Safety Instructions
Use the product with the provided power adapter only.
Be cautious of static electricity during installation and
usage. Keep the product away from sharp objects or
strong corrosive chemicals.
Remove nails, metal, or other conductive objects from
the installation surface before attaching the strip light, as
it may cause short-circuiting.
Do not install the strip light near any heat sources.
Do not allow children to install the strip light alone.
Avoid installing the strip light near potentially dangerous

Introduction
Thanks for choosing Govee LED Strip Light M1. The 2m RGBIC
LED strip adopts the latest 4-in-1 RGBW light beads and
RGBIC+ technology. Combining with 60 lights/m light bead
density and independent control of the color of each segment,
it brings you richer color choices and higher brightness that can
provide you with entirely new light and color experience. When
connected with Govee Home App, you can adjust its colors,
brightness, and scene modes to your liking. It also supports
voice assistants such as Alexa and Google Assistant.

Power-on Test

1. Unpack the box and check all items included.
2. Power on the strip light and check whether it lights up.
Caution: Do Not power on before spreading the strip light.
Before You Install

Installing Steps
Caution: Do not connect the power supply while installing
and connecting the strip light except in step 5.
1. Clean the wall surface to make it free of dust particles.
2. Estimate the positions of the control box and the power

components like light beads and pads on the strip light, so as
not to damage the strip light.
Recommended Tip: Try to bend with a bigger radian to protect
the strip light and the electronic components on it.

a. Download Govee Home App from the App Store (iOS

b. Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone.
c. Open the app, tap the “+” icon in the top right corner and
search for “H61E0”.
d. Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions
to complete pairing.

Controlling the Device with Your Voice
a. Open Govee Home App, then tap the device icon to enter details
page.
b. Tap the settings icon in the top right corner.
c. Select “Using Guidance” and follow the on-screen instructions
to control the device by using your voice.
Troubleshooting
The strip light does not work/is malfunctioning:
Check if the adapter used is the one provided.

and quickly press the middle button four times to restore

Ensure Bluetooth on your smartphone has been turned on.
