• Check you have all the components and
tools listed.
• Remove all ttings from the plastic bags
and separate them into their groups.
• We do not recommend the use of power
drills/drivers for inserting screws, as this
could damage the unit. Only use hand
screwdrivers and Allen keys.
• Keep children and animals away from the
work area, small parts could cause choking
if swallowed.
• Make sure you have enough space to
layout the parts before starting.
• Assemble the item as close to its nal
position (in the same room) as possible.
• Do not overtighten the nuts to avoid
causing damage to the threads.

STEP 2
Slot 1 x little back board [14] into the
grooves of side boards [2] and [3] to make
1 drawer support. Make sure you’re using
the correct back board - back board [14]
is the widest of the 3 back board pieces
(this is the deepest drawer). Thread this
onto the rods you attached to the top
panel in Step 1, as per diagram.
Attach the side stand panel [9] to the top
panel by threading it onto the rods you
attached to the top panel in Step 1, as per
diagram.
Next, carefully lower 1 x tempered glass
shelf sheet [18] onto the rods.
STEP 1
Use a clear, at, soft surface to
avoid bumps or scratches.
Take top panel [1]. Screw in 6 x
dowel rods [A] and 6x rods [B]
into holes as shown.
Next, make up all 6 of your
drawer runners. there are 3
drawers, each with a left and
right side boards. Each side
board has a runner.
Make sure you identify which
are left side boards [2], [4] and [6]
and which are right side boards
[3], [5] and [7].
Screw runner [F] on to each side
board using 2x screw [G].
ATTENTION: Be careful not to
over-screw beyond the thread
stops.

STEP 3
Repeat Step 2 to make the next drawer
support, using the little back board [15]
and side boards [4] and [5]. Thread this
onto the rods and then lower on 1 x
tempered glass shelf sheet [18]
STEP 4
Construct the nal drawer.
Connect side boards [6] and [7] to
bottom board [8] using 4x cam
bolts and locks [I1] and [I2]. Don’t
over-tighten the cam bolts [I2],
you could split the wood. Lock
bottom board [8] into place by
twisting the cam locks [I1]. Then
slot little back board [16] into the
grooves on the side and bottom
boards.
Lower this last drawer onto the
rods, as per diagram.

STEP 5
Lock everything together in place by placing 1 x
washer [D] followed by 1 x nut [c] over the ends
of the rods, in each of the holes as indicated on
diagram. Tighten using spanner [E] provided.
STEP 6
Construct your drawers.
Connect 1 x left drawer side board [10] and 1 x right drawer side board [11] to
1 x drawer back board [12] using 4x screws [H] as per diagram. Slot drawer
bottom board [13] into grooves on side and back boards.
Attach drawer front board [17] using 4x cam bolts and locks [I1] and [I2] as
shown in diagram. Don’t over-tighten the cam bolts [I2]. Twist cam locks [I1}
into place by twisting.
Finally, attach 1x thin drawer runner [F] to either side of the drawer using 2x
screw [G] per runner.

STEP 7
Repeat Step 6 for your other 2 drawers.
Carefully, and with help, ip your unit over so it’s now correct side-up. Drawer
supports will be on the left.
Attach the 4 x glass shelf supports [J] using screw [K]. 2 supports per shelf,
front and back, as per diagram.
STEP 8
ATTENTION: Carefully
slot your drawers into
the supports.
Your TV stand is now
ready to use.
