Es muy importante seguir las siguientes instrucciones para conservar los
acabados de los productos HELVEX, con brillo y en perfecto estado:
1. Utilice únicamente agua y un paño limpio.
2. No utilice fibras, polvos, abrasivos, ni productos químicos.
3. No utilice objetos punzo-cortantes para limpiar los acabados.
4. Se recomienda realizar la limpieza de su producto diariamente.

No se impermeabilizó correctamente.

Realice la limpieza de la coladera (página 3, paso 6).

Hay filtraciones en la losa pretil
y/o pared del piso inferior.

parapet and / or wall of the
lower floor.
Verifique las recomendaciones de instalación y proceda a
rectificar el impermeabilizado (página 1, paso 1). / Check the
installation recommendations and proceed to rectify
the waterproofing (page 1, step 1).
Existen objetos obstruyendo la rejilla que no permiten el desalojo
del agua pluvial. / There are objects obstructing the grid that
do not allow the evacuation of rainwater.
Superficies contaminadas con
óxido. / Surfaces contaminated
with rust.
Áreas sin recubrimiento o con cuerpo descubierto. /
Uncoated or bare body areas.

El producto cuenta con un recubrimiento de primer y pintura para aumentar la resistencia a la corrosión, sin embargo por la maniobra de
instalación, mantenimiento, tiempo de exposición u otros factores, se pueden llegar a desgastar o a desprender partes del recubrimiento, por lo
que se recomienda que para aumentar la vida del producto se recubra con primer y pintura las partes dañadas o descubiertas. /The product has a
coating of primer and paint to increase the resistance to corrosion, however by the maneuver of installation, maintenance, exposure time or other
factors, can wear or detach parts of the coating, so that recommends that in order to increase the life of the product, the damaged or uncovered
parts should be covered with primer and paint.
