WICHTIG:
Diese Anleitung baut auf der Montageanleitung des
Slimdrive SD auf.
Alle Maße und Angaben zur Befestigung, zur Lage der elektrischen Anschlüsse und der Inbetriebnahme,
entnehmen Sie bitte der Montageanleitung
Slimdrive SD . Beachten Sie beigefügte Zeichnungen.
Ebenso sind alle Sicherheitsvorschriften und Richtlinien genannter Unterlagen einzuhalten. Andere Ver-
wendungen als die hier beschriebenen Anwendungsbereiche gelten als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.
Anwendungsbereich
Die integrierte Schließfolgeregelung Slimdrive SD-IS kontrolliert und steuert auf rein mechanische Weise
den zeitlichen Schließvorgang von zweiflügligen Türen mit Überschlag (typisch bei Feuerschutztüren):
SD-Automatik an beiden Flügeln
SD-Servo an beiden Flügeln
SD-Servo / Automatik am Gangflügel und TS 5000 am Standflügel
Die vorliegende Anlage ist werkseitig für die Kopfmontage Bandgegenseite vorgesehen.
Der Gangflügel kann rechts oder links liegen, was bei der nachfolgend beschriebenen Montage zu
beachten ist.
Die Anwendung ist möglich bei
- einem Bandabstandsmaß: ohne Zusatztrafo B3min = 1200 mm B3max = 2800 mm
mit Zusatztrafo B3min = 1340 mm B3max = 2800 mm
- einer Leibungstiefe Servo max. 200 mm
Automatik max. 300 mm
Funktionsbeschreibung
- Mit dem Öffnen des Standflügels wird über ein Seil zwischen den Antrieben ein Zusatzventil im
Slimdrive SD-IS des Gangflügels gesperrt. Der Gangflügel 'wartet'.
- Erst wenn der Standflügel nahezu geschlossen ist, spannt sich das Seil und die Schließhydraulik des
Gangflügelswirdfreigegeben.

Ausführungen:
Durchgehende Antriebseinheit
Die Grundplatten der integrierten Schließfolgeregelung sind bereits werkseitig mit einer
Verbindungsplatte zu einer Gesamteinheit verschraubt, alle Antriebe sind vormontiert.
Die Antriebe bitte nochmals abschrauben. Lösen Sie auch das Seil an der Klemmschraube.
Nur
TS 5000 :
Beachten Sie die Beilagscheiben als Distanz für die Mitnahme (U-förmiges Zubehörteil) auf der
Standflügelseite.
Die verbundenen Grundplatten können gemeinsam am Sturz montiert werden (siehe Anleitung
Slimdrive SD ). Befestigungsmaße und Ausrichtung sind durch die SD-IS nicht betroffen.
Einzelantriebe mit Zwischenhaube
Antriebe jeweils von der Grundplatte abschrauben.
Grundplatten beider Antriebe nach Angabe der Anleitung Slimdrive SD ( TS 5000 ) und mit Hilfe der
Bohrschablone(n) befestigen.
WICHTIG:
Bei bereits fertig abgelängter Zwischenhaube auf sehr genauen Abstand der Antriebe von ± 0,2 mm achten!
Anderenfalls erfolgt das Ablängen der Haube nach abgeschlossener Montage und Probelauf. Weitere
Angaben und Hinweise hierzu finden Sie in der Montageanleitung der Zwischenhaube.

hinten an der Anschraubfläche des Antriebs aufschieben.

Slimdrive SD-IS auf der Gangflügelseite montieren
SD-IS : erkennbar an dem zusätzlichen Ventilhebel neben dem Achsantrieb (siehe Abb. oben, entsprechend).
Ventilhebel und Seil liegen oben.
Slimdrive SD bzw. TS 5000 auf der Standflügelseite montieren,
an dieser Antriebseite ist das U-förmige Mitnahmeteil anzubringen:

Seil montieren
HINWEIS:
Gangflügel DIN links - Seil oben
Gangflügel DIN rechts - Seil unten.
Seilanfang in den Ventilhebel des Slimdrive SD-IS (Gangflügel) einführen,
dann bei Verwendung der Zwischenhaube durch die Lüftungslöcher
der Seitenteile der Antriebe führen, bis zum Mitnahmeteil am
Antrieb des Standflügels ziehen.
Seil spannen
Bei geöffnetem Standflügel ist das Seil ohne Spannung leicht zu
straffen, das Mitnahmeteil beizuziehen und mit der
Klemmschraube M2 im Mitnahmeteil zu klemmen (s. Bild).
Funktionsprüfung
Gangflügel öffnen, Standflügel bleibt geschlossen:
das Seil muß gespannt sein und den Ventilhebel wie abgebildet
verstellthaben.
Bei Bewegung des Standflügels muß der Ventilhebel in einem
Streubereich von ca. 5° zur Senkrechten den Schaltpunkt finden.

Important:
This installation instruction is based on the mounting instructions for
Slimdrive SD .
For dimensions, fastening, position of electric connections and starting operation please see mounting instructions
for Slimdrive SD.
The safety regulations described therein must also be observed. If the integrated closer control is used for other
fields of application than those herein described this does not comply with the use in accordance with the
regulations.
Fields of application
The integrated closer control Slimdrive SD controls the closing procedure of double-wing doors featuring
overlap (typical for fire-proof doors) in a fully mechanical way:
SD-automatic function on both wings
SD-servo function on both wings
SD-servo / automatic function on the 1st closing leaf and TS 5000 on the 2nd closing leaf
The present system was designed for transom mounting on opposite hinge side
The 1st closing leaf may be mounted left-hand or right-hand, which has to be taken into consideration when
following the below mounting instructions.
The application is possible with:
- a hinge centre without additional transformer B3min = 1200 mm B3max = 2800 mm
incl. additional transformer B3min = 1340 mm B3max = 2800 mm
- a soffit depth Servo max. 200 mm
Automatic max. 300 mm
Functional description
- When opening the 2nd closing leaf, an additional valve in the Slimdrive SD-IS of the 1st closing leaf,
which is located between the drives, is closed by means of a rope. The 1st closing leaf is ‘waiting‘.
- Once the 2nd closing leaf is nearly closed, the rope tightens, thus releasing the closing hydraulics of the
1st closing leaf.

Models:
Continuous driving unit
In the factory, the base plates of the integrated closer control and the butt plate have been screwed
together to form a unit, all drives are pre-assembled.
Screw off drives again. Also loosen the rope at the locking screw.
For
TS 5000 only:
Take note of the shims as distance piece for the driver (U-shaped accessory part) on the side of
the 2nd closing leaf.
The screwed base plates can be mounted to the lintel as a whole (see mounting instructions for
Slimdrive SD) . Mounting dimensions and alignment are not affected by SD-IS .
Individual drives incl. intermediate cover
Screw drives off the base plate.
Fasten base plates of both drives in accordance with the instructions Slimdrive SD (TS 5000) using
drilling template(s).
IMPORTANT:
If the intermediate cover had already been cut to size, keep the exact distance of the drives of ± 0.2 mm!
Otherwise the cover has to be cut to size after installation and trial run. For further information see mounting
instructions for intermediate cover.

Important: Thoroughly grease all parts before mounting!
Put driving plate on top and with nose pointing to screwing surface
in accordance with illustration.
Slip U-shaped accessory part (all sliding surfaces thoroughly
greased!) from the rear onto the screwing surface of the drive.
TS 5000 only:
Take note of the shims as distance piece for the driver to be mounted.

NOTE:

Insert one end of the rope into valve lever of Slimdrive SD-IS
(1st closing leaf). If an intermediate cover is used, run rope through the
ventilating holes of the side elements of the drives, then pull towards
the driver at the drive of the 2nd closing leaf.
Stretching the rope
If the 2nd closing leaf is open, slightly stretch the rope without
tension, pull up driver and clamp rope in driver using locking
screw M2.
Function test
Open 1st closing leaf, 2nd closing leaf remains closed:
The rope must be stretched and must have adjusted the valve
lever as illustrated.
If the 2nd closing leaf is moved, the valve lever has to find the
shifting point within a range of variation of approx. 5° to the
perpendicular.

IMPORTANT :

S’y reporter pour toutes les cotes et données techniques pour la fixation, la situation des raccordements
électriques et la mise en service.
Prenez également en compte les instructions de sécurité qui y sont décrites. Les autres domaines
d’utilisation que ceux qui sont décrits présentement sont considérés comme non conformes.
DOMAINED’APPLICATION
La servocommande intégrée Slimdrive SD-IS contrôle et commande de manière purement mécanique le
processus de fermeture chronologique de portes à deux battants avec recouvrement.(particularité pour
les portes coupe-feu) :
Automatisme SD sur les deux battants
Servo-SD sur les deux battants
Servo-SD/Automatisme sur le battant de passage et TS 5000 sur le battant fixe.
La présente installation est prévue au départ de l’usine pour le montage frontal côté
contre-bande.
Le battant de passage peut se trouver à droite ou à gauche, ce qui est à prendre en considération lors du
montage décrit ci-après.
Lutilisation est possible pour :
- une cote décartement de la bande : sans transfo supplémentaire B3min = 1200 mm B3max = 2800 mm
avec transfo supplémentaire B3min = 1340 mm B3max = 2800 mm
- une profondeur dintrados servo max. 200 mm
automatique max. 300 mm
DESCRIPTIF DE FONCTIONNEMENT
- Par l’ouverture du battant fixe un clapet complémentaire dans le Slimdrive SD-IS du battant de passage
est bloqué par l’intermédiaire d’un câble entre les mécanismes d’entraînement. Le battant de passage
est “en attente”
- Lorsque le battant fixe est presque fermé, le câble se tend et le système hydraulique du battant de
passage est libéré.

EXECUTIONS :
Unité dentraînement continue
Les plaques de base de la servocommande intégrée sont vissées au départ de l’usine avec une
plaque de liaison pour former une unité complète, tous les mécanismes d’entraînement sont
prémontés.
Dévisser à nouveau les mécanismes d’entraînement. Retirer également le câble de la vis de serrage
Seulement pour
TS 5000 :
Prendre en considération les rondelles en tant que rondelles d’écartement pour l’entraînement
(pièce en forme de U) sur la réglette du battant fixe.
Les plaques de base reliées peuvent être montées en commun sur le linteau (voir instructions
Slimdrive SD ), les cotes de fixation et l’alignement ne sont pas concernées par le SD-IS .
Entraînement individuel avec capot intermédiaire
Dévisser chaque entraînement de la plaque de base
Fixer les plaques de base des entraînements selon les instructions Slimdrive SD (TS 5000) et à
l’aide du/des schémas de perçage.
ATTENTION :
Pour les capots intermédiaires déjà mis à longeur veiller particulièrement à lécartement des entraînements de
± 0,2 mm !
Sinon effectuer la mise à longueur du capot lorsque le montage est terminé et après avoir effectué les essais. Vous
trouverez plus de détails à ce sujet dans les instruc-tions de montage du capot intermédiaire.

Montage pour “battant de passage DIN à droite”
Monter Slimdrive SD-IS sur le côté battant de passage
SD-IS reconnaissable au levier à clapet près de l’entraînement
direct. Le levier à clapet (et le câble) se trouvent en bas.
Monter Slimdrive SD ou/et TS 5000 sur le côté battant fixe
Monter sur ce côté d’entraînement la pièce d’entraînement en
forme de U :
IMPORTANT : Toutes les pièces doivent être absolument bien
graissées avant le montage
Placer la rondelle d’entraînement en haut et le bec du côté de
serrage selon l’illustration.
Placer le composant en forme de U (toutes les surfaces de
glissement doivent être bien graissées) sur la surface de serrage
del’entraînement.
Seulement pour TS 5000 :
Prenez en considération les rondelles en tant que rondelles
d’écartement pour l’étrier d’entraînement à monter.
Montage pour “battant de passage DIN à gauche"
Monter Slimdrive SD-IS sur le côté battant de passage
SD-IS reconnaissable au levier à clapet supplémentaire près de lentraînement direct. (voir lillustration ci-dessus). Le
levier à clapet (et le câble) se trouvent en haut.
Monter Slimdrive SD ou/et TS 5000 sur le côté battant fixe
Monter sur ce côté dentraînement la pièce dentraînement en forme de U :

Montage du câble
Remarque :
Battant de passage DIN à gauche - câble en haut.
Battant de passage DIN à droite - câble en bas.
Introduire le début du câble dans le levier à clapet du Slimdrive SD-IS
(battant de passage), et ensuite passer lors de l’utilisation du capot
intermédiaire par les trous d’aération des pièces latérales des
entraînements et tirer jusqu’à la pièce d’entraînement sur le
mécanisme d’entraînement du battant fixe.
Tension du câble
Lorsque le battant fixe est ouvert la tension du câble peut être réglée
facilement, serrer la pièce d’entraînement et visser la vis de serrage
M2 dans la pièce d’entraînement (voir illustration)
Contrôle de fonctionnement
Ouvrir le battant de passage, le battant fixe reste fermé :

IMPORTANTE:
Queste istruzioni si basano sulle istruzioni per il montaggio di Slimdrive SD.
Per tutte le misure ed i dati relativi al fissaggio, alla posizione dei collegamenti elettrici e alla messa in
funzione, si prega di consultare le istruzioni per il montaggio di
Slimdrive SD . Fare riferimento ai disegni
allegati.
Si raccomanda, inoltre, di attenersi alle norme di sicurezza e alle linee guida fornite nella
documentazione citata. Utilizzi che non rientrino nel campo di impiego qui specificato, sono da
considerarsi impropri.
Campo d’impiego
La regolazione integrata della sequenza di chiusura Slimdrive SD-IS controlla e comanda, in modo
esclusivamente meccanico, la sequenza di chiusura di porte a due ante con battuta (tipica delle porte
tagliafuoco):
SD automatico su entrambe le ante
SD servo su entrambe le ante
SD servo/automatico sull’anta mobile e TS 5000 sull’anta fissa
Il sistema descritto è predisposto in fabbrica per il montaggio inverso, sul lato opposto
allecerniere.
Lanta mobile può essere destra o sinistra. Questo fattore va considerato nel montaggio descritto di seguito.

- distanza fra le cerniere: senza trasformatore aggiunto B3min = 1200 mm B3max = 2800 mm
con trasformatore aggiunto B3min = 1340 mm B3max = 2800 mm
- profondità spalletta servo max. 200 mm
automatico max. 300 mm
Descrizione del funzionamento
- Con l’apertura dell’anta fissa, un cavo installato fra gli automatismi chiude una valvola supplementare
dello Slimdrive SD-IS installato sull’anta mobile. L’anta mobile ”attende”.
- Solo quando l’anta fissa è quasi chiusa, il cavo si tende sganciando il meccanismo idraulico di chiusura.

Automatismo continuo
Le piastre di base del sistema integrato di regolazione della sequenza di chiusura sono fornite già
fissate ad una piastra di collegamento con la quale formano un corpo unico. Tutti gli automatismi
sono premontati. Smontare gli azionatori e liberare il cavo dalla vite di fermo.
Solo per
TS 5000 :
Considerare le rondelle come distanza per il trascinatore (parte accessoria a forma di U) sul lato
dell’anta fissa.
Le piastre di base collegate possono essere montate insieme sull’architrave (vedere istruzioni
Slimdrive SD ). Le misure di fissaggio e l’allineamento non vengono influenzati da SD-IS .
Azionatori singoli con cassonetto centrale
Staccare ogni automatismo dalla rispettiva piastra di base.
Fissare le piastre di base di entrambi gli automatismi come indicato nelle istruzioni di Slimdrive SD
(TS 5000) e con l’ausilio della/e dima/e di foratura.
IMPORTANTE:
Nel caso di cassonetti centrali già a misura, rispettare con molta precisione la distanza di ± 0,2 mm degli
automatismi!
Diversamente, la lunghezza del cassonetto di copertura viene regolata una volta portati a termine il montaggio e la
prova di funzionamento. Ulteriori dati e indicazioni in merito sono riportati nelle istruzioni per il montaggio del
cassonetto centrale.
