Repair & Replacement Instructions
Impress Seat Replacement
1. Place the replacement seat upside
down on a hard, sturdy surface
(table). Position the seat so the back
is facing the edge of the table
(Figure 4).
2. Carefully place the Impress Task
Chair upside down on top of the
replacement seat with the back
portion of the chair hanging down
over the edge. Align the seat slider
mounting holes with the mounting
holes on the base of the seat
(Figure 4).
Note: The seat slider must be
adjusted by activating lever to expose
the front or rear mounting locations
of the seat slider.
3. Insert the two front or rear
1/4x 1” Phillips hex head washer
screws through the seat slider
mounting holes and into the seat.
Press the seat slider mechanism
lever down and slide the seat-control
mechanism until the remaining two
mounting holes are exposed. Secure
with the remaining two seat slider
mounting holes to the seat using
two 1/4x 1” Phillips hex head washer
screws (Figures 5 & 6).
4. Place the task chair upright on the
floor and test the function of the
chair.
