Carefully remove all the parts from the carton and
place them individually on a soft cloth to prevent
scratches or other damage.
Carefully and strictly follow these assembly instructions
to ensure a completed product as designed.
Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble.

STEP 1
Insert Cam Lock Screws into the pre-drilled
holes of Top (A1), Side Panels (B), (C),
Middle Panel (D) and Base (M).
(See Figure 1)
Attach Magnet to Front Stretcher (J)
with Wood Screws (short).

STEP 2
Attach Legs (G) to Base (M).
Attach Middle Panel (D) to unit with
Cam Locks. (See Figure 3)
Attach Front Stretcher (J) to unit.

IMPORTANT
Use a soft cloth between these parts and the floor.
Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble.
Do not tighten all the bolts until each part is properly assembled.
The unit must be level to work properly. Use the included adjustable levelers to level.
Keep Hex Wrench in a safe place as the bolts may need to be tightened up in the future.

STEP 3
Attach Back Stretcher (I) and Front Stretcher (K)
to Side Panel (B) with Cam Locks.
Attach unit from Step 2 to unit with Cam Lock
and Head Cap Bolts. (See Figure 4)

Slide Back Panels (E) and Back Upright (F) into place.
Attach Back Support (H) to Back Upright (F).

Attach Side Panel (C) to unit with
Cam Locks and Head Cap Bolts.

Attach Leaf Top (A2) to Top (A1)
with Wood Screw (middle).
(See Figure 5)

Turn the unit from Step 5
to its’ upright position.
Level the unit by adjusting the adjustable
levelers on the bottom of legs.
(See Figure 6)
Note: Unit must be level to proceed.
Insert Wood Screws (short)
into pre-drilled holes of unit.
Attach Top unit from Step 6 to
unit from Step 5 with Cam Locks.

Attach Knob to Door (N) with
Machine Screws. (See Figure 7)
Attach Door (N) to unit by sliding
the door lift hinges into the side panel
lift hinges. (See Figure 8)
Insert Adjustable Pins into middle panel
and side panel at the desired level.
Place Shelf (L) into position.

Lift up the Leaf Top.
Top extension instructions
STEP 2
Holding the Leaf Top, pull out
a back leg from the unit; then
pull out the other back leg.
Note: Unit must be level for
the back legs to pull out.
