L’apparecchio KOBRA FLEXPACK è progettato
e costruito con protezioni meccaniche e
dispositivi di sicurezza atti a proteggere
l’operatore da possibili danni sici.
È tassativamente vietato modicare o rimuovere
i ripari, i dispositivi di sicurezza e le etichette
di attenzione, nel caso l’operatore decida di
apportare modiche è da intendersi sotto la
propria responsabilità, declinando sin da ora
il costruttore da eventuali danni sici causati
da un utilizzo improprio, le attrezzature sono
considerate conformi alla normativa solo se
non modicate, le Norme comportamentali sui
luoghi di lavoro sono a carico dell’acquirente e
tutte le operazioni di manutenzione ordinaria e
straordinaria non prevista dalla garanzia, sono
da considerare sotto la propria responsabilità.
Il Costruttore garantisce il pieno rispetto delle
normative vigenti in materia di rischio elettrico
e rischio meccanico.

L’attrezzatura deve essere utilizzata da personale
formato preventivamente (IMPORTANTE). Un
mezzo “intrinsecamente” sicuro non esiste,
così come non esiste il lavoratore che, con
l’attenzione può “sempre” evitare l’incidente.
Pertanto, non sottovalutate i rischi connessi
all’uso della macchina e concentratevi sul lavoro
che state svolgendo onde evitare anche danni
materiali.
Rischi connessi all’uso della macchina
L’apparecchio KOBRA FLEXPACK non è da
considerarsi particolarmente pericoloso,
occorre non sottovalutare i rischi connessi
all’uso della attrezzatura stessa, seppur il
costruttore con l’applicazione di tutti i dispositivi
di sicurezza per un uso sicuro della macchina,
ne garantisce la conformità.
La formazione verbale all’utilizzo della
attrezzatura, ad ogni operatore che viene
incaricato sia per l’uso sia per la manutenzione,
non declina anche dalla lettura del libretto di
uso e manutenzioni.
Rischio elettrico
I lavori all’impianto elettrico della macchina
devono essere eseguiti solo ed esclusivamente
da personale specializzato ed autorizzato dal
costruttore, se la manutenzione verrà afdata a
personale esterno sarà necessario appurare che
l’operatore abbia una formazione specica sulle
manutenzioni di attrezzature ed impianti elettrici,
dovrà conoscere dove sono posizionate, le
linee dell’alimentazione elettrica e mantenere
una certa distanza da esse, dovrà rilasciare a
ne lavori un certicato di conformità.
I lavori sotto tensione sono vietati.
Gli addetti all’utilizzo del distruttore, salvo non
abbiano effettuato specica formazione, non
devono effettuare nessuna manutenzione. Non
modicate, in nessun modo, l’impianto elettrico
della macchina.
Qualsiasi tentativo a tale riguardo, può
compromettere il funzionamento dei
dispositivi elettrici provocando, in tal modo,
malfunzionamenti o incidenti e invalidando la
garanzia.
Avvertimenti
• Se sentite dei rumori insoliti o avvertite
qualcosa di strano, spegnete l’apparecchio
e date immediatamente comunicazione al
responsabile che provvederà ad avviare la
procedura di manutenzione.
• Non intervenite mai durante il funzionamento
del distruttore su organi in movimento.
• Durante tutte le fasi si raccomanda la massima
cautela in modo da evitare danni a persone,
cose o alla macchina stessa.
• Terminato il lavoro, pulite l’area di lavoro e ad
attrezzatura spenta, provvedete a rimuovere
materiale superuo.
• Prima dello spegnimento della attrezzatura
controllate la sua efcienza per evitare che
altri operatori si trovino una macchina non
perfettamente funzionante al successivo
utilizzo.
• Vericate che i tecnici utilizzino solo ricambi
originali.
• L’apparecchio KOBRA FLEXPACK ha
prestazioni ben denite, non chiedete
all’attrezzatura lavori per i quali non è stata
progettata.
• Quando l’apparecchio KOBRA FLEXPACK
rimane inattivo per lunghi periodi, disinserite
il cavo di alimentazione dalla rete elettrica.
• I posti di lavoro vanno mantenuti puliti ed
ordinati, il disordine è causa di incidenti ed
infortuni.
IMPORTANTE - Per l’utilizzo della macchina si
consiglia l’uso di protezioni individuali: cufe
anti-rumore, guanti e occhiali protettivi.

L’apparecchio FLEXPACK è stato progettato
esclusivamente per la produzione di imbottiture
per imballaggi in cartone. La lettura di questo
manuale Vi permetterà le migliori prestazioni
dal Vs. apparecchio KOBRA FLEXPACK.
PREMESSA
La macchina viene fornita imballata sopra un
bancale di legno per garantirne l’integrità
durante il trasporto.
Munirsi di:
- Chiave esagonale da 13 mm
- Tenaglia o forbici
- Martello
IMBALLO
Con le tenaglie o forbici tagliare la reggia (1) e
rimuovere il cartone (2) dal bancale (3). Ora il
Vs. apparecchio si presenta solidale al bancale
tramite le staffe per il trasporto (5).
Rimuovere l’imballo che protegge il Vs.
apparecchio all’interno del cartone.
Rimuovere le staffe per il trasporto (5) utilizzando
la chiave esagonale da 13 mm come indicato in
gura.
Fissate gli scivoli (6) al bancale con i chiodi (7)
dati in dotazione. Ora potete iniziare la mano-
vra di discesa del Vs. apparecchio dal bancale.
Attenzione! La manovra di discesa dell’appa-
recchio è consigliabile venga effettuata almeno
da due persone.
INSTALLAZIONE
Per apparecchi con presa scollegabile,utilizzare
una presa facilmente accessibile e nelle
vicinanze dell’apparecchio stesso. Collegate il
cavo di alimentazione del Vostro apparecchio
alla rete elettrica. Ora KOBRA FLEXPACK è
pronto per l’utilizzo.
Il Vostro apparecchio KOBRA FLEXPACK è dotato di pulsantiera con tecnologia TOUCH SCREEN. Le
funzioni della macchina vengono attivate con il solo soramento del relativo comando sul pannello
di controllo.

FORWARD Sorando il tasto FORWARD (1 - Tav. B) la macchina
avvia il gruppo di taglio.
STOP Sorando il tasto STOP (2 - Tav. B) l’apparecchio si arresta
immediatamente.
REVERSE Sorando il tasto REVERSE (3 - Tav. B) l’apparecchio
esegue una retromarcia del gruppo di taglio.
La macchina è dotata di un segnalatore di carico (LOAD
METER) (4 - Tav. B), che consente di tenere costantemente
sotto controllo la capacità di processo del Vostro
apparecchio. Per una costante ed efciente capacità di
lavorazione si consiglia di mantenere il segnalatore di
carico (LOAD METER) con i soli primi 3 led blu accesi per
evitare eventuali accidentali intasamenti.
In caso di emergenza premendo il tasto STOP (7 - Tav. C),
si arrestano tutte le funzioni della macchina.

Dopo aver collegato l’apparecchio alla rete elettrica, premere l’interruttore I/0 (8 - Tav. C), il simbolo
centrale (5 - Tav. B) si illumina per circa 10 secondi e poi si spegne lasciando acceso il solo led di
stand-by (6 - Tav. B). Ora il Vostro apparecchio KOBRA FLEXPACK è in posizione di stand-by.
Premere il tasto FORWARD (1 - Tav. B) sul pannello di comando per avviare il gruppo di taglio.
Una volta processato il materiale premere il tasto STOP (2 - Tav. B) per arrestare il gruppo di taglio.
Il cartone viene lavorato per una larghezza
massima di 427 mm, se il cartone dovesse
essere piu’ largo di 427 mm, verrebbe
automaticamente tagliato.
Agendo sulla barra di regolazione (1 - Tav. D)
si puo’ regolare la larghezza di lavorazione del
cartone in base alle proprie esigenze.
Tramite un’apposita e robusta paratia (2 - Tav. E),
posizionata all’uscita del materiale processato
è possibile regolare il volume di compressione
del cartone molto rigido, agire come segue:
- svitare manopola di regolazione ap (3 - Tav.
E),
- regolare il ap (2 - Tav. E) ruotandolo verso il
basso in modo che il cartone rigido incontri la
paratia e ammorbidisca la sua essibilità.
La paratia puo’ essere lasciata completamente
sollevata per il trattamento di cartoni normali.

ATTENZIONE!
Durante il funzionamento dell’apparecchio, evitare di effettuare continue marcia avanti e
marcia indietro che possono causare intasamenti bloccando l’uscita del cartone trattato, che
richiederebbe di liberare l’uscita del cartone.
Prima di effettuare operazioni di manutenzione
e riparazioni o di intervenire sulle parti
interne della macchina, scollegare la spina di
alimentazione della rete elettrica.
KOBRA FLEXPACK è dotato di un CONTAORE
(1), che consente di controllare le ore di
funzionamento ed eventuali interventi di pulizia
e manutenzione.
Dopo circa 100 ore di funzionamento continuo
è consigliabile pulire l’interno della macchina
come indicato in tavola G.
• Svitare le viti (2).
• Rimuovere i pannelli (3).
• Svitare le viti (4)
• Rimuovere il pannello (5)
Rimuovere manualmente lo sporco accumulato
all’interno della macchina e al di sotto del
gruppo di taglio.
ATTENZIONE! Per la pulizia non usare mai
olio sintetico, prodotti a base di benzine o
lubricanti ad aereosol di nessun tipo all’interno
dell’apparecchio o nelle sue vicinanze.

Residual risks
The device may only be used by staff who have
received prior training (IMPORTANT). There is
no such thing as an “intrinsically” safe device,
just as there is no such thing as a worker who,
by simply being careful can “always” avoid
accidents. Therefore never underestimate the
risks associated with the use of this machine and
concentrate on the work you are doing in order
to avoid material damage.
Risks connected with the use of the machine
Even though the KOBRA FLEXPACK cannot be
considered a particularly dangerous device,
never underestimate the risks connected with its
use, even though the manufacturer, by installing
all the safety features in order to make the
machine safe to use, guarantees its compliance
with safety regulations.
Verbal instruction on how to use the machine for
each operator who will be responsible for using
and carrying out maintenance on the machine
does not exonerate the user from reading the
user and maintenance manual.
Electrical hazard
Any work on the electrical parts of the machine
may only be carried out by specialised personnel
authorised by the manufacturer. If maintenance
is carried out by external personnel, it is
necessary to verify that the operator has had
specic training in the maintenance of electrical
systems and appliances, must know the location
of power lines and keep a certain distance from
them, and when the work is completed must
issue a certicate of compliance.
Live working is prohibited.
Unless they have gone through special training,
those authorised to operate the FLEXPACK may
never carry out any type of maintenance.
Do not make changes of any kind to the electrical
parts of the machine. Any attempt to do so may
compromise the operation of electrical devices
and cause malfunctions or accidents and will
void the warranty.
Warnings
• If you hear any strange noises or notice
anything strange, switch off the machine and
immediately notify the person in charge who
will set maintenance procedures in motion.
• Never interfere with moving parts while the
machine is in operation.
• Take the utmost care at every stage of the
operations in order to avoid injury or damage to
things or to the machine itself.
• When the work is nished, clean the work area
and, the with machine switched off, remove any
residual debris.
• Before switching off the machine, check it
is working efciently so that other operators
do not nd the machine in less than perfect
working order the next time it is used.
• Check that technicians only use original spare
parts.
• The KOBRA FLEXPACK is intended for specic
jobs, so do not expect it to do shredding work
for which it was not designed.
• When the KOBRA FLEXPACK is idle for long
periods of time, unplug it from the power
socket.
• Work stations must be kept clean and tidy.
Untidiness can cause accident and injury.
IMPORTANT - Personal protection should be
worn when operating the machine: hearing
protection, protective gloves and safety
glasses.

Kobra FlexPack is designed exclusively to
transform used cardboard boxes into padded
lling material and padding mats either as
a packing/cushioning material or as a lling
material. Reading this manual will enable to
get the best perfomance from your KOBRA
FLEXPACK.
INTRODUCTION
The machine is delivered wrapped on a wooden
pallet to ensure it is not damaged during
transport. You will need:
- Hex key 13 mm
- Pliers or scissors
- Hammer
PACKAGING
Use the pliers or scissors to cut the straps (1)
and remove the cardboard (2) from the pallet
(3). Now your shredder is attached to the pallet
by means of the transport bars (5).
Remove all the packing material protecting the
machine.
Remove the transport bars (5) using the hex key
13 mm as shown in gure.
Fix the slides (6) to the pallet with the nails (7)
supplied. Now you can start to push your Kobra
FlexPack off the pallet. Warning! Kobra FlexPack
should be taken off the pallet by at least 2
people.
INSTALLATION
For devices which can be unplugged, use an
easily accessible socket in the vicinity of the
device. Connect the power cable of Kobra
FlexPack to the mains. Your Kobra FlexPack is
now ready to operate.
Your Kobra FlexPack is equipped with a high tech TOUCH SCREEN control panel. Simply touch the
control on the panel in order to activate the functions of the machine.

FORWARD Touch the FORWARD (1) Tav. B button and the
machine starts the cutting knives.
STOP Touch the STOP (2) Tav. B button and the machine
stops immediately.
REVERSE Touch the REVERSE (3) Tav. B button and the device
puts the cutting knives into reverse.
The machine is equipped with a LOAD METER (4) Tav.
B that enables to check the processing capacity of
Kobra FlexPack. For a constant and efcient processing
capacity it is recommended to keep the LOAD METER
(4) Tav. B with only the rst 4 blue LED on to avoid
unintended jammings.
In case of emergency, press STOP (8) Tav. C button to
stop all functions of the machine.

When the device has been connected to the mains, switch the main button I/0 (8 - Tav. C) placed
on the back of the machine. Kobra symbol (5 - Tav. B) placed in the middle of the control panel will
turn on for about 10 seconds and then, it will turn off leaving on the stand-by LED (6 - Tav. B). Kobra
FlexPack is now in stand-by mode.
Press the FORWARD button (1 - Tav. B) on the control panel to start the cutting knives.
When shredding is nished, press STOP (2 - Tav. B) on the control panel to stop the cutting knives
and halt the machine.
The cardboard is processed for a maximum
width of 427 mm. If the cardboard is larger than
427 mm, the machine will automatically cut the
excessive part of the cardboard.
By adjusting the working width scale (1 - Tav. D),
it is possible to adjust the processing working
width of the cardboard according to the user
needs.
By means of a specically designed tension
system (2 - Tav. E) placed at the exit of the
processed material on the back of the machine,
it is possible to adjust the compression volume
of stiff cardboard:
- Unscrew the ap setting knob (3 - Tav. E)
- Adjust the ap (2 - Tav. E) turning it towards
the exit of the material in order to have the
cardboard exiting against the ap. By doing
so, the cardboard will soften and will become
more exible.
The ap (2 - Tav. E) can be left completely open
to process standard cardboards.

WARNING!
When using the machine, avoid continuous forward and reverse operations as this could cause
jammings, blocking the exit of the processed cardboard material that will only get freed by a
manual extraction of the cardboard.
Before doing any maintanance or repairs or
touching the internal parts of the machine,
unplug the cable from the power supply.
Kobra FlexPack is equipped with an hour meter
(1) that enables the user to check the amount of
hours of operation in order to decide possible
care and maintanance operations.
After 100 hours of continuous operation it is
suggested to clean the inside of the machine as
shown in Tav. G:
- Unscrew the screws (2)
- Remove panels (3)
- Unscrew the screws (4)
- Remove panel (5)
Manually remove the accumulated dirt within
the machine and under the kitting knives.
WARNING! Do not use synthetic oil to clean
the machine, nor abrasive products, detergents,
petroleum or solvents.

Der KOBRAFLEXPACK wurde mit mechanischen
Schutz- und Sicherheitsvorrichtungen
konstruiert und hergestellt, um den Bediener
vor möglichen körperlichen Schäden zu
schützen.
Es ist strengstens untersagt, Abschirmungen,
Sicherheitsvorrichtungen und Warnschilder zu
verändern oder zu entfernen.Sollte der Bediener
trotzdem Änderungen vornehmen, geschieht
dies auf eigene Gefahr und der Hersteller lehnt
hiermit die Verantwortung für Personenschäden
ab, die durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch
verursacht werden.
Die Maschine entspricht nur dann
den Sicherheitsstandards, wenn keine
Veränderungen vorgenommen werden.
Die Einhaltung der Gesundheits- und
Sicherheitsvorkehrungen liegt in der
Verantwortung des Käufers. Jegliche einfachen
und außerordentlichen Wartungsarbeiten,
die nicht im Rahmen der Produktgarantie

Dieses Gerät darf nur von Personal mit

(WICHTIG) verwendet werden.
Es gibt kein “eigensicheres” Gerät;
genausowenig wie ein Bediener “immer”
jegliche Unfälle rein durch vorsichtiges
Vorgehen vermeiden kann. Unterschätzen Sie
daher nie die Gefahr, die beim Arbeiten mit
diesem Gerät verbunden ist und konzentrieren
Sie sich auf die Arbeiten, die Sie damit
durchführen, um Schäden zu vermeiden.
Risiken in Verbindung mit dem Gebrauch des
Gerätes
Auch wenn der KOBRA FLEXPACK nicht als
besonders gefährliches Gerät anzusehen
ist, sollten Sie die Risiken beim Gebrauch
des Gerätes nie unterschätzen, obwohl
der Hersteller durch den Einbau aller
Sicherheitsvorrichtungen für das Arbeiten
mit dem Gerät die Einhaltung der geltenden
Sicherheitsvorschriften garantiert.
Mündliche Anweisungen an alle Bediener,
die verantwortlich für den Gebrauch und das
Durchführen von Wartungsarbeiten am Gerät
sind, schließen das Lesen der Bedienungs- und
Wartungsanleitung nicht aus.
GEFAHREN DER ELEKTRIZITÄT
Alle Arbeiten an den elektrischen Teilen des
Gerätes dürfen nur durch vom Hersteller
autorisiertes Fachpersonal durchgeführt
werden. Wird die Wartung von externem
Personal durchgeführt, muss sichergestellt sein,
dass der Bediener eine spezielle Ausbildung
für die Wartung von elektrischen Anlagen und
Geräten hat, dass er die Lage der Stromleitungen
kennt und einen ausreichenden Abstand zu
ihnen einhält. Nach Abschluss der Arbeiten
muss eine entsprechende Bescheinigung
ausgestellt werden.
Arbeiten unter Spannung ist verboten.
Sofern die autorisierten Bediener der
FLEXPACK kein spezielles Training durchgeführt
haben, dürfen diese nie irgendwelche
Wartungsarbeiten am Gerät durchführen.
Nehmen Sie keinerlei Verängerungen an den
elektrischen Teilen des Gerätes vor. Jeglicher
Versuch dies zu tun, kann die elektrischen
Teile beeinussen und zu Fehlfunktionen oder
Unfällen führen. In solchen Fällen erlischt die
Garantie.
Achtung!
• Wenn Sie ein seltsames Geräusch oder
sonstiges wahrnehmen, schalten Sie das
Gerät aus und kontaktieren sofort die für die
Wartungen zuständige Person.
• Greifen Sie bei laufendem Gerät nie in
bewegliche Teile.
• Gehen Sie bei allen Arbeiten mit äußerster
Sorgfalt vor, um Verletzungen oder Sachschäden
zu vermeiden.
• Prüfen Sie vor dem Ausschalten des Gerätes,
ob es efzient arbeitet, damit es andere
Bediener bei der nächsten Verwendung in
einem perfekten Zustand vornden.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die Techniker nur
Original-Ersatzteile verwenden.
• Der KOBRA FLEXPACK ist für spezielle
Arbeiten konstruiert und vorgesehen. Erwarten
Sie daher keine anderen Arbeiten als diese.
• Wenn Sie den KOBRA FLEXPACK über einen
längeren Zeitraum nicht nutzen, ziehen Sie den
Netzstecker.
• Arbeitsstätten müssen sauber und ordentlich
gehalten werden. Unordnung kann zu Unfällen
und Verletzungen führen.

Der Kobra FlexPack ist ausschließlich dazu
bestimmt, gebrauchte Kartons in gepolstertes
Füllmaterial und Polstermatten zu verwandeln,
entweder als Verpackungs-/Polstermaterial
oder als Füllmaterial. Diese Anleitung zu lesen
wird Ihnen helfen, das beste Ergebnis mit Ihrem
KOBRA FLEXPACK zu erhalten.
HINWEIS
Dieses Gerät wird verpackt auf einer Holzpalette
geliefert, um Transportschäden zu vermeiden.
Sie benötigen:
- Sechskantschlüssel 13 mm
- Zange oder Schere
- Hammer
VERPACKUNG
Verwenden Sie die Zange oder Schere, um die
Verzurrbänder (1) aufzuschneiden und entfernen
Sie den Karton (2) von der Palette (3). Sie nden
IhrenAktenvernichternun mitTransportschienen
(5) auf der Palette befestigt. Entfernen Sie das
komplette Verpackungsmaterial. Entfernen
Sie die Transportschienen (5) mit Hilfe des
Sechskantschlüssels wie in der Abbildung
gezeigt. Befestigen Sie die Gleitschienen (6) mit
Nägeln (7) an der Palette. Jetzt können Sie Ihren
Kobra FLEXPACK von der Palette schieben. Dies
sollte von mindestens 2 Personen gemeinsam
durchgeführt werden.
INSTALLATION
Verwenden Sie für Geräte, die sich ausstecken
lassen, eine leicht zugängliche Steckdose in der
Nähe des Geräts. Schließen Sie das Netzkabel
des Kobra FlexPack an das Stromnetz an. Ihr
Kobra FlexPack ist nun betriebsbereit.
Ihr Kobra FlexPack ist mit einem hochtechnologischen Touch Screen ausgestattet. Berühren Sie
einfach das Bedienfeld, um die Funktionen des Gerätes zu aktivieren.

FORWARD Berühren Sie die Taste VORWÄRTS (1) Tab. B und die
Schneidmesser des Gerätes starten.
STOP Berühren Sie die Taste STOP (2) Tab. B und das Gerät
stoppt sofort.
REVERSE Berühren Sie die Taste RÜCKWÄRTS (3) Tab B und die
Schneidmesser bewegen sich rückwärts.
Das Gerät ist mit einem Füllmesser (4) Tab. B ausgestattet,
anhand dessen Sie die Verarbeitungskapazit des Kobra
FlexPack überprüfen können. Um eine konstante und
efziente Verarbeitungskapazität zu gewährleisten, wird
empfohlen, nur die ersten 4 blauen LEDs des Füllmessers
aueuchten zu lassen, um unbeabsichtigte Staus zu
vermeiden.
Im Notfall drücken Sie die STOP (8) Taste der Tab C,
wodurch sämtliche Funktionen des Gerätes gestoppt
werden.

Sobald das Gerät angeschlossen ist, drücken Sie den Hauptschalter I/0 (8 - Tab. C) an der Rückseite
des Gerätes. Das Kobra Symbol (5 - Tab.B) in der Mitte des Bedienfeldes leuchtet etwa 10 Sekunden
auf. Dann geht es aus und in den Stand-by LED Modus (6 - Tab. B).
Drücken Sie nun die Taste “VORWÄRTS (1 - Tab. B) am Bedienfeld, sodass die Schneidmesser starten.
Nach Beenden des Schreddervorgangs, drücken Sie auf STOPP (2 - Tab.B), sodass die Schneidmesser
angehalten werden.
Kartons werden mit einer Breite von maximal
427 mm verarbeitet. Wenn der Karton größer ist
als 427 mm, schneidet das Gerät diesen Bereich
ab. Anhand der Skala für die Arbeitsbreite (1 -
Tab. D) kann die zu verarbeitende Breite des
Kartons angepasst werden.
Mithilfe eines speziell konstruierten
Spannungssystems (2 - Tab. E) am Auswurf des
verarbeiteten Materials an der Rückseite des
Geräted kann das Verpressvolumen von festem
Karton eingesellt werden:
- Schrauben Sie den Einstellknopf auf (3 - Tab. E)
- Stellen Sie die Lasche (2 - Tab. E) durch Drehen
in Richtung des Materialauswurfs ein, sodass
der Karton gegen die Lasche stößt. Dadurch
wird der Karton weicher und exibler. Die
Lasche (2 - Tab. E) kann komplett offen bleiben,
um Standardkartons zu verarbeiten.

WARNUNG!
Vermeiden Sie beim Arbeiten mit dem Gerät kontinuierliches Vorwärts- und Rückwärtsfahren,
da dies zu Staus führen kann, die den Ausgang des verarbeiteten Kartonmaterials blockieren
und nur durch manuelles Herausziehen des Kartons beseitigt werden kann.
Bevor Sie irgendwelche Wartungsarbeiten oder
Reparaturen durchführen oder in das Innere
des Gerätes fassen, ziehen Sie immer den
Netzstecker.
Der Kobra FlexPack ist mit einem Stundenzähler
(1) ausgestattet, mit dem der Bediener die
Anzahl der Betriebsstunden überprüfen kann.
Nach 100 Stunden kontinuierlichem Arbeiten
wird empfohlen, das Innere des Gerätes zu
reinigen, siehe Tab. G:
- Lösen Sie die Schrauben (2)
- Entfernen Sie die Tafeln (3)
- Lösen Sie die Schrauben (4)
- Entfernen Sie die Tafel (5)
Entfernen Sie den angehäuften Staub im Gerät
und unter den Messern manuell.
WARNUNG! Verwenden Sie weder
synthetische Öle noch Schleifmittel, chemische
Reinigungsmittel Petroleum oder Flüssigkeiten
zum Reinigen des Gerätes.

Risques résiduels
L’appareil doit être utilisé uniquement par du
personnel ayant reçu une formation appropriée
(IMPORTANT). Il n’y a pas de dispositif
«intrinsèquement sûr», tout comme il n’y a pas
de travailleur qui, même en faisant attention,
ne peut pas «toujours» éviter les accidents. Par
conséquent ne sous-estimez JAMAIS les risques
associés à l’utilisation de cette machine et soyez
concentré sur le travail que vous faites cela an
d’éviter des dégats matériels et corporels.
Risques liés à l’utilisation de la machine
Bien que le KOBRA FLEXPACK ne puisse être
considéré comme un appareil particulièrement
dangereux, ne sous-estimez jamais les risques
liés à son utilisation, même si le fabricant,
en installant tous les systèmes de sécurité
nécessaires sur cet appareil pour une utilisation
sécurisée, garantit sa conformité aux normes en
vigueur. Une formation verbale sur « comment
utiliser l’appareil » à chaque opérateur qui sera
responsable de l’utilisation et de l’entretien
de celui-ci, ne dispense pas l’utilisateur de la
lecture du manuel d’instructions de cet appareil.
Danger électrique
Toute maintenance ou intervention sur une
partie électrique de l’appareil doit être effectuée
par une personne qualiée et autorisée par le
fabricant. Si cette intervention est réalisée par
du personnel extérieur, il est nécessaire de
vérier que l’opérateur a suivi une
formation spécique sur systèmes et appareils
électriques. Celui-ci doit également connaitre
l’implantation des circuits électriques et prendre
toutes les précautions de sécurité nécessaires.
Un procès verbal de maintenance devra être
remis à l’issue de la prestation.
Les travaux sous tension sont interdits
A moins d’avoir suivi une formation spécique,
les opérateurs habilités à utiliser le KOBRA
FLEXPACK ne devront JAMAIS effectuer
de maintenance, ni tenter d’apporter des
modications aux parties électriques de
l’appareil.Toute tentative pourrait compromettre
le fonctionnement des parties électriques et
causer ainsi des dysfonctionnements ou des
accidents et annulerait la garantie.
AVERTISSEMENTS
• Si vous entendez un bruit suspect ou notez
un élément inhabituel, arrêtez la machine
et signalez-le immédiatement à la personne
responsable en charge des procédures de
maintenance.
• N’intervenez jamais sur l’appareil durant son
fonctionnement.
• Prenez les plus grandes précautions à chaque
étape du fonctionnement pour éviter les
blessures, les dommages sur l’environnement
ou la machine elle-même.
• Lorsque le travail est terminé, nettoyez
l’espace de travail, machine éteinte, retirez tous
les résidus ou débris.
• Avant d’éteindre la machine, vériez que le
travail s’est effectué correctement et cela an
que les autres opérateurs ne trouvent pas un
appareil moins performant lors de la prochaine
utilisation.
• Vériez que les techniciens utilisent
uniquement les pièces détachées originales.
• Le KOBRA FLEXPACK est fait pour une
utilisation spécique, vous ne pourrez donc pas
l’utiliser à d’autres ns.
• Lorsque le KOBRA FLEXPACK n’est pas utilisé
pendant une longue période, débranchez-le.
• L’espace de travail doit être propre et dégagé,
un espace encombré pouvant causer des
accidents et des blessures.

Le matelasseur de cartons KOBRA FLEXPACK
est conçu exclusivement pour transformer les
cartons usagés en matériau de calage. La lecture
de cette notice vous permettra d’optimiser
l’utilisation de votre KOBRA FLEXPACK.
PREAMBULE
La machine est livrée emballée et xée sur une
palette en bois pour garantir sa protection
pendant le transport.
Outils nécessaires :
- Clé hexagonale de 13 mm
- Paire de pinces ou cutter
- Marteau
EMBALLAGE
Avec les pinces ou le cutter coupez les sangles
(1) et enlevez le carton (2) de la palette (3). Le
matelasseur est xé à la palette par les barres de
maintien (5). Enlevez l’emballage qui protège
votre appareil à l’intérieur du carton.
Enlevez les barres de maintien (5) à l’aide de la
clé hexagonale de 13 mm comme indiqué sur
l’illustration.
Fixez les glissières (6) sur la palette avec les
clous (7) fournis. Vous pouvez désormais initier
la manoeuvre de descente de votre appareil.
Attention! La manoeuvre de descente de
l’appareil doit être effectuée par au moins 2
personnes.
INSTALLATION
Pour les appareils disposant d’un cordon
d’alimentation séparé, utilisez une prise facile
d’accès et à proximité de l’appareil. Branchez
le câble d’alimentation de votre matelasseur de
cartons à une prise.
KOBRA FLEXPACK est prêt à l’emploi.
Le matelasseur de cartons KOBRA FLEXPACK est commandé par la technologie TOUCH SCREEN. Les
fonctions de la machines sont activées par le simple efeurement des commandes sur le panneau
de contrôle.

L’appareil est pourvu d’un voyant de charge (LOAD METER)
qui permet de contrôler en permanence la capacité de
production du FLEXPACK. Pour une capacité de production
constante et efcace, et pour éviter d’éventuels bourrages, il
est conseillé de maintenir le voyant de charge (LOAD METER)
à seulement 3 barres bleues allumées.

l’appareil.

Après avoir branché l’appareil, appuyez sur l’interrupteur I/0 (8 - Table C). Le logo central (5 - Table B)
s’allume pendant environ 10 secondes et s’éteint. Seul le voyant stand-by reste allumé (6 - Table B). A
présent, votre KOBRA FLEXPACK est en stand-by.
Appuyez sur le bouton FORWARD (1 - Table B) sur le panneau de contrôle, an de démarrer le bloc
de coupe.
Une fois que vous avez ni de travailler avec la machine, appuyez sur le bouton STOP (2 - Table B)
pour arrêter le bloc de coupe.
La largeur maximum de carton acceptée
est 427 mm. Au-delà, la machine coupera
automatiquement les parties dépassant cette
taille.
En ajustant l’échelle de coupe (1 - Table D), il est
possible de régler la largeur de travail du carton
en fonction du résultat souhaité.
A travers un système de cloison spécique (2 -
Table E) positionnée au niveau de la bouche de
sortie du carton traité, il est possible de régler
le volume de compression du carton rigide
comme suit :
- Dévissez la poignée du volet (3 - Table E)
- Ajustez le volet (2 - Table E) en le faisant
pivoter vers le bas de façon à ce que le carton
rigide rencontre la cloison et devienne plus
exible.
La cloison peut être laissée complètement
relevée pendant le traitement des cartons
standards.

ATTENTION!
Lorsque l’appareil est en marche, évitez d’effectuer des manœuvres de marche avant et marche
arrière, qui peuvent causer des bourrages et ainsi bloquer la bonne sortie du carton traité. Il
faudrait alors libérer la bouche de sortie du carton.

les parties internes de la machine, débranchez
l’appareil.
KOBRA FLEXPACK est doté d’un compteur
d’heures (1) qui permet de contrôler les heures
de fonctionnement et la nécessité d’éventuelles
interventions de nettoyage et de maintenance.
Après environ 30 heures de fonctionnement
continu il est conseillé de procéder à un
nettoyage interne de la machine comme
indiqué en table G.
- Dévissez les vis (2)
- Déposez les panneaux (3)
- Dévissez les vis (4)
- Déposez le panneau (5)
Enlevez à la main les saletés accumulées à
l’intérieur de la machine et sous le bloc de
coupe.
ATTENTION! Ne jamais utiliser d’huile
synthétique, de produits à base d’essence ou
de lubriants ni d’aérosols pour le nettoyage
à l’intérieur de l’appareil ou à proximité de
celui-ci.
