Cleaning
─ Before using the insert for the rst time,
wash and dry it carefully.
─The insert is dishwasher-safe. To prevent
any marks left by limescale in the water,
always wipe dry after washing. Spots
and marks may be removed with a little
vinegar diluted in lukewarm water.
─Do not use steel wool or anything that
may scratch the surface.
How to use the insert
1. Unfold the insert and put it into a pan
with cold water. The water must not
reach the base of the insert.
2. Boil the water and place the food in the
insert.
Good to know
─ The insert has a removable handle that
can be hooked on to the xed handle to
make the insert easy to lift. While the
food is boiling, remove the removable
handle so it will not be hot when the
insert is lifted.
─ The insert can be used in most 2-5
litre pots and saucepans. However, it is
unsuitable for use in pots and pans with
non-stick coated interior, due to the risk
of scratching the coating.
─ Make sure that there always is water
under the insert, because the cookware
can get damaged if boiling dry.
