Instalación de po te o elect ónico pa a una o va ias viviendas
con confi mación de llamada en placa calle.
Los pasos de la instalación vienen eflejados en los dife entes
apa tados, disponiendo en placa de calle de ajuste de volumen
de sonido en placa calle y en teléfono.
El tipo de cableado es el ya conocido de 4 + n , donde n es
el núme o de hilos de llamada.
Su funcionamiento es el siguiente:
1. Al ecibi una llamada, el teléfono emite el tono de llamada
y se escucha la confi mación de llamada en la placa calle.
2. Pa a establece comunicación ent e el teléfono y la placa
calle, descolga el au icula .
3. Si se quie e ab i la pue ta, pulsa el botón ab epue tas.
4. Si se desea te mina la comunicación sin ab i la pue ta,
volve a colga el au icula en la base del teléfono.
5. El teléfono ef. T1150 dispone de un pulsado auxilia lib e
de potencial, que puede usa se pa a ot as aplicaciones
ajenas a la instalación.

ESPECIFICACIONES ABREPUERTAS. El sistema admite ab epue tas eléct icos que cumplan las siguientes especificaciones:

DOOR OPENER SPECIFICATIONS. The s stem allows the use of electric door openers compliant with the following specifications:

Electronic entr phone installation for one or several dwellings
with call confirmation in street panels.
The steps for installation are shown in the different sections,
with a street panel having sound volume adjustment in the street
panel and on the telephone.
The t pe of cableform used is that known as 4 + n, where n is
the number of call wires.
It works in the following way:
1. When receiving a call, the telephone emits the call tone and
call confirmation can be heard in the street panel.
2. Unhook the receiver to establish communication between
the telephone and the street panel.
3. To open the door, press the door opener push-button.
4. To end the communication without opening the door, hang
up the receiver on the base of the telephone.
5. Telephone ref. T1150 has a supplementar potential-free
push-button that can be used for other applications not
belonging to the installation.

el de echo. To open towards the right, unscrew left screw and
loosen the right one.
B. Desplaza hacia la izquie da y f ontalmente 1,5 mm. Move
1.5 mm to the left and the front.

La placa de calle está suficientemente p otegida de las condiciones atmosfé icas.
Sin emba go, es conveniente instala la en un luga en que no afecten di ectamente
agentes como la lluvia, humedad, etc.
En el caso de supe ficies no lisas, donde la placa calle no quede pe fectamente
sellada mediante las juntas que inco po a, se ecomienda aplica algún mate ial
sellante en toda la pa te supe io de la placa calle pa a evita ent adas de agua que
puedan daña el equipo.
The street panel is sufficientl protected against the weather conditions. However, it
is advisable to install this in a place that is not directl affected b agents such as rain,
humidit , etc.
In the case of irregular surfaces, on which the street panel is not perfectl sealed b
means of the joints included, it is recommended some kind of sealing material is
applied along the entire upper part of the street panel to avoid water from entering,
as this would damage the equipment.

Se ecomienda instala los teléfonos en luga es desde los cuales se escuche la llamada en toda la vivienda, y que estén alejados de
fuentes de calo ( adiado es, estufas, etc.) o de ambientes ag esivos (cocinas, etc.).

MANTENIMIENTO. MAINTENANCE.
Todos los dispositivos que componen cada kit son
para uso exclusivo en instalaciones de porteros y
videoporteros GUINAZ. Su instalación debe realizarse
tal y como se especifica en esta guía y aplicando la
reglamentación vigente.
La manipulación interna de estos productos sólo
puede realizarse por personal especializado, y
siempre con el equipo desconectado de la
alimentación.
Mantenga siempre despejadas las ranuras de
ventilación de los dispositivos; en ningún caso pueden
quedar obstruidas o tapadas.

installation must be made such as it is specified in
this guide and is applied the effective regulation.
The product must be handle only by especialized
personnel, and always with the disconnected
equipment of the feeding.

Comp uebe tensiones ent e bo nas 1 - 2 (12 VAC) en la fuente de alimentación.
Si hay p oblemas con esta salida de tensión, desconecta los cables de PRIM,
espe e un minuto y vuelva a conecta . Si el p oblema pe siste, evise las conexiones
de la instalación.
Check the voltages between bushings 1-2 (12 VAC) in the power suppl . If there
are problems with this voltage output, disconnect the PRIM cables, wait for one
minute and reconnect them. Should the problem persist, check the installation
connections.
No hay conexión auditiva. Revisa conexión de cables 5, 6 y 7.
Check the connection of cables 5, 6 and 7.
No funciona el ab epue tas. Revisa estado de cables 3 y 4. Ve ifica también la
conexión del cable nº 8 ent e la placa calle y los teléfonos.
Check the state of cables 3 and 4. Also verif the connection of cable nº 8 between
the street panel and the telephones.
