1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Bediengerät CDSA-D1-VX ist ein tragbares Bedien- und Anzeigegerät zur
Durchführung von typischen Aufgaben der Mehrachssteuerung CMXR, wie:
– Bewegen von Mehrachs-Kinematiken
– Teachen von Positionen im Raum
– Testen und Optimieren von FTL-Programmen
– Rechtemanagement für gestaffelte Funktionalität
– Not-Halt- und Zustimm-Funktion per Tasten.
Das Gerät ist mit einem farbigen Touch-Screen und Funktionstasten ausgestattet.

3.1 Bediengerät CDSA-D1-VX
Um das farbige TFT-Display des Bediengeräts sind 3 Funktionstasten-Gruppen und
der Not-Halt-Schalter angeordnet. Die Bedienung des Touch-Screens erfolgt mit
Hilfe des beiliegenden Stifts.

Zum Anschluss des Bediengeräts an das Anschaltungsgehäuse ist das Kabel NESC-
C-D1-x-C1 mit unterschiedlichen Längen verfügbar.

3.4 Brückenstecker CAMF-B-M25-G4
Wird die Mehrachssteuerung CMXR über eine externe Steuerung angesteuert, ist
das Bediengerät nicht zwingend erforderlich. Nach Abschluss der Programmier-
und Inbetriebnahmearbeiten kann das Bediengerät abgesteckt werden. Nach dem
Abstecken ist der Not-Halt-Kreis unterbrochen und muss überbrückt werden.
Hierzu steht der Brückenstecker CAMF-B-M25-G4 zur Verfügung.

5.1 Diagnose vor Ort über LED
Der aktuelle Zustand der Mehrachssteuerung CMXR kann über die Status-LEDs am
Bediengerät ermittelt werden.

5.2 Diagnose vor Ort über Display
Bei einem anstehenden Fehler (Error-LED leuchtet) wird der Fehlertext in der Kopf
zeile des Bediengeräts angezeigt.

1 Use for intended purpose
The CDSA-D1-VX operator unit is a portable display and control unit for performing
typical tasks with the CMXR multi-axis controller, such as:
– Moving multi-axis kinematic systems
– Teaching positions in space
– Testing and optimisation of FTL programs
– Rights management for staggered functionality
– Emergency stop and enabling function via pushbuttons.
The device is equipped with a colour touch screen and function keys.

Three function key groups and the emergency stop switch are arranged around the
colour TFT display. The touch screen is operated using the supplied pin.

3.4 Jumper plug CAMF-B-M25-G4
If the CMXR multi-axis control system is controlled via an external control system,
the operator unit is not absolutely required. The operator unit can be disconnected
after completion of the programming and commissioning work. After disconnec
tion, the emergency stop circuit is interrupted and must be bridged.
The CAMF-B-M25-G4 jumper plug is available for this purpose.

The CAFM-D1-W holder is used for stationary operation or for storing the operator
unit. The cable holder is used to support the NESC-C-... cable.

5.1 On the spot diagnostics via LEDs
The current status of the CMXR multi-axis controller can be determined via the
status LEDs on the operator unit.

5.2 On-site diagnostics via display
When an error is active (error LED lights up), the error text is displayed in the head
er of the operator unit.
You will find detailed information on the reporting system in the FTL-base
programming instructions (èGDCP-CMXR-SW-…).
