IMPORTANT!
Before you begin assembly, read the directions
all the way through one time. Assembly may
require the assistance of another person.
This will speed up the process for you and you will
understand the sequence of steps. You will need
#2 and #3 Phillips head screwdrivers, a medium
slotted screwdriver, a plastic mallet and a clean,
carpeted surface to work on. If carpet is not
available, use the foam padding provided in the
carton. It will be helpful to count out and separate
hardware into groups before assembly. To care for this furniture, simply wipe with a cloth
dampened with a glass cleaner containing
ammonia-D.

ASSEMBLE DISASSEMBLE
Using the Rafix System:
Insert the Rafix Cams into the
appropriate holes. The flat edge of
the cam should be facing the edge
of the panel.
Slide Rafix Cams of the panel to be
attached onto the corresponding posts.
Using a #3 Phillips screwdriver, turn the
rotating portion of the Rafix Cam a 1/2
turn clockwise to secure. IMPORTANT!
Do not exceed 1/2 turn when tightening
cams. Turn 1/2 turn counterclockwise
to disassemble and remove panel.
When screwing post
into hole, Do Not
over tighten. Screw
post down until
bottom face of post
flange just touches
board surface.
Flat

Place left side (A) on it's side and
insert 16 rafix bolts (H1) and 2 flush
rafix cams (H2) where indicated.

Place Bottom (E) on a
clean, carpeted surface.
Attach four Casters (H5)
using four Carriage Bolts
(H7) and four Nylok Nuts
(H8) each as shown.
Flip over the bottom
assembly and insert 6
rafix bolts into the
remaining holes.

Take side panel (A) and place on top
of rafix bolts on bottom panel (E).
Turn rafix cams to tighten.

Insert 6 flush rafix
cams (H2) into back
panel lower (F). Take
back panel lower (F)
and attach it to side
panel (A) and bottom
panel (E) by placing
the panel on the rafix
bolts. Turn the rafix
cams to tighten.

Insert 4 flush rafix
cams (H2) into back
panel upper (G). Place
back panel upper (G)
onto side panels (A)
rafix bolts. Turn flush
rafix cams (H2) on
back panel upper to
tighten.
Place side panel (B) on
work surfaces (G, F
and E) turn the
remaining cams to
tighten).
Take the 6 angle
brackets (H6) and
screw them onto both
sides of the back
sections (G and F)
using the Varianta

With the assistance of
another person, turn
the unit upright and
place the 6 shelves
onto the rafix bolts.
Turn rafix cams (H3)to
tighten.
