Gewindestift 2gewinde-
formend in die Bohrung der
Handhilfsbetätigung (A)
bündig eindrehen. Bei er-
neutem Eindrehen bereits
vorhandene Gewindegänge
verwenden.
Kappe 1an den vorgese-
henen Bohrungen platzie-
ren. Auf die Kappe 1drü-
cken, bis sie einrastet.
Hinweis
Demontage von Kappe 1nur über Zerstörung der Schnapphaken
möglich.

Abdeckblech 3an den vor-
gesehenen Gewinden plat-
zieren.
Schrauben 4festdrehen.
Abdeckfolie 5aufkleben
(Abschnitt 4).
4. Montage bei Vorsteuerung mit Handhilfsbetätigung (D)
Entsprechende Oberfläche an der Handhilfsbetätigung (D) reinigen.
Hinweis
Zulässige Reinigungsmedien sind alle werkstoffschonenden Medien z. B.:
–Seifenlauge (max. +50 °C)
–Waschbenzin.

Klebefolie von der Abdeck-
folie 5entfernen.
Abdeckfolie 5entspre-
chend den Aussparungen
auf die Handhilfsbetäti-
gung (D) kleben.

2. Intended use

Tamper protection on the soft-start/quick exhaust valve (table).

3. Mounting
3a. Cover MS6-SV-C-MK

Screw the threaded pin 2
into the hole of the manual
override (A) tapping until
flush. If you screw it in
again, use the threads al-
ready present.
Position cap 1over the
designated drill holes. Press
the cap 1until it engages
in place.
Note
Dismantling of the cap 1is only possible by destroying the
snap-in hooks.
3b. Cover MS9-SV-MK/MH

Place the cover sheet 3on-
to the designated threads.
Tighten screws 4.
Affix protective foil 5
(section 4).
4. Mounting in the case of pilot control with manual override (D)
Clean the corresponding surface on the manual override (D).
Note
All non-abrasive cleaning agents are permissible, such as:
–Soap suds (max. +50 °C)
–Petroleum ether.

Remove adhesive film from
the protective foil 5.
Affix the protective foil 5
onto the manual over-
ride (D) corresponding to
the cut-outs.
