Important Safety Instructions

Before beginning any fitness program, you should obtain a complete
physical examination from your physician. When using exercise equip-
ment, basic precautions should always be taken, including the following:
* Read all instructions before using the .

* Frayed or worn cables can be dangerous and may cause injury.
Periodically check these cables for any indication of wear.
* Keep hands, limbs, loose clothing and long hair well out of the way of
moving parts.
* Do not attempt to lift more weight than you can control safely.
* Do not use the equipment outdoors.
* Read each step in the assembly instructions and follow the steps in
sequence. Do not skip ahead. If you skip ahead, you may learn later
that you have to disassemble compontents and that you may have
damaged the equipment.
* Assemble and operate the equipment on a solid, level surface. Locate
the unit a few feet from walls or furniture to provide easy access.

Assembly instructions
Assembly of the takes professional installers
hours. If this is the first time you have assembled this type of
equipment, plan to spend more time. It is strongly recom men
ded to assemble the equipment by professional installers.
You may find it quicker, safer, easier to assemble this equipment
with the help of a friend, as some of components may be large,
heavy or awkward to handle alone. It is important that you asse-
mble your product in a clean, clear, uncluttered area. This will
enable you to move around the product while you are fitting com-
onents and reduce the possibility of injury during assembly.
As with any assembled part, proper alignment and adjustment
is critical. While tightening the fasteners, be sure to leave room
for adjustments. Do not fully tighten the fasteners until instructed
to do so. Be careful to assemble the components in the sequence
presented in this guide.

Step1 Install the Adj. Foot Plates
Align the Adj. Foot Plates (#37) to the Main Upright(#01),
Right Support(#10) and Left Support(#11),then secure
thembyhands.

Step2 Install the Frame
1)Attach the Left Support(#11) to Main Upright(#01)
using:

1)Attach the Cross Base(#05) to the Right and Left
Support(#10,#11) and the Main Support(#01) using:

Step4 Install the Weight Plates
1)Insert both the Guide Rods(#19) into the Main Upri-
ght(#01).
2)Slide the Weight Rubber Bumper(#44) down onto
Guide Rod(#19)
3)Carefully begin sliding the Weight Plate one by one
sequence:#41,#40,#39.
4)Align both top ends of the Guide Rods(#27) to the
Upright(#01)andsecuerthemusing:

Step5 Install the Little Main Upright
Attach the Little Main Upright(#02) to the Main Upright
(#01) using:
Four Allen Bolts M10×115(#55)
Four Nylon Locknuts M10(#66)

Step6 Install the Cam and Roller
1)Install the Cam(#24),the Spacer(#27)and the Pivot
Arm(#04) to the Little Main Upright(#02) in sequence,
then secure them using:
2)Insert the Swing Tube(#03) into Pivot Arm(#04),then
secure using:
3)Insert the Plastic Collar(#52),Roller(#28),Out Collar
into the Swing Tube(#03) in sequence,then secure
them using:

Step7 Route the Cable
1)Insert the bolt of Cable(#49) to the Top Plate(#39),
make sure the clip of the Weight Pin are on Top Plate
(#39).
2)Route the Cable(#49) up and over the 4.5” and 3.5”
lley,then secure them to the Main Upright(#01) using:
3)Down the Cable to Cam,secure the Gimbal(#50) into
the Cam using:

Step8 Install the Foot Pad
1)Attach the Root Base(#15) to the Foot Pad(#07) using:
2)Install both the Root Base(#15) and the Foot Pad(#07)
onto the Adj. Base(#06),insert both Short Guide Rod
(#08) into the Foot Pad(#07) and the the Adj. Base(#06).

Step9 Install the Right/Left Rail
Safety Tube and the Thick Pop Pin

1)Attach the Above Cross(#14) onto the Right/Left
port,then attach the Left Rail(#12) to the Main
(#01) using:
2)Attach the Left Rail(#12),the Above Cross(#14) , the
Left Support(#11) and the Short GuideRod (#8) using:
3)In the same way attach Right Rail(#13).
4)Attach the Safety Tube(#26) to the Left/Right Rail
(#12/#13) using:
5)Attach the Thick Pop Pin(#16) to the Foot Pad(#07),
then adjust the Foot Pad(#07) upto the seventh potion,
then Attach the Gas Shock(#30) to the Foot Pad(#07)
and the Root Base(#15)using:

1)Attach the two Decal Plates(#17,#22) to the Main
right(#01) using:

3)Insert one Chamfer Bolt M6×15(#65) into the Main
right then secure the Plastic Cap(#51) to the Main Up
