● During the installation process, please do not block the vents on the server, especially the
vents on the front and rear of the server.
● Please remove the protective film from the server surface before using.
● Please leave a minimum of 15cm clearance on the front and rear sides of the server for
proper ventilation.
● Please install air baffles in place prior to device installation, to make sure that the server can
get enough air flow, and to avoid air turbulence in the server room.
● Servers are high-power electrical appliances, and they should be installed into dedicated
cabinets with vents or professional water-cooled cabinets, to prevent system failures
caused by overheating.
● If it needs to install more than one device, please load them from the bottom to the top,
and load the heaviest items first.
● Please note the cabinet’s load-bearing capacity, power supply capacity and heat
dissipation capacity, be sure not to install devices beyond the cabinet’s threshold capacity.
● For the convenience of using the front and rear ports of the server and cabling, leave a
minimum clearance of 70mm between the front end of the server and the inner side of the
cabinet’s front door, and 150mm between the rear end of the server and the inner side of
the cabinet’s rear door.

Pull the white tab forward and take out the inner rail.
Cauon: Do not over bend the spring plate to avoid damage.
Installing the rails

Posion the rail on the rack. Fix the rear bracket first, and lock the matching screws
and washers on the screw holes, then lock the screws on the front bracket. Install the
other rail in the same way.
Noce: Keep the front and rear brackets at the same height, and keep the two rails
on the same level.
Pull the middle rails fully extended in lock posion. Li the server, align the inner rails
with the middle rails, and push the server slowly unl it hits a stop.

Pull down the covers of the le and right lugs, and ghten the screws within.

Pull or push the blue release tab, and push the server inward unl the inner rails fully enter
the middle rails. Press the two tabs on the middle rails while pushing the server into place.

Align the keyholes on the inner rail with the standoffs on the chassis, and push the rail
in the direcon of the arrow to install the inner rail onto the chassis.

Remove the screws within the left and right lugs. Pull the server outwards
until the tabs on the middle rails are locked.
Pull the white tabs on the inner rails in the direction of the arrow, and
remove the server from the rack.
Slightly lift up the keyhole spring plates, and slide the inner rails forward to
remove the inner rails.
