Centrifuge will not start
Possible reason: No power supply
Possible reason: Blown fuse
Lid lock will not release
Possible reason: Defective lid lock
Possible reason: No power from PC board
Possible reason: Lid lock is jammed
Possible reason: Centrifuge is not receiving power
Centrifuge cannot be started, although power is on
Possible reason: Lid not closed c orrectly
Possible reason: No speed or time has been selected

AT TENTION: The timer must be in the OFF position before connecting the
power cord. Failing to place the timer in the off position may result in
damage to the centrifuge and injury to personnel.
3. Installing the rotors
3.1 Rotors and accessories
Angle rotor for 18 x 1.5 ml
Adapter for 0.5 ml
Adapter for 0.4 ml

3.4 Overloading rotors
Failure to reduce the speed may result in damage to the rotor and centrifuge.
4. Operation
ATTENTION: Never attempt to oper ate the centrifuge with rotors or adapters that
show signs of corrosion or mechanical damage.
Never centrifuge strongly corrosive materials that may damage the rotors or
accessories.
