1. ⽬的 (Purpose)︓
CABLINE-UM PLUGにおける、ケーブルの半⽥付け⼿順及び LOCK COVER, SHELL-A, PULL TAPE HOLDER の
組み付けについて明記する。
This manual is to explain the soldering method / process of the CABLINE-UM PLUG with cable,
and assembly of LOCK COVER, SHELL-A, PULL TAPE HOLDER.

4. パルスヒート条件[推奨] (Recommended pulse heat condition)
Micro-Coax
①アイドリング温度 (Idle temp.) 150℃
②1st ヒート設定温度 (1st heat temp.) 220℃
③ 〃 ⽴ち上がり時間 ( 〃 rise time) 0.5sec.
④ 〃 維持時間 ( 〃 holding time) 3.0sec.
⑤2nd ヒート設定温度 (2nd heat temp.) 300〜320℃
⑥ 〃 ⽴ち上がり時間 ( 〃 rise time) 0.5sec.
⑦ 〃 維持時間 ( 〃 holding time) 3.0sec.
ヒーターチップ加圧⼒(Heater tip Pressure) 5〜10N
※パルスヒート条件の評価は弊社のパルスヒート冶具、装置で確認しております。
パルスヒート冶具形状や装置、環境等の違いにより、最適なパルスヒート条件は変わることが予想されます。
貴社で御使⽤の際は、充分なパルスヒート条件の検討を⾏っていただくよう御願い致します。
This pulse heat condition was evaluated and confirmed by our pulse heat jig and instruments.
The most optimum condition may change based on the shapes of pulse heat jig and instruments,
the environments, or other reason.
Therefore, please examine the pulse heat condition adequately in advance of use.

5.作業⼿順 (Work procedures)︓
5-1. 芯線の半⽥付け (Soldering of center-conductor)
① まず適合ケーブルの端末処理形状を下図の様にして下さい。
The cables have to be fabricated as shown below in advance of soldering.

②ディスペンサー等でコンタクトにフラックスを塗布し、全コンタクトにフラックスが塗布されたことを確認して下さい。
Apply flux to contact by the dispenser etc., and please confirm all contacts were applied flux.

※Photo.2 のようにフラックスを塗布し過ぎないで下さい。
フラックスの⾶散及びフラックス過多による嵌合部への染み出しの原因となります。
※Please do not apply flux too much like Photo.2. It can cause flux splash or leak to the mating area.

※洗浄機等によるフラックスの洗浄は⾏わないで下さい。フラックスが嵌合部に付着する可能性が有ります。
※Washer must not be used to take flux off because it may cause flux attached to mating area.

③コネクタに半⽥バーをセットする。
Pre-set and locate solder bar at center of connector (HOUSING ASSʼY).

④ケーブルをセットする。
Set the cable.
※ディスクリートケーブルのセットは芯線と SHELL が接触する恐れがある為、Fig.3 のように 0.2MAX を守ってください。
※Setting discrete cable is to protect 0.2MAX. as Fig.3. There is danger that Center Conductor touch shell.

⑤芯線をパルスヒートにて半⽥付けする。半⽥付け状態は、Photo.3 参照。
Center-conductors are soldered with pulse heater. See Photo.3 of soldering condition.

※万が⼀、極間が短絡した場合は、再度パルスヒートにて加熱を⾏って下さい。
製品にダメージを与える恐れがある為、回数は 1 回だけです。
これで短絡が直らない場合は、NG 箇所のみ半⽥コテにて⼿修正して下さい。
※When solder bridge is appeared between the terminal, try heating again with pulse heater
only one time. If the bridge isnʼt repaired, use the soldering iron only a NG point.
半⽥コテの条件 (Condition of Soldering iron) ︓ 50W
半⽥コテ先温度 (Operating temperature) ︓ 350℃
コテ先当て時間 (Application time of soldering iron) ︓ 5 秒以内 (Within 5sec.)
※芯線を半⽥付けした後にケーブルをあおると、製品にダメージを与える恐れがある為、ケーブルはあおらないで下さい。
Because it might give product damage, please do not instigate a cable after soldering.

5-2.LOCK COVER 取扱注意事項 (Cautions in treating LOCK COVER)
LOCK COVER はキャリア付きリール状態にて納品されます。LOCK COVER をキャリアから折り取る⼿順を明記します。
LOCK COVER is delivered in the reel with a carrier.
The following is the method to cut LOCK COVER from Carrier.
① ⾦属⽤はさみ等を⽤いて、キャリアを左下 Photo.4 のカットライン(緑線)にて切断する。
Cut carrier on the cut line of the left below picture (green line) by a scissors for metal.
② LOCK COVER の中⼼部を持ち、±45°の範囲で 1 往復させてノッチ部から切り離す。もし、切り離れない場合は、
この往復動作を繰り返して切り離す。切り離し後はノッチ折り取り部にバリ発⽣なきことを確認してください。(Photo.7)
Hold the center of LOCK COVER and cut it off from Notch by ±45 deg of reciprocating work.
When it does not be cut, try again this reciprocating work.After separated,
check there is no burr around the cut part.(Photo.7)

5-3. LOCK COVER 組み付け (Assembly of LOCK COVER)
Fig.4 の様に LOCK COVER を HOUSING ASSʼY の上⾯から組み付ける。
LOCK COVER is assembled from upper side of HOUSING ASSʼY.

5-4.SHELL-A 取扱注意事項 (Cautions in treating SHELL-A)
SHELL-A はキャリア付きリール状態にて納品されます。SHELL-A をキャリアから折り取る⼿順を明記します。
SHELL-A is delivered in the reel with a carrier. The following is the method to cut SHELL-A from Carrier.
① ⾦属⽤はさみ等を⽤いて、キャリアを左下 Photo.11 のカットライン(緑線)にて切断する。
Cut carrier on the cut line of the left below picture (green line) by a scissors for metal.
② SHELL-A の中⼼部を持ち、±45°の範囲で 1 往復させてノッチ部から切り離す。もし、切り離れない場合は、
この往復動作を繰り返して切り離す。切り離し後はノッチ折り取り部にバリ発⽣なきことを確認してください。(Photo.14)

5-5. SHELL-A 組み付け (Assembly of SHELL-A)
① Fig.5 の様に SHELL-A を HOUSING ASSʼY の上⾯から組み付ける。
SHELL-A is assembled from upper side of HOUSING ASSʼY.
② SHELL-A が正常に組み⽴てられているか確認する。
SHELL のロックが掛かっているか。(Fig.6★部)
Confirms whether SHELL-A is assembled properly.
Whether shell locks are assembled properly. (Fig.6★ point)

③ SHELL-A,B と GND BAR を半⽥コテにて半⽥付けする。(Fig.7,8◆部)
半⽥の⾼さ(半⽥量)の限度は Fig.17 参照。
半⽥コテの条件は、8 ⾴参照。
SHELL-A, B and GND BAR are soldered with the soldering iron at designated points. (Fig.7,8◆point)
Refer to Fig.17 for a limit of the solder height. For conditions of Soldering iron refer to sheet 8.

(When using PULL TAPE HOLDER without using LOCK COVER)】

PULL TAPE HOLDER はキャリア付きリール状態にて納品されます。
PULL TAPE HOLDER をキャリアから折り取る⼿順を明記します。
PULL TAPE HOLDER comes in a carrier tape wounded in a reel.
Follow the methods shown below to cut PULL TAPE HOLDER from carrier tape.
① ⾦属⽤はさみ等を⽤いて、キャリアを左下 Photo.18 のカットライン(緑線)にて切断する。
Cut carrier tape along the green dotted cut line in Photo 18 by metal cutting scissors.
② PULL TAPE HOLDER の中⼼部を持ち、±45°の範囲で 1 往復させてノッチ部から切り離す。もし、切り離れない場合は、
この往復動作を繰り返して切り離す。切り離し後はノッチ折り取り部にバリ発⽣なきことを確認してください

Hold the center of PULL TAPE HOLDER and bend it back and forth within ±45 degrees to detach
it from notch. Repeat until the PULL TAPE HOLDER is separated from the notch.
Make sure no burr is found from cut off area.(Photos 20 and 21)

Caution: Do not forcedly pull carrier toward red arrow direction or it may cause deformation or burr.
5-5. PULL TAPE HOLDER 組み付け (Assembling PULL TAPE HOLDER)
① Fig.10 のように PULL TAPE HOLDER に PULL TAPE を貼り付ける。
Tape PULL TAPE around PULL TAPE HOLDER as shown in Figure 10.
・ 推奨PULL TAPE⼨法 (Recommended PULL TAPE dimension)

② PULL TAPE HOLDER が正常に組み⽴てられているか確認する。(Fig.12★部)

【注意事項(Caution)】
※組み⽴ての際に PULL TAPE HOLDER の向きを図のように上下逆にしないでください。
Do not place PULL TAPE HOLDER upside-down.
※半⽥付けの際に、PULL TAPE HOLDER の位置が安定しない場合は、図のように固定するなど動かない様にして半⽥付けを
⾏ってください。
If PULL TAPE HOLDER is unstable, secure it before soldering.
※半⽥付け量が少ない場合、PULL TAPE HOLDER の強度が落ちる可能性、写真のようなOK状態にしてください。
また、両端とも⼀点のみの半⽥付けでも同様に強度が落ちる為、必ずすべての⽳に半⽥付けしてください。
If soldering paste amount is not enough, strength of PULL TAPE HOLDER may decrease.
Make sure all four holes are soldered as shown in OK Photo.
※半⽥付け時に半⽥コテが PULL TAPE に接触した場合、PULL TAPE の耐熱温度によっては溶ける場合がございますので
PULL TAPEに半⽥コテが当たらない様、ご注意ください。
Do not touch PULL TAPE with soldering iron or it may melt it according to the heat-resistant temperature.

※ケーブルをバンドルする際は図18,19のようにしてください。固定するテープがはみ出すとLOCK COVERの操作ができなくなったり、
嵌合ができなくなる可能性がございます。
Do no tape the prohibition area or LOCK COVER may not work properly.
Bundle the cable as shown in Figure 18 and 19.
