IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Thank you for choosing our product. To ensure your health and safety, please use this equipment
as advised. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the
equipment. Safe and effective use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled,
maintained and used in accordance to the manual. It is your responsibility to ensure that all
users of the equipment are informed of all warnings and precautions.
1. Before starting any exercise program, you should consult a health professional to determine if
you have any medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety at risk or
prevent you from using the equipment properly. A health professional’s advice is essential if you
are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.
2. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop
exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest,
irregular heartbeat, lightheadedness, dizziness or feelings of nausea. If you do experience any
of these conditions, you should consult a health professional before continuing with your
exercise program.
3. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.
4. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet.
To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 2 feet (61 cm) of free space all around it.
5. Ensure that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before using the equipment. The safety of
the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or wear and
tear.
6. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while assembling
or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from the equipment during
exercise, discontinue use of the equipment immediately. Please contact JLL Fitness on 0800
6123 988 for advice on how to resolve the issue.
7. Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing that may
become entangled in the equipment.
8. Do not place fingers or objects into the moving parts of the equipment.
9. The maximum weight capacity of this unit is 100 kg.
10. To avoid bodily injury and/or damage to the product or property, ensure to follow safe
procedures for lifting and moving the item.
11. Your product is intended for use in cool, dry conditions. You should avoid storage in extreme
cold, hot or damp areas as this may lead to corrosion and other related problems.
12. This equipment is designed for indoor home use only, it is not intended for commercial use.
Use in any environment that it is not intended for will void your warranty.

STEP 1:
Attach the Front Stabilizer (No. 3) to the Main
Frame (No. 49) using 2 Medium Bolts (No. 1),
2 Spring Washers (No. 52) and 2 Washers
(No. 2). Tighten and secure with the Standard
Allen Wrench (#B).
STEP 2:
Attach 2 Large Bolts (No. 58) into the bottom
hole of the Main Frame (No. 49) with Spanner
(#C).
Insert 2 Large Bolts (No. 58) through the
Pedals (No. 57), into the upper hole of the Main
Frame (No.49) and tighten with Spanner (#C).
NOTE: The Pedals (No. 57) should rest on the
bottom Large Bolts (No. 58).

STEP 4:
Attach the Sliding Rail (No. 79) to the Main
Frame (No. 49) using one Sleeve Bolt (No.
64), one Washer (No. 65) and one Small
Screw (No. 66). Tighten and secure with the
Large Allen Wrench (#A) and the Standard
Allen Wrench (#B).
Lift the Sliding Rail (No. 79) where it
connects to the Main Frame (No. 49) to align
the holes. Then insert the Pull Pin (No. 67).
Finally, connect the Trunk Wire 1 (No. 51) to
the Sensor Wire (No.63).
STEP 3:
Slide the Seat (No. 71) onto the Sliding Rail
(No. 79).
Attach the Rear Stabilizer (No. 81) to the
Sliding Rail (No. 79) using 2 Medium Bolts
(No. 1), 2 Spring Washers (No. 52) and 2
Washers (No. 2). Tighten and secure with the
Standard Allen Wrench (#B).

OPERATION PROCEDURES __
MODE:
To select the function you want to display, hold the key for 4 seconds to reset all function values
(full reset).
AUTO ON/OFF:
The monitor will turn on when you start rowing or pressing MODE.
The monitor will turn off after being inactivate for 4 minutes.
FUNCTIONS _____
• TIME: Counts the workout time while exercising.
• COUNT: Counts the strokes while exercising.
• CALORIE: Counts the estimated calories burned while exercising.
• REPS/MIN: Displays the strokes per minute while exercising.
• SCAN: Scans through each function between:
① TIME
② CALORIES
③ REPS/MIN (STROKES/MIN) repeatedly.
BATTERY _____
If there is a problem with the display, try replacing the battery. This monitor uses one “AAA”
battery. Dispose the battery according to the guidelines of your local region.

ADJUSTING THE PEDALS
The pedal strap length can be adjusted to fit the user’s foot size.
To tighten, pull the Velcro end of the pedal strap upward then to
the right and down to secure it to the mesh side of the strap.
MOVING THE MACHINE
To move the machine, lift up the rear stabilizer until the
transportation wheels on the front stabilizer touch the ground.
With the wheels on the ground, you can transport the rower to
the desired location with ease.
ADJUSTING THE RESISTANCE
Rotate the Tension Control Knob (No. 45) clockwise to
increase the level of resistance. Rotate the tension control
counter-clockwise to decrease the level of resistance.
Level 1 is the lowest and Level 8 is the highest tension.

REPLACING THE BATTERY
An “AAA” battery is included in the Monitor (No. 48). To rep lace
the battery, remove the monitor from the Main Frame (No. 49),
and disconnect the Trunk Wire (No. 51) and the link wire of the
monitor.
After the replacement, connect the Trunk Wire (No. 51) with the
link wire of the monitor and put it back into the Main Frame (No.
49)
