Congratulations on your purchase of our DOMONIAL
security system.
This system is designed to operate on an authorised
radio frequency and will in no way endanger the user.
To make the best out of your DOMONIAL we advise
you to read this manual carefully. This manual has been
written for your special attention and integrates
remarks and suggestions of existing users.

Introduction to your security system
The DOMONIAL control panel/communicator unit is the brain of your security system. It
exchanges information with the associated wireless peripherals. DOMONIAL centralises the data
sent by the detectors, records the arming and disarming operations and communicates with
your central monitoring station.

1- LED INDICATOR “AC MAINS POWER”
ON : The Control Panel is supplied by the Mains power
OFF : There is a Mains Power Failure – The Control Panel is supplied by its built – in battery
2- LED INDICATOR “SYSTEM ARMED”
ON : The system is totally armed
OFF : The system is disarmed
BLINKING : The system is Part Armed
3- LED INDICATOR “OPENED DETECTOR FAULT”
BLINKING : It means that one of the window or door protected by a magnetic contact is
opened. It blinks until the window or door get closed
4- LED INDICATOR “ALARM MEMORY”
ON : It means that an alarm occurred during the ARMING mode
BLINKING : It means that an alarm occurred during the Part arm mode
The indicator remains ON until the next arming
5- LED INDICATOR “TECHNICAL FAULT”
ON : It indicates a fault on a technical channel
BLINKING : It indicates a fault on the system ( Battery fault, Supervision, Tamper, Phone line
failure or Radio Jamming )
The indicator remain ON or BLINKING until the End of the technical or system fault

Understand the audible acknowledgements
SIGNALLING EQUIPMENT
The sounder, whether it is built in the control panel 1 or mounted in the house 2 is an effective
deterrent thanks to its power and very aggressive loudness.
Both these components emit an audible confirmation of your arming and disarming the security
system. The sound volume can be adjusted by the installer.

AUDIBLE CONFIRMATIONS OF YOUR ACTIONS

Built-in audio verification version
DOMONIAL can have a built-in audio verification function, allowing you to call and talk to the
persons who are in the monitoring station, just by pressing the button. Then the monitoring station
will ask you to talk.

How to use your keyfob ?
The keyfob is used to arm, totally or partly, and disarm your security system as well as to
trigger an audible or silent alert.
CHARACTERISTICS
● Power requirement: one 3V lithium CR 1/3 type battery
● Weight: 30 grs
OPERATION
●ARMING
✔ Press key :
✔ The indicator light on the keyfob comes on briefly when you release
the button
- An audible confirmation
is simultaneously emitted by all the signalling equipments.
Always make sure that your arming the system is followed by the audible confirmation. Your
house will be under effective protection about 2 minutes after you have armed the system.
Arming can be controlled from inside the house or from outside, in the immediate vicinity.
If, upon arming, a door or window contact is in the "open" position (e.g. window not properly
shut), a FAULT signal will inform you. Disarm the system, shut the corresponding window
and repeat arming.
●DISARMING
✔ Press key :
✔ The indicator light on the keyfob comes on briefly when you release the button.

- The audible confirmation is emitted by the
signalling equipment.
Action on the key immediately disarms the security system of your house.
●PARTIALARMING
Provided that this function has been programmed by the installer, you can choose to protect
only a part of your house while you are in the other part. For instance, you can protect the
ground floor while your are sleeping upstairs.
✔ Press key
✔ The indicator light on the keyfob comes on when you release the button.
- The audible confirmation is simultaneously
emitted by the signalling equipment.
Part protection becomes effective about 2 minutes after you have armed it. Any intruder in the
protected zone will trigger an alarm. Part protection is disarmed by action on the key.
●ALERT FUNCTION
This key enables you to send an instant alarm if you need urgent assistance at home.
✔ Push simultaneously the 2 “SOS” keys during 2 secondes
✔ The indicator light comes on.

✔ The sounder is triggered (as programmed)
✔ The central monitoring station is alerted.
The “ALERT” function is operative even when your system is not armed. The sounder stops by
itself after 1'30" but you can stop it before by pressing
Note : The “ALERT” function can be used to test the alarm equipment.
Stopping the sounder does not interrupt the transmission to the monitoring station.
●SWITCHING A WIRELESS RECEIVER
You keyfob can manage a wireless receiver of the Honeywell Range if your installation
includes one or more.
✔ Press key :
✔ The indicator light comes on when you release the button.
Then the equipment associated by the engineer during the installation is swithed on or off.

How to use your wireless keypad ?
The keypad is used to arm, totally or partly, and to disarm your security system by means of an
access code chosen at the installation stage.
CHARACTERISTICS
● Power requirement:
one 3V lithium CR 123 type battery
● Weight: 130 grs
OPERATION
To use the keypad you must know the access code
chosen at the installation stage.
●ARMING VIATHE CODE KEYPAD
✔ Press “ARM” key of the keypad and enter your access code.
✔ A high-pitch beep confirms the entry of each digit,
✔ The keypad confirms the validity of the code by its green light,
- The audible confirmation is simultaneously
emitted by the signalling equipment.
Always make sure that your arming the system is followed by the audible confirmation. Your
house will be under effective protection about 2 minutes after you have armed the system.
✔
If your system is equipped with a TAG Reader, presenting the TAG in front
of the keypad can take place of entering code.

On some keypad models, presenting the TAG more than 2 sec. will arm the system without pressing the
ARM key.
If you ask your installer for the corresponding configuration, you will be able to arm your
security system by a mere push on the “ON” key.
●DISARMING VIA THE CODE KEYPAD
To enable you to get to the keypad without triggering an alarm, your installer has pro-
grammed an entry delay of a few seconds.
✔ Enter your code or present the TAG.
✔ A high-pitch beep confirms the entry of each digit,
✔ The keypad confirms the validity of the code by its green light,
- The audible confirmation is simultaneously
emitted by the signalling equipment.
●CODE CHANGING VIA THE CODE KEYPAD
You can change the 4 digits of your access code at any time.

✔ The red light on the keypad blinks slowly during the programming phase.
✔ The blinking red light stops and a long beep is emitted by
the keypad to validate the sequence.
Your security equipment manages 10 codes (1 master and 9 users).
●SENDING AN ALERT
You can send an instant alert whenever you feel threatened while at home:
✔ Press simultaneously on the “SOS” keys,
✔ The sounder is triggered (as programmed),
✔ Your central monitoring station is informed.
The “ALERT” function is operative even when your system is not armed.
You can stop the sounder manually by pressing key of the keyfob or by entering code,
on the keypad.
Stopping the sounder does not interrupt the transmission to the central monitoring station.
Note : The "ALERT" function can be used to test the alarm equipment.

●ENTRY DELAY
The entry delay gives you the time necessary to enter your access code on the keypad to
disarm your security system. The delay duration and area are defined between the installer
and yourself.
●WRONG CODE PROTECTION
If your enter 3 successive wrong codes, the sounder is triggered, the keypad is blocked
for 5 minutes and the central monitoring station is informed thereof.
Stop the sounder by pressing key of your remote keyfob or by entering
your code on the keypad.

Motion pir detector
A MOTION PIR DETECTOR reacts to the temperature fluctuations caused by a person in
motion
Door / window contact
A DOOR/WINDOW CONTACT fitted on the frame and on the opening element triggers an
alarm upon opening. Before leaving make sure that all openings are properly shut. When arming
your security system, a "fault" signal will be activated if one or several protected openings are
not secured.
Glass break detector
A GLASS BREAK DETECTOR analyses the various frequencies emitted by glass being broken.
Smoke detector
A SMOKE DETECTOR mounted on the ceiling ensures the coverage of about 50 sqm. Refrain
from smoking in the vicinity of this detector.

How manage your system
via a telephone ?
REMEMBER
This type of action is possible from a multifrequency telephone (tone dialling) or from your
cellular telephone. This function must be programmed as operative by the installer.
Remote controlling is authorised only after you have entered your secret code. The Domonial
control panel picks up your call after the programmed number of rings or after its has been called
twice successively.
ACCESS TO YOUR SECURITY SYSTEM
• Dial the phone number of your
security system.
• A 2-second beep sounds followed
by the "Arpeggio" invitation tune.
• You then have 30 seconds to enter
your secret code ( 6 digits ).
• A high-pitch beep confirms the validity of your
access code. You are then connected to your
security system.
●REMOTE ARMING
Over a telephone you cannot but increase the protection status of your security system.
• Press keys
for total arming of your security
system.
• Press keys
to arm the protection of the part zone.
• Press keys
to arm the protection of the detached
zone.
Your action has been integrated as soon as you
can hear a music in the telephone.
The communication can then be terminated.

●REMOTE CONTROL OFAN ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT*
This function requires one or several optional RS800
HF/WR800HF radio command receivers.
• Select the No of the equipment (16 to 19) by
pressing keys
• A short beep informs you that your equipment is
operative.
• Two beeps inform you that your equipment is not
operative.
• To make your equipment operative, press key
• To make your equipment inoperative, press key

●REMOTE AUDIO VERIFICATION
With the built-in audio verification version, you can hear
if somebody is in your home and talk to him.
• Push the key to talk

●TERMINATE THE COMMUNICATION

To terminate the communication, press
keys and of your telephone set.

Maintenance and recommendations
●Check regulary your system (once a month or follow your operator’s
specifications)
●Avoid shocks for all the components and more especially
avoid dropping the remote keyfob.
●Do not immerse.
●To clean the components use a damp rag only (no detergent).
●Keep in a clean, dry place at the ambient temperature.
●Dispose of old batteries in containers for this purpose.
●Avoid exposing yourself to prolonged sounder emission.
●Do not hide motion detectors behind curtains, furniture, etc.
●Do not paint or paper the components
●Do not try to open or move the components.
They are tamper-protected and some of them can
present electric shock hazards.
