Hydraulikzylinder auf die Grund-
platte setzen.
Hydraulikkupplung an den Hydrau-
liknippel des Biegegerätes ankup-
peln.
Dimensionsbezogene Biegerollen
mit Hilfe der Haltebolzen in die der
Dimension entsprechenden Aufnah-
mebohrungen positionieren.
Steuerkabel des Biegegerätes
an die Gerätedose am Hydraulik-
aggregat anschliessen.
Gewünschte Biegelehre stirnseitig
auf den Hydraulikzylinder auf-
stecken.
Verpackung des Biegegerätes in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

Achtung: Bei den Dimensionen d26
bis d40 zuvor den Adapternippel
aufschrauben.

Biegevorgang JRG Sanipex MT-Rohre d26 – d63
Bogenmitte anzeichnen.
Starttaste am Biegewerkzeug
drücken und halten. Das Biegegerät
beendet den Biegevorgang auto-
matisch beim Erreichen des
eingestellten Biegewinkels.
Die der Dimension entsprechende
Biegeskala auf den Hydraulikzylin-
der aufstecken.
Achtung
Beim Loslassen der Starttaste wird der Biegevorgang sofort
abgebrochen. Dieser kann durch erneutes Drücken und halten der
Starttaste fortgesetzt und beendet werden.
Rohr in die Biegelehre einlegen,
welches in der Rohrlänge über die
Biegerollen herausragen muss.
(Bogenmitte beachten).

Danger
Pistons sortant!
Risque de dommages! L’appareil de pliage ne peut être utilisé
que si le câble de commande est branché et seulement à l’aide du
bouton de démarrage.
Attention
Ce symbole signale une information dont le non-respect pourrait.
Causer des dommages matériels importants.
Les indications de sécurité doivent être respectées!
Remarque
Zone de déplacement pour le pliage
Pour le pliage, veuillez tenir compte de la zone de déplacement
du tube!

Pose de l’appareil de pliage d26 – d63
Positionner le cylindre hydraulique
sur la plaque de base.
Raccorder le cylindre hydraulique
au raccord hydraulique de l’appareil
de pliage.
Poser les prismes correspondant
à la dimension dans les trous de
montage adéquats.
Brancher le câble de commande sur
le boîtier de l’agrégat hydraulique.
Poser le chablon de pliage désiré de
face sur le cylindre hydraulique.
Démontage:
Mêmes opérations en ordre inverse.

Attention: Pour les dimensions
d26 à d40 dévisser préablement
l‘adapteur.

Processus de pliage des tubes JRG Sanipex MT d26 – d63
Marquez le centre de l’arc.
Presser le bouton de démarrage
sur l’outil de pliage et le maintenir
enfoncé. L’appareil de pliage
termine automatiquement le
processus de pliage en atteignant
l’angle de pliage désiré.
Déterminer l’angle de pliage et
serrer avec l’écrou de réglage.
Attention
En relâchant le bouton de démarrage, le processus de pliage est
immédiatementinterrompu. Celui-ci peutêtrecontinué etinterrompu
par de nouvelles pressions sur le bouton de démarrage.
Poser le tube dans le chablon
de pliage, dont la longueur doit
dépasser les prismes
(veiller au centre de l’arc de pliage).

Pericolo
Pistone che fuoriesce!
Pericolo di infortuni agli arti! L’apparecchio di piegatura può
essere utilizzato soltanto se il cavo di comando è collegato e
soltanto mediante il pulsante di avvio.
Attenzione
Questo simbolo indica un’informazione il cui mancato rispetto
potrebbe causare dei danni materiali consistenti.
Le avvertenze di sicurezza devono essere rispettate!
Avvertenza
Campo di flessione dei gomiti dei tubi
Per la piegatura tenere conto della zona di spostamento del tubo!

Preparazione dell’apparecchio di piegatura d26 – d63
Fissare il cilindro idraulico sulla
piastra di base.
Raccordare il cilindro idraulico al
nipplo idraulico dell’apparecchio di
piegatura.
Collocare i rulli di piegatura
mettendo il perno nella dimensione
richiesta.
Collegare il cavo di comando alla
presa del gruppo idraulico.
Applicare la sagoma di piegatura
desiderata frontalmente sul cilindro
idraulico.
Smontaggio: Stesse operazioni
nell’ordine inverso.

Attention: Avitare prima l‘adattore
per le misure d26 al d40.

Processo di piegatura del tubi JRG Sanipex MT d26 – d63
Segnare il centro della curva.
Premere il pulsante di avvio
dell’attrezzo di piegatura e mante-
nerlo premuto. L’apparecchio termi-
na automaticamente il processo di
piegatura raggiungendo l’angolo
desiderato.
Fissare angolo di piegatura con vite
di fermo.
Attenzione
Rilasciano il pulsante di avvio, il processo di piegatura si interrompe
immediatamente. Il processo può essere riavviato e interrotto
premendo nuovamente il pulsante di avvio.
Inserire il tubo nella dima di cur-
vatura, che deve sporgere nella
lunghezza oltre i rulli di curvatura
(attenzione al centro dell’arco di
piegatura).

Danger
Piston running out!
Human limbs could be injured! The bending tool must only be
operated with the control cable connected and using the start
button!
Warning
This symbol indication, which in case of non-observance can lead
to substantial material damage. The safety instructions have
to be observed.
Remark
Slewing range pipe shank
When bending, take into consideration the swivelling range of the
free pipe legs!

Setting-up the bending tool d26 – d63
Put the hydraulic cylinder on the
base plate.
Connect the hydraulic coupling with
the hydraulic nipple of the bending
tool.
Insert the dimension-related bend-
ing rolls into the corresponding size
holes by use of the retaining bolts.
Connect the control cable of the
bending tool with the device socket
on the hydraulic device.
Plug the required bending template
onto the front side of the hydraulic
cylinder.
The re-packaging of the bending
tool is carried out in the reverse
sequence.

Attention: For the dimensions d26
to d40, the adapter nipple has to be
assembled first (srewed connection).

Bending procedure for JRG Sanipex MT pipes d26 – d63
Mark the centre of the bend onto the
pipe.
Push the start button on the
bending tool and hold it pushed.
The bending tool automatically
terminates the bending process
when the bending angle adjusted
has been reached.
Define the bending angle and
secure it with the fixing screw.
Attention
When the start button is released, the bending process is
immediately aborted. The process can be continued and terminated
by renewed pushing and holding of the start button.
Insert the pipe into the bending tool.
Pay attention regarding the centre
of the bend and that the pipe has to
stand out of the bending rolls.
