1 BenutzerhinweiseDeutsch
Die Miniatur Ventile Typ MH1..-PCB sind ausschließlich zur
Steuerung pneumatischer Aktuatoren bestimmt. Bei An-
schluss handelsüblicher Zusatzkomponenten, wie Aktoren
sind die angegebenen Grenzwerte für Drücke, Temperatu-
ren, elektrische Daten, Momente usw. einzuhalten. Beach-
tenSiedieVorschriftenderBerufsgenossenschaftendes
TÜV, die VDE- oder entsprechende nationale Bestimmun-
gen.
Miniatur Ventile dürfen nur vom Fachpersonal installiert
werden.
Warnung
SSchalten Sie vor Installations- oder Wartungsarbeiten
die Spannungsversorgung der Ventilmagnetspulen
und die Druckluftversorgung aus.
Hinweis
Nehmen Sie nur komplett montierte und installierte
Miniatur Ventile in Betrieb.

2Montage
2.1 Lötsockelmontage
– Bohren Sie die Kontaktbohrungen für die Lötsockel in
ihre Platine. Die Maße zum Anfertigen der Kontaktboh-
rungen sind im nachfolgendem Bild angegeben.
– Stecken Sie die Lötsockel in die Leiterplatte.
– Verlöten Sie die Kontakte mit der Leiterplatte.

3 Adressierung der Miniatur Ventile
Zur Ansteuerung der Ventile ist jede Ventilspule einem
Lötsockel zugeordnet. Ein Ventilplatz belegt immer eine
Adresse. Ungenutzte Ventilplätze, z.B. Reserveplätze,
belegen ebenfalls eine Adresse.
Vorsicht
Berühren von Kontaktflächen an Steckverbindungen
und Missachtung der Handhabungsvorschriften für
elektrostatisch gefährdete Bauelemente können die
Komponenten zerstören.
Ansteuern der Ventile
Steuern Sie die Ventile in einheitlicher Ansteuerungsart
an. Vorzugsweise alle Steuersignale plusschaltend
(1-schaltend), andernfalls alle Steuersignale minusschal-
tend (0-schaltend). Das Ansteuern im Mischbetrieb ist
nicht zulässig.
Adressbelegung der Ventile
– Adressvergabe lückenlos aufsteigend
– Ein Ventilplatz belegt immer eine Adresse
– Zählweise beginnend von links nach rechts (Lage des
Basisblocks: Lötsockel sitzen hinter den Ventilen)

Die Lage der pneumatischen Anschlüsse ist abhängig
vom Basisblock und der Anschlussart.

Hinweis
SUnterlegen Sie ggf. Verschraubung bzw. Schalldämp-
fer mit einem passenden Dichtring, um Leckage zu
vermeiden.
SBei Verwendung von Winkelverschraubungen oder
Vielfachverteilern verringert sich im allgemeinen der
Luftdurchfluss.
SVerschließen Sie nicht benötigte pneumatische
Anschlüsse mit Blindstopfen (z.B. Anschluss 3/11
wenn 2/2-Wegeventile montiert sind).
Sie vermeiden damit, dass Verunreinigungen in die
Pneumatikkomponenten eindringen können und stellen
die Schutzart IP40 sicher.

6 Ventilmontage
Hinweis
Beachten Sie Folgendes bei der Bestückung von Basis-
blöcken:
SVerwenden Sie nur einheitliche Ventilfunktionen.
Ventile mit der Funktion “in Grundstellung geschlos-
sen” dürfen nicht mit Ventilen “in Grundstellung of-
fen” kombiniert werden.
SVerwenden Sie möglichst nur Ventile gleichen
Spannungstyps.
SBasisblöcke vom Typ MHP..: Montieren Sie nur
Halbmuffenventile.

The miniature valves type MH1..-PCB are intended exclus-
ively for controlling pneumatic actuators. When used to-
gether with commercially available components, such as
actuators, the specified limits for pressures, temperatures,
electrical data, torques etc. must be observed. National
and local safety regulations must also be observed.
Miniature valves may only be fitted by trained personnel.
Warning
SBefore undertaking installation or maintenance work,
switch off the power supply for the valve solenoid
coils and the compressed air supply.
Please note
Commission only a miniature valve terminal which has
been fitted and wired completely.

2 Fitting
2.1 Soldering sockets
– Drill the contact holes for the soldering sockets in your
printed circuit board. The dimensions for the contact
holes are shown in the following diagram.
– Insert the soldering sockets in the printed circuit
board.
– Solder the contacts to the printed circuit board.

3 Addressing the miniature valves
Each valve coil is assigned to a soldering socket in order
that the valves can be controlled. A valve location always
occupies one address. Unused valve locations, e.g. re-
serve plates, also occupy one address.
Caution
The components will be damaged if you touch the con-
tact surfaces of the plug connectors and if you do not
observe the regulations for handling electrostatically
sensitive components.
Controlling the valves
Control the valves in a uniform manner. Preferably, all con-
trol signals should be positive-switching (1-switching),
otherwise negative-switching (0-switching). Mixed mode
control is not permitted.
Address assignment of the valves
– Assign the addresses in ascending order without gaps.
– A valve location always occupies one address.
– Counting begins from left to right (position of basis
block: soldering sockets are behind the valves).

Please note
SIf necessary, place a suitable seal under each screw
connector or silencer in order to avoid leakage.
SIf elbow screw connectors or multiple distributors are
used, the airflow will be reduced slightly.
SSeal the unused pneumatic ports with blind plugs
(e.g. connection 3/11 if 2/2-way valves are fitted).
In this way, you can prevent dirt from entering the
pneumatic components and you will comply with
protection class IP40.

6 Fitting the valves
Please note
Please note the following when fitting valves onto the
basis blocks:
SUse only uniform valve functions. Valves with the
function “in basic position closed”may not be com-
bined with valves “in basic position open”.
SUse only valves of the same voltage type.
SBasis blocks type MHP..: Fit only semi inline valves.
