1 BenutzerhinweiseDeutsch
Der Feldbusknoten 21 für die Ventilinseln Typ 03 ist aus-
schließlich für den Einsatz als Teilnehmer am INTERBUS
mit Lichtwellenleiter und Rugged-Line-Anschlusstechnik
bestimmt. Hierbei sind die angegebenen Grenzwerte der
technischen Daten einzuhalten. Ausführliche Informatio-
nen finden Sie in den Pneumatik-Beschreibungen P.BE
MIDI/MAXI-... und der Elektronik-Beschreibung P.BE
VIFB21-03....
Warnung
SSchalten Sie die Spannung aus, bevor Sie Steckver-
binder zusammenstecken oder trennen (Funktions-
schädigung).
SVerwenden Sie nur Netzteile, die eine sichere elektri-
sche Trennung der Betriebsspannung nach
IEC742/EN 60742/ VDE 0551 mit mindestens 4 kV
Isolationsfestigkeit gewährleistet (Protected Extra-
Low Voltage, PELV, siehe nebenstehendes Zeichen.
Schaltnetzteile sind zulässig, wenn sie die sichere
Trennung im Sinne der EN 60950/VDE 0805 gewähr-
leisten.
SSchließen Sie einen Erdleiter mit ausreichendem Lei-
tungsquerschnitt an dem mit dem Erdungssymbol
gekennzeichneten Anschluss an, wenn die Ventilinsel
nicht auf einem geerdeten Maschienengestell mon-
tiert ist.
Hinweis
Nehmen Sie nur eine komplett montierte und verdrah-
tete Ventilinsel in Betrieb.

2 Konfiguration
Hinweis
Beim Öffnen des Knotens: Verbindende Kabel verhin-
dern das komplette Abheben des Deckels.
Vorsicht
Die Komponenten der Ventilinsel enthalten elektrosta-
tisch gefährdete Bauelemente. Berühren der Kontakt-
flächen an Steckverbindungen und Missachtung der
Handhabungsvorschriften für elektrostatisch gefähr-
dete Bauelemente können die Komponenten zerstören.
Bei einer regulären Inbetriebnahme muss der Knoten nicht
geöffnet werden. Gehen Sie beim speziellen Konfigurieren
wie folgt vor:
1. Betriebsspannung abschalten.
2. Knoten öffnen (Schrauben sind verlierbar)
3. Baudrate einstellen (Werkseinstellung 2 MBaud)
4. .Fehlermeldungen ein-/ausblenden
5. Knoten schließen.

Anschluss 2 und 4 (0V) sind intern verbunden. Wegen
Spannungsabfall im Netzanschlußkabel empfehlen wir,
beide Anschlüsse anzuschließen.

derwertige Adresse = Vorsteuermagnet 14;höherwer-

1 User instructionsch
Field bus node 21 for valve terminals type 03 has been
designed exclusively for use as a slave on the INTERBUS
with fibre optic cable and rugged-line connection techhno-
logy. The maximum specified values in the technical spec-
ifications must be observed. Detailed information can be
found in the pneumatics manuals P.BE MIDI/MAXI-... and
in the electronics manual P.BE VIFB21-03....
Warning
SSwitch off the power supply before connecting or
disconnecting plugs and sockets (to prevent func-
tional damage).
SUse only power units which guarantee reliable isola-
tion of the operating voltages as per IEC 742/EN
60742/VDE 0551 with at least 4 kV isolation resis-
tance (protected extra low voltage, PELV, see adjac-
ent symbol). Switch power packs are permitted if
they guarantee reliable isolation in accordance with
EN 60950/VDE 0805.
SConnect an earth conductor with sufficiently large-
diameter to the connection marked if the valve ter-
minal is not mounted on an earthed machine stand.
Please note
Commission only a valve terminal which is completely
fitted and wired.

2 Konfiguration
Please note
The connecting cables prevent the cover from being
removed completely when the node is opened.
Caution
The components on the valve terminal contain electros-
tatically vulnerable elements. Do not, therefore, touch
the contact surfaces of the plug connectors. If the re-
gulations for handling electrostatically vulnerable com-
ponents are not observed, these components may be
damaged.
During normal commissioning the node must not be open-
ed. Proceed as follows in the case of a special configura-
tion:
1. Switch off the power supply.
2. Open the node (do not lose the screws).
3. Set the baud rate (factory setting 2 MBaud)
4. Display/mask out error messages.
5. Close the node.

1. Method of counting valves from the node to the right.
(lower value address = pilot solenoid 14;
higher value address = pilot solenoid 12).
2. Method of counting electric outputs from the node to
the left and from top to bottom.
3. Method of counting electric inputs from the node to

El nodo de bus de campo para terminal de válvulas tipo 03
ha sido diseñado exclusivamente para ser utilizado como
un slave en INTERBUS, con cable de fibra óptica y tecnolo-
gíadeconexión rugged-Line . Deben observarse valores
máximos indicados en las especificaciones técnicas.
Puede hallarse información detallada en los manuales de
la parte neumática P.BE MIDI/MAXI-... y en los de la parte
electrónica P.BE VIFB21-03-...
Atención
SDesconectarlafuentedealimentaciónantesdeco-
nectar o desconectar clavijas y zócalos (para evitar
daños funcionales). Utilizar solamente fuentes de
alimentación que garanticen un aislamiento fiable de
las tensiones de funcionamiento según IEC 742/EN
60742/VDE 0551 con una resistencia de aislamiento
de por lo menos 4 kV (PELV, tensión extra baja prote-
gida). Pueden utilizarse fuentes de alimentacióncon-
mutadas si garantizan un aislamiento fiable según
EN 60950/VDE 0805.
SConectar un conductor de tierra de sección suficiente
en la conexión marcada con el simbolo de puesta a
tierra si el terminal de válvulas no estámontado en
un bastidor de la máquina que estépuesto a tierra.
Por favor, observar:
Poner en marcha el terminal de válvulas sólo cuando
estécompletamente montado y cableado.

2 Configuración
Por favor, observar:
Loscablesdeconexión no dejan retirar completamente
la tapa cuando se abre el nodo.
Precaución
Los componentes del terminal de válvulas contienen
elementos sensibles a la corriente electrostática. Por lo
tanto hay que evitar tocar las superficies de contacto
de los conectores. Si no se observan las normas para el
manejo de componentes sensibles a las descargas elec-
trostáticas, estos componentes pueden dañarse.
Durante el funcionamiento normal, el nodo no debe
abrirse.
Proceder como sigue en el caso de configuración especial:
1. Desconectar la alimentación.
2. Abrir el nodo (no perder los tornillos).
3. Velocidad de transmissión (preajustada a 2 MBaud)
4. Ajustar la opción“ver/ocultar”los mensajes de error
5. Cerrar el nodo.
