This document contains important information and details
concerning product installation, operation and maintenance.
Please read it carefully prior to installation and obey all the
instructions during operation.
•Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or
of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before
or after the system.
•Make certain that installation and connectors must
comply with local plumbing codes.
•Installation and maintenance must be done by qualified
plumbing professionals designated by dealers
authorized by Kohler.
•For cold water use only (Temperature Range: 5-38˚C);
This filter must be protected from freezing, which can
cause cracking of the filter and water leakage. Drain
filter when room temperature drops below 5˚C.
•Pressure Range: 100-700 kPa, If water pressure
exceeds 700 kPa, please install pressure limiting valve.
Otherwise, the ultrafiltration membrane may not achieve
best filtration effect due to long time overpressure.
(Please consult plumbing professionals or dealers
authorized by Kohler for water pressure measurement).
• Do not install where water hammer conditions may
occur. If water hammer conditions exist you must install
a water hammer arrester.
• Do not install in direct sunlight outdoors or where
blowtorch or other high temperature sources are nearby.
• The filter must be installed with the inlet, outlet and self-
cleaning ports as labeled. Make sure not to reverse
connections.
• Before your installation make sure cold water valve is
turned off under the sink.
• Water filtration faucet is not supplied with the product.
you will need to purchase a water filtration faucet with a
1/4" adapter.

•本系统禁止过滤有微生物污染或未经消毒的水质不明的水。
•确保所有管路安装过程及连接件符合当地管道施工标准规
范。
•本系统必须委托科勒授权的安装维护人员进行安装及维护。
•本系统必须安装在冷水管道（工作水温为 5-38 摄氏度）；
当室温低于 5摄氏度时应该检查水路，并排干净水器停用，
防止水在净水器内部结冰膨胀。
•本系统最佳过滤效果工作水压为 0.1-0.4MPa ，如果安装处
水压超过 0.7MPa ，必须加装减压阀。（测量水压请咨询科勒
业维修人员 ）
•本系统应尽量避免长期安装在有强水锤的地方，如存在水
锤现象必要时请加装水锤消除器。
•本系统禁止放置在阳光直射、室外或高温（喷灯等）作业
器材周围。
•请按照进出水及自清洗口方向标识进行净水器安装。
•安装前请确保关闭橱盆下的冷水供水阀。
•本系统无专配净水龙头，请消费者自行选购净水龙头，并
保证净水龙头进水口连接尺寸为 2分管快接接头。

INSTALLATION 安装步骤
Step 1 Pre-install Water Filtrattion Faucet
Note: Please pre-install Water filtration faucet of Kohler brand
or other brands on the sink. (Refer to Water filtration Faucet
Installation Manual for tools and detailed installation steps of
water filtration faucet. For water filtration faucet other than
Kohler brand, please make sure the inlet with a 1/4"
adapter). (Figure 1)
1. Make sure cold water supply line under the sink is turned
off.
2. Disconnect cold water line from threaded stub on bottom
of tap faucet.
3. Screw the water supply adapter - female threaded stub to
the cold water supply valve male threads as shown.
Hand it tighten and snug with wrench. Screw the female
threaded tap faucet stub to the water supply adapter.
(Figure 2)
1. 关闭原有的冷水供水阀并确认。
2. 已连接的自来水龙头进水管螺纹端口从冷水供水阀上拆
开。
3. 将三通转接内螺纹端口接到冷水供水阀外螺纹上，用活动
扳手拧紧；再将自来水龙头进水管内螺纹接头接到三通转
接外螺纹接口，用活动扳手拧紧。（图 2）

步骤一：选配净水龙头及接头安装
注意：请使用者确保在橱盆台面上安装固定好科勒牌或者自
行选配的净水龙头；（净水龙头安装所需工具及步骤请参照净
水龙头安装使用说明书，如非科勒牌的净水龙头，请确保净
水龙头连接口为 2分管快接接头。）（图 1）
Step 2 Mount the Filtration System
•Align the mounting holes of the filter head at the
determined mounting loaction, and mark it with a
permanent marker (hole spacing 200mm, height from the
ground > 430mm). Predrill the mounting holes, and
partially thread the Screws into the side panel of the
cabinet. Make sure there is a 4.5mm clearance between
the screw head and the side plate. Slide the filter head
over the Screws, and finish the installation. (Figure 3)
步骤二：把机器挂墙
•先确定机头的固定位置，用记号笔标记打孔位置，孔间距
200mm，离地高度 >430mm, 预先在标记位置上钻孔，将螺
丝部分旋入橱柜侧板，确保螺钉头部与侧板之间预留
4.5mm 的间隙，挂上机头，完成机头安装。（图 3）

Step 4 Installing or Replacing Filter Cartridge
NOTE: Before changing the filter, please make sure the cold
water valve is turned off.
•Remove and discard the dustproof cap (sanitary
protective cap) and Rubber stopper from the cartridge;
•Verify both O-Rings are present and positioned correctly
in the grooves;
•Push the filter cartridge Leve1 (Align the Color matching
icon) into the filter base on the left side and the filter
cartridge Leve2 (Align the Color matching icon) on the
right side, then turn cartridge clockwise until it fully
installed. (Figure 7)
步骤四：安装更换两级滤芯
注意：每次更换滤芯之前，请关闭冷水进水阀。
•去掉滤芯头部的防尘盖和橡胶塞。
•检查所有涉水部件的 O型圈无缺失脱落且在原有位置。
•把第一级和第二级滤芯根据本体上的颜色分别装入其左侧
和右侧，顺时针旋转直到到位。（图 7）
Step 3 Making connections
•Insert the 1/4" PE tubing in to the system inlet port (IN)
and the water supply T-valve for inletwater; Insert the
another 1/4" PE tubing into the filter outlet port (OUT)
and the end of the Water filtration faucet. (Figure 4)
步骤三：管路连接
•用PE 软管连接供水三通阀和设备进水口（IN），另一根 PE
软管连接设备出水口（OUT）和净水龙头接头端。（图 4）
Note: Cut tubing straight with a utility knife, make sure there
are no cuts, nicks, flat spots or sharp edges as figure 4, If
any of these are present, cut the tubing again; Do not kink
tubing. (Figure5)
注意：用切割器切软管时切口应垂直管轴无毛刺，如管口粗糙
不平请重新切割；不要弯折软管。（图5）
Note: It may be difficult to release the tubing due to water
pressure when replacing service parts. In this case, please
shut off the cold water supply valve, turn on the Water
filtration faucet to depressurize and then try to release the
tubing again. (Figure 6)
注意：在更换配件需拔出软管时，系统通水后因水压原因拔管
比较困难，可以把冷水阀门关闭，净水龙头打开泄压再拔出软
管。（图6）

Step 5 Test System
•Turn on the water filtration faucet.
•Slowly turn on the cold water supply valve, Run water to
flush trapped air.
NOTE: It is normal for there to be Residual air in the
System causing bubbles (temporary cloudiness) in the
water.
•Turn on the cold water supply valve and the water
filtration faucet, run water for a minimum of 20 minutes to
flush, The system installation is now complete and ready
to serve filtered water.
•Turn off the water filtration faucet, Keep the cold water
supply valve turned on for 10 minutes. Check all fittings
and tubings for leaks. If it leaks, see Troubleshooting.
• Complete the installation and cleanup.
步骤五：系统测试
•打开净水龙头。
•缓慢开启冷水进水阀门，排出空气。
注意：出水中有一些气泡引起的（暂时的暗色）是由于管
路中的残余空气引起的正常现象。
•打开净水龙头，持续冲水 20 分钟以上，本系统安装完成可
正常使用。
•关闭净水龙头后，保持冷水阀门打开，等待10分钟，检查
所有连接部件及管件有没有漏水情况，如有漏水情况，查
看常见故障排除表。
•完成安装并清理现场。

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS 使用说明
Important Information in Using the System:
Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of
unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after
thesystem.
•Before prolonged periods of non-use (suchasduringa
vacation) it is recommended that the cold water supply
valve be turned off. If it is more than one week, please
flushthe filter thoroughly for at least 5 minutes before
reusing it;
•If leaks occur and persist on system, please first turn off
the water supply valve. Call Kohler-Free Technical
Support line directly or your local distributor authorized by
Kohler;
•Please replace filter when prompted by the indicator.
系统使用注意事项：
本系统禁止过滤有微生物危害或没有经过消毒的不明水质的
水。
•如中途长时间（如假期外出）下使用，建议尽量关闭进水
阀门；超过 1周未使用，再次使用时请放水冲洗至少 5分
钟后再次使用。
•如发现系统漏水，请第一时间关闭进水总阀门，并联系科
勒公司或当地授权经销商上门。
•当使用时间达到建议更换周期后，请更换对应型号滤芯。
