4 - Connector Bolt 1/4-20 X 30MM
4 - Connector Nut 1/4-20 X 17MM
2 - Attachment Plates
6 - Button Head Screws M8-1.25 X 12mm
Installation
1. Using a knife open boxes removing all components/
hardware carefully and place aside. See components in Fig-
ure A and hardware required.
2. Align end trim weld studs with holes on t-legs as shown in
Figure B. Attach using screwdriver ONLY w/#2 Phillips
bit and screws/flat washers. Push button head screws up
through holes on t-legs/connector weld plates and thread
into attachment plates loosely. Note: thread loosely so
extrusion will slide easily under attachment plates.
3. Slide extrusion over t-leg/connector post (X,T,L,V,Y), us-
ing attachment plates as guides. Plates will slide into t-slots
on bottom of extrusion. Tighten M8 button head screws
with M5 Allen key. Use last threaded hole in plate for re-
maining 2 button head screws. See Figure C.

4. Align rail holes as shown in Figure C with holes on t-leg/
connector posts (X,T,L,V,Y),. Note, rail will flush up next
to end trim/connector post bottom rail. Using connector
bolts/nuts, thread bolts/nuts through rail/t-leg holes and
tighten together with M4 Allen wrench key.
5. Refer to Xsede Receptacle AI for pushing in power/USB
receptacles.
6. Run power infeed and jumpers to data blocks. Refer to
jumper to block AI for attachment. Use J-hooks attached
to extrusion for cable management.
7. Align holes in data covers with holes on t-legs/connector
posts. Using M5 Allen wrench key, tighten bolts into con-
nector nuts. See Figure D.
8. Slide filler panels into grooves on rail and end trim. See
Figure. See Figure E.
9. Lift up filler panels and place spacers along rail channel.
See Figure F.
10. Repeat steps to attach remaining data beams to other posts.
11. Refer to table in Figure G for electrical mounted locations
to correct jumper needed.
