, twardym istabilnym podłożu.
- Upewnić się, że urządzenie jest odłączone od sieci, a włącznik (1) jest ustawiony
wpozycji "0".
- Rozłożyć podstawę (3) (fot. I) izamontować na niej suwak (4) (fot. II).
- Przesunąć kilkakrotnie wprzód iwtył suwakiem (4), aby upewnić się, że nic go nie
blokuje.
- Umieścić produkty spożywcze na suwaku (4) – wprzypadku krojenia małych kawałków
na suwak (4) założyć dociskacz (5).
- Maksymalny rozmiar produktu do krojenia wynosi: 160 x 140 x 130 mm (długość x
szerokość x grubość).
- Wybrać żądaną grubość krojenia regulatorem (8) – obrót wlewo cieńsze plasterki, obrót

- Podłączyć urządzenie do sieci zgodnej z parametrami podanymi na urządzeniu
i uruchomić włącznikiem (1). Aby włączyć urządzenie należy przesunąć blokadę
włącznika (1a) jednym palcem wdół, anastępnie drugim palcem nacisnąć część
1b. Urządzenie będzie pracowało tak długo jak długo wciśnięty będzie przycisk
"1b".

WSKAZÓWKI
- Krajalnica nie jest przeznaczona do krojenia świeżego pieczywa. Jeżeli trzeba pokroić

- Nóż (2) oraz dociskacz (5) umyć wciepłej wodzie zdodatkiem odrobiny płynu do mycia
przy użyciu szczoteczki, wypłukać pod strumieniem bieżącej wody iwytrzeć do sucha.
-Należy szczególnie ostrożnie myć nóż (2), gdyż jest bardzo ostry.
OCHRONA ŚRODOWISKA
Urządzenie jest zbudowane z materiałów, które mogą być poddane ponownemu
przetwarzaniu lub recyklingowi. Należy je przekazać do odpowiedniego punktu, który

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please acquaint precisely with whole of this instruction before
2. using the blender for the rst time.
3. The power cable must be plugged in the socket with parameters
the same as those given in that instruction manual.
4. Do not immerse the cable or the appliance in water.
5. Do not use the appliance outdoors.
6. The appliance is not meant to be used via an external clock or
aseparate remote control system.
7. Before switching the appliance on, make sure that all of its ele-
ments are appropriately assembled.
8. Do not leave your device without supervision.
9. Always unplug the appliance after operation.
10. The device can be used by children aged 8 and older and by per-
sons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabili ties, or per-
sons without sucient experience and knowledge only under
supervision or if previously instructed on the safe use of the ap-
pliance and the possible risks. Children shall not play with the ap-
pliance. Cleaning and maintenance that are the responsibility of
the user shall not be carried out by children without supervision.
Protect the appliance and the power cord against children under
8 years old.
11. Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.
12. Always pull the plug of the socket before cleaning.
13. Do not exceed the maximum time of continuous operation of the
appliance.
14. The slicer must be used with the carriage and the guard, unless it
is impossible due to the size and shape of the sliced product.
15. NOTE. Avoid contact with moving parts. Improper use of the ap-
pliance may result in injury. Be careful when operating the blade
and during cleaning.
16. Do not overload the appliance with excess quantity of the sliced
product or its strong pressing (with the guard).

17. Do not remove the remains on the blade when the appliance is
on.
18. Do not move during use.
19. Never use the appliance if the supply cord is damaged. If found
dama ged in any way,consult the producer’s authorized service
centre. The list of service centres is to be found in the appendix
and on www.eldom.eu.
20. The appliance can be used only with the originally included ac-
cessories.
21. Refer servicing to an authorized service centre. Modifying the ap-
pliance or using spare parts or elements other than the original
ones is forbidden and can expose the user to hazard.

OPERATING INSTRUCTION

EN
INTENDED USE
The KR100 slicer is designed to slice various types of hard food products, in particular
bread, cured meat, meat, cheese, vegetables, fruit, etc.
HOW TO USE
Before the rst use:
- Read thoroughly this guidebook.
- Make sure that all elements are free of damages.
- Wash the elements that come into contact with food.
OPERATION
- Place the body (6) on at, hard and stable ground.
- Make sure that the appliance is disconnected from the mains and the switch (1) is set
in the "O" position.
- Move the carriage (4) several times back and forth to make sure that it moves freely.
- Place food products on the carriage (4). In case of slicing small bits, pit the guard (5) on
the carriage (4).
- Maximum dimensions of the product to be sliced: 160 x 140 x 130 mm (length x width
x thickness).
- Select the required slicing thickness with the adjustment knob (8): turning left results in
thinner slices, turning right produces thicker slices.
- Connect the appliance to the network compliant with the parameters stated on the
device and start it with the switch (1).
- When the blade starts spinning, push the carriage (4) with the product towards the
blade, and then slide it back and forth. Press the product gently to the guide.
- Do not exceed the maximum duration of continuous operation of the appliance. If this
time is exceeded, immediately switch o the appliance and wait at least 30 minutes
before its next use.

- Exceeding the maximum time of work may result in damaging of the appliance and loss
of the warranty.
- After the slicing, disconnect the appliance.
- To ensure safety and protect the blade during storage, set the slicing thickness knob (8)
to "0" to align the guide (7) with the blade.
RECOMMENDATIONS
The slicer is not intended for slicing fresh bread.To slice fresh bread, rst cool it down.
- To slice meat in thin slices, cool it down thoroughly for 2 to 4 hours before the slicing.
Meat must be without bone.
- Products with uneven, sh-like texture are often dicult to slice, so they need to be
frozen for 2 to 4 hours before slicing.
- If warm roast meat is to be sliced, it has to be taken out of the oven at least 15 to 20
minutes before slicing.
- The size of the roast meat should be appropriate for the appliance; all threads (strings)
should be removed.
- Slicing may be used for various vegetables and fruit just before serving. Seeds should be
removed from the products.
The cutters are consumables and are not covered by the warranty.
Crusher cutter (2) must not be cleaned with bare hands. Use asmall brush for
cleaning.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Clean the appliance right after its use.
- Before cleaning, switch o the appliance, remove the plug from the socket and wait for
the blade (2) to stop rotating.
- Clean the body of the unit, the guide (7) and the carriage (4) with moist cloth. Never
immerse the body in water and do not rinse it under running water.
- Do not use abrasive agents, cleaning powders, acetone, alcohol, etc.
- The blade (2) may be dismantled: g. IV.
- Wash the blade (2) and the guard (5) in warm water with addition of washing liquid,
using abrush, rinse under running water, and wipe dry.
- Be extremely careful when washing the blade (2), as it is very sharp.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
- The appliance is made of materials which can be recycled.
- It should be handed over to the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical
and electronic equipment.
WARRANTY
- This appliance is designed for domestic use only.
- It cannot be used for professional purposes or for other than the intended use.
- Improper use will nullify the guarantee.

6. Vor dem Einschalten des Geräts muss man sicherstellen, dass
alle Elemente des Geräts ordnungsgemäß zusammengesetzt
wurden.
7. Man darf nicht das Gerät unbeaufsichtigt lassen, wenn es in
Betrieb ist.
8. Nicht zum Eiscrushen, zur Knochenzerkleinerung, zur
Zerkleinerung von anderen harten Produkten noch zum Mahlen
von Nüssen, Kaee und trockenen Hülsenfrüchten geeignet.
9. Das Gerät ist nach Arbeitsende immer vom Stromnetz zu trennen.
Das Gerät kann von den Kindern über.
10. Lebensjahr benutzt werden. Personen, die körperliche,
sensorische und geistliche Beeinträchtigungen aufweisen
oder keine ausreichenden Erfahrung oder kein ausreichendes
Wissen haben, können das Gerät nur dann benutzen, wenn sie
sich unter Aufsicht einer anderen Person ben den oder über
einen sicheren Gebrauch des Geräts und damit verbundene

BESTIMMUNG
Die Aufschnittmaschine KR100 dient zum Schneiden von verschiedenen härteren
Lebensmitteln, wie Backwaren, Wurstwaren, Käse, Gemüse, Obst u. Ä. in Scheiben.
GEBRAUCH DES GERÄTS
Vor dem ersten Gebrauch haben Sie:
 Diese Gebrauchsanweisung genau zu lesen.
 Zu prüfen, ob keines der Elemente nicht beschädigt ist.
 Die Elemente zu reinigen, die mit Lebensmitteln in Kontakt kommen.
BEDIENUNG
- Das Gehäuse (6) auf einer achen, harten und stabilen Fläche aufstellen.
- Prüfen, ob das Gerät vom Netz getrennt ist, und ob der Schalter (1) in der Position "O"
eingestellt ist.
- Den Schlitten (4) mehrmals nach vorne und hinten schieben, um zu prüfen, dass nichts
ihn blockiert.
- Das Schnittgut auf den Schlitten (4) legen – bei kleineren Stücken den Schlitten (4) mit
dem Restehalter (5) xieren.
- Die maximale Größe des Schnittgutes ist: 160 x 140 x 130 mm (Länge x Breite x Dicke).
- Mit dem Regler (8) die gewünschte Schnittstärke einstellen – Drehung nach links für
dünnere Scheiben, Drehung nach rechts für dickere Scheiben.
- Das Gerät ans Netz anschließen, das mit den technischen Daten auf dem Typenschild
des Geräts übereinstimmt, und mit dem Schalter (1) einschalten.
- Wenn die Klinge beginnt, sich zu drehen, ist der Schlitten (4) mit dem Schnittgut in die
Richtung der Klinge zu schieben, und dann ihn nach vorne und nach hinten zu schieben.
Die Speise zur Führungsschiene sanft zugedrückt halten.

- Die maximale ununterbrochene Arbeitszeit nicht überschreiten. Sollte die Zeit
überschritten werden, schalten Sie sofort das Gerät ab und warten Sie mindestens 30
Minuten lang vor dem erneuten Gebrauch.
- Die Überschreitung der maximalen Arbeitszeit kann zur Beschädigung des Geräts und
zum Verlust der Garantie führen.
- Nach Beendigung des Schneidens ist das Gerät abzuschalten.
- Um die Sicherheit und den Schutz der Scheibe bei der Aufbewahrung sicherzustellen,
ist der Regulator der Schnittstärkeneinstellung (8) in die Position "0" einzustellen, um
die Führungsschiene (7) mit der Klinge anzugleichen.
HINWEISE
- Die Aufschnittmaschine ist nicht zum Scheiden von frischen Backwaren geeignet. Zum
Zweck des Scheidens von frischem Brot ist es zuerst abzukühlen.
- Um das Fleisch in dünne Scheiben zu schneiden, ist es genau 2 bis 4 Stunden vor dem
Schneiden abzukühlen. Das Fleisch sollte ohne Knochen sein.
- Lebensmittel mit einer unregelmäßigen, schartigen Oberächenstruktur sind oft
schwer zu schneiden, deswegen sind sie 2 bis 4 Stunden vor dem Schneiden einzufrieren.
- Beim Schneiden des warmen Bratens ohne Knochen ist er aus dem Backofen mindestens
15 bis 20 Minuten vor dem Schneiden zu nehmen.
- Die Größe des Bratens soll an das Gerät angepasst sein und er soll keine Fäden
(Schnürchen) enthalten.
- Mit der Aufschnittmaschine können verschiedene Arten von Gemüse und Obst kurz vor
dem Servieren geschnitten werden. Die Produkte sollen keine Samen enthalten.
Die Messer sind Betriebsstoe und werden nicht durch die Garantie gedeckt.
Das Zerkleinerungsmesser (2) dürfen nicht mit bloßen Hängen gereinigt werden.
Dazu soll eine Bürste verwendet werden.
REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
- Am schnellsten ist das Gerät kurz nach dem Gebrauch zu reinigen.
- Vor der Reinigung ist das Gerät abzuschalten, der Stecker ist aus der Steckdose
herauszuziehen und es ist abzuwarten, bis das Messer (2) aufhört, sich zu drehen.
- Das Gehäuse des Geräts, die Führungsschiene (7) und den Schlitten (4) mit feuchtem
Lappen reinigen. Das Gehäuse in Wasser nicht eintauchen sowie nicht unter ießendem
Wasser spülen.
- Zur Reinigung dürfen Sie keine Schleifmittel, Reinigungspulver, kein Aceton, keinen
Alkohol usw. verwenden.
- Das Messer (2) kann demontiert werden – B. IV.
- Das Messer (2) und der Restehalter (5) sind in warmem Wasser und etwas Spülmittel
mithilfe einer Bürste zu reinigen, unter ießendem Wasser zu spülen sowie trocken
abzuwischen.
- Besonders vorsichtig ist das Messer (2) zu reinigen, weil es sehr scharf ist.
