1. PRODUCT FEATURES 一、产品功能
• Purification Flow Rate:
2.0L/min (Test conditions: Municipal tap water must meet
GB5749-2006, with the operating environment 25±2℃, and
water temperature 25±2℃)
• Filter replacement reminder:
Time, volume of flow and TDS 3-D smartly monitor the filter
life and give timely reminder.
• Rinse automatically:
When the unit is powered on for the first time, the machine
automatically flushes the first stage filter for 5 minutes and the
second stage filter for 30 minutes. When the machine is not
used for 24 hours or the accumulated water is made for more
than 60 minutes, the machine automatically flushes once.
• Forced shutdown:
Continuous water production for more than 30 minutes will
trigger forced shutdown. Need to be powered on to recover.
• Water leakage protection:
When the unit detects water leakage, it will automatically
trigger shutdown protection. The unit will beep and will
display fault code Err001. It can not be recovered until the
fault is eliminated.
•纯水流量：

境温度 25±2℃，水温 25±2℃）
•换芯提醒：
时间、流量、TDS 三维监测滤芯寿命并适时提醒。
•自动冲洗：
首次上电使用时机器自动冲洗第一级滤芯 5分钟和第二级
滤芯 30 分钟；24 小时不使用机器或累计制水超过 60 分钟
时机器自动冲洗一次。
•强制停机：
连续制水超过 30 分钟，强制停机，需重新上电才能恢复。
•漏水保护：
当机器检测到漏水时将自动停机保护，机器鸣叫且显示故
障代码 Err001，直到故障排除才可恢复。

concerning product installation, operation and maintenance.
Please read it carefully prior to installation and obey all the
instructions during operation.
WARNING! Warning is used to indicate a hazard
which could cause injury or death if
ignored.
WARNING! Do not use with water that is
microbiologically unsafe or of unknown
quality without adequate disinfection
before or after the system.
WARNING! Do not repair, disassemble, or modify.
Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
WARNING! Unplug the unit before your installation,
make sure cold water valve is turned off
under the sink.
CAUTION! Caution is used when failure to follow
directions could result in damage to
equipment or property.
CAUTION! Make certain that installation and
connectors comply with all state and local plumbing
codes.
CAUTION! Installation and maintenance must be done
by qualified plumbing professionals designated by
dealers authorized by Kohler.
CAUTION! For cold water use only (Temperature
Range: 5-38°C); This filter must be protected from
freezing, which can cause cracking of the filter and
water leakage. Drain filter when room temperature
drops below 5°C.
CAUTION! Inlet Pressure Range: 150-400 kPa, If water
pressure exceeds 400kPa, please install pressure
limiting valve. (Please consult plumbing professionals or
dealers authorized by Kohler for water pressure
measurement).
CAUTION! Do not install where water hammer
conditions may occur. If water hammer conditions exist
you must install a water hammer arrester.
CAUTION! Do not install in direct sunlight, outdoors or
where blowtorch or other high temperature sources are
nearby.
CAUTION! The filter must be installed with the inlet,
outlet and drain ports as labeled. Make sure not to
reverse connections.
CAUTION! Water filtration faucet is not supplied with
the product. You will need to purchase a water filtration
faucet with a G1/2" connector or with a 1/4" adapter.
Note: Note is used to emphasize installation, operation or
maintenance information which is important, but does not
present any hazard.
Note: Do not use filtered water for the water exchange
of an aquarium or a fishbowl.

度）；当室温低于5摄氏度时应该检查水路，并排干净水器
停用，防止水在净水器内部结冰膨胀导致滤芯开裂漏水；
小心! 本系统进水压力范围为100-400千帕如果安装处水
压超过400千帕，必须加装减压阀。（测量水压请咨询专业
水管维护或科勒授权经销商）
小心! 本系统应尽量避免长期安装在有强水锤的地方，如
存在水锤现象必要时请加装水锤消除器；
小心! 本系统禁止放置在阳光直射、室外或高温（喷灯等）
作业器材周围；
小心! 请按照进出水及排污口方向标识进行净水器安装；
小心! 本系统无专配净水龙头，请消费者自行选购净水龙
头，并保证净水龙头进水口连接尺寸为2分管快接接头。
注意: 注意通常表示强调安装，操作及维护的重要信息，－般
不会造成财产及人身损害。
注意: 不要用过滤后的水去养鱼。

Note:
1. Before first use or when resuming use after long-term
shut-down, please rinse the device according to the Guide.
2. Rinse and replace the filter cartridge regularly according to
the requirement of the Guide.
Note: The aforementioned data are collected under standard
laboratory test conditions.
1. Decreased water pressure or decreased temperature
would reduce water production (flow rate of water
production). Test conditions, with a pressure at 40 psi,
25°C, 250 mg/L NaCl solution influent;
2. The recovery rate may vary with pressure or temperature;
3. The filter performance varies depending on local water
quality and water consumption.

1. 首次使用或长期停用后恢复使用时按说明书要求进行冲洗。
2. 按说明书要求定期冲洗、更换滤芯。
注：以上数据来自实验室标准测试条件。

1. Make sure cold water supply line under the sink is
turned off; (Figure 1)
关闭原有的冷水供水阀并确认；(图1)
Connect the 1/4" plastic water tube to the water
filtration faucet. Refer to the installation guide on how
to install and connect the faucet.
将2分纯水塑料软管与净水龙头连接，龙头的安装及连
接方法见龙头安装说明书。
2. Disconnect cold water line from threaded stub on
bottom of tap faucet; (Figure 2)
将已连接的自来水龙头进水管螺纹端口从冷水供水
阀上拆开；(图2)
3. Screw in the female threaded stub of the water supply
adapter to the male threads of the cold water supply
valve as shown. Hand tighten and then tighten with
wrench until snug. Screw the female threaded tap
faucet stub to the water supply adapter; (Figure 3)
将三通转接内螺纹端口接到冷水供水阀外螺纹上，用活
动扳手拧紧；再将自来水龙头进水管内螺纹接头接到三
通转接外螺纹接口，用活动扳手拧紧；(图3)

4. INSTALLATION 四、安装步骤
Step 1: Pre-install Water Filtration Faucet
(Refer to Figure 1- Figure 4)
Note: Please pre-install Kohler or other brand water filtration
faucet on the sink. (Refer to Water filtration Faucet Installation
Manual for tools and detailed installation steps of water
filtration faucet. For water filtration faucets other than Kohler
brand, please make sure the inlet dimension is G1/2" or with
a 1/4" adapter).
Applicable Kohler faucet models:
K-45406T-L-CP/K-76372T-4-CP
For non-Koller water filtration faucets, please make sure that
the water flow > 3.5 L/min at 100Kpa water pressure.
Note: When using a wrench to tighten the adapter, be
sure to do so softly. If excessive force is used, the
adapter may be damaged.
步骤一：选配净水龙头及接头安装（参见图 1 －图 4）
注意：请使用者确保在厨盆台面上安装固定好科勒牌或者自
行选配的净水龙头；（净水龙头安装所需工具及步骤请参照
净水龙头安装使用说明书，如非科勒牌的净水龙头，请确保
净水龙头连接口为标准 G1/2”口径接头或 2分管快接接头。）
适配科勒龙头型号：K-45406T-L-CP/K-76372T-4-CP
非科勒牌净水龙头，请确保龙头在 100Kpa 水压下流量
＞3.5 升/分钟。
注意：用扳手拧紧接头时用力适当，如用力过猛，接头会
损坏。

Step 2: Making Connections
•Refer to Figure 5, insert the 3/8" plastic tubing into the
filter inlet port and the water supply adapter, insert the 1/4"
plastic tubing into the filter outlet port and the end of the
water filtration faucet; Then insert the a 1/4" plastic tubing
into the drain port of RO system and the drain line under
the sink. (Figure 5)
Connections to undersink plumbing can be
made with a saddle clamp designed to
accept the drain tubing from the RO
system. Kohler offers a saddle kit, PN
1275904, designed for Φ40mm undersink
drain plumbing (Figure 13).
Be sure to check and follow local
plumbing codes prior to installation.
可以用一个废水夹来固定从 RO 反渗透机器
接出来的废水管。科勒提供一个废水夹服务
配件，料号为 1275904，专门为
Φ 40mm 的
落水管安装配套。（图 13）
安装前请确保合适及遵守当地的管道标准。
步骤二：管路连接
•根据图5所 示 ，将 3分软管连接进水口及供水三通转接，2分管
连接纯水口及净水龙头接口，再用另－2分管连接RO机器的排
水口及厨盆下水管。（图5)

Note: Cut tubing straight with a utility knife, make sure
there are no cuts, nicks, flat spots or sharp edges as shown
in figure 5. If any of these are present, cut the tubing again.
Do not kink tubing. (Figure 6)
The Reve system features reliable and convenient push-to-connect tubing connectors. Tubing is easily connected and
disconnected from these fittings as follows. (Figure 7 and Figure 8)
如下： 瑞芙系统使用可靠便捷的快接插口，软管轻便连接和断开。 （图 7和图 8)
注意：用切割器切软管时切口应垂直管轴无毛刺，如管口
粗糙不平请重新切割；不要弯折软管。（图 6)
Note: It may be difficult to release the tubing due to water
pressure when replacing service parts. In this case, please
shut off the cold water supply valve, turn on the Water
filtration faucet to depressurize and then try to release the
tubing again.
注意：在更换配件需拨出软管时，系统遇水后因水压原因拔
管比较困难，可以把冷水阀门关闭，净水龙头打开泄压再拨
出软管。

Step 3: Installing Filter Cartridge & Replacing Filter
Cartridges
•Remove and discard the dustproof cap (sanitary protective
cap) from the cartridge;
•Verify both O-rings are present and positioned correctly in
the grooves;
•Insert the cartridge into the machine. Slightly push the
cartridge while rotating it clockwise. Screw it in after
locating the groove. (Figure 9-1), The upper and the lower
handles are aligned after the cartridge is installed. (Figure
9-2)
步骤三：安装更换两级滤芯
•去掉滤芯头部防尘盖；
•检查所有涉水部件的 O型圈无缺失脱落且在原有位置；
•把滤芯推入净水器，轻推并顺时针旋转滤
入滤芯。图 9-1 ），再按顺时针方向旋转 90 度直到拧到位，
滤芯把手对齐即是安装到位。 （图 9-2）
Note: Before changing the filter, please make sure the
cold water valve is turned off.
注意：每次更换滤芯之前，请关闭净水龙头。
Note: The corresponding reset button should only be reset
after the filter is replaced. If not, the filter life indicator can't be
accurate. There is no need to reset after the first installation.
注意：对应复位按钮只在更换滤芯后操作复位，提前复位会
造成滤芯失效后仍没有提示。 首次安装无需复位。
Note: Filtration performance varies depending on local
water quality.
注意：本产品各级滤芯实际可使用寿命根据各地水质优劣会
有变化。
Insert the cartridge into the machine. Slightly
push the cartridge while rotating it clockwise.
Screw it in after locating the groove.
将滤芯装入设备，轻推并顺时针旋转滤芯找到
卡槽后旋入滤芯。

Press RESET button
for 5 seconds to reset
长按RESET键5秒重置
•Please replace filter when prompted by the indicator. •当提示器寿命警示，请更换以下对应型号滤芯。
•After replacing the cartridge, press and hold down the
corresponding reset button. After 1 second, the vertical
bars gradually light up from the button to the center. Once
a beep is heard, the reset is finished successfully (see
Figure 10).
•Press and hold down the cartridge icon to enter the rinse
mode after one short beep.
Note: To reset the first-stage filter, you need to turn off the
clean tap for 5 minutes. To reset the second-stage filter,
you need to turn on the clean tap for 30 minutes.
•更换滤芯后，请按住对应滤芯复位键复位滤芯， 1秒后由两
边向中央逐渐点亮竖杠，直到一声蜂鸣响起，此时复位成功
（图 10）。
•长按滤芯图标 ,短鸣一声进入滤芯冲洗。
注:复位第 I级滤芯需关闭净水龙头冲洗 5分钟，复位第 II
级滤芯需开启净水龙头冲洗 30 分钟。

Step 4: Start-up 步骤四：启动
CAUTION! Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
CAUTION! If the power cord from the transformer to the
unit looks or becomes damaged, the cord and transformer
should be replaced by a Kohler Service Agent or similarly
qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
CAUTION! Do not connect and pull out the power plug
repeatedly.
CAUTION! If our product produces a strange noise or
odd smell, immediately unplug from the

Note: Make sure that the water supply and drain pipe have
been connected before first powering on as the system will
automatically start rinsing and draining.

Note: When the water pressure is low or the angle valve is not
open, the machine displays Err005.

1. Self-inspection upon power on
Open the angle valve and switch on the power. The
machine starts self-inspection after a long beep and
the display gradually turns bright and then dark from
the center to the sides.
上电自检
打开角阀，接通电源后机器长鸣一声进入自检，并且屏
幕由中间向两侧渐亮而后渐暗。
2. WIFI connection (for Cloud model)
After first powering on, the WIFI icon will light on and
the 120-second countdown and dynamic effect will
start. Once the connection is finished successfully, the
countdown and dynamic effect will disappear and the
WIFI icon will remain on. If the connection fails, the
WIFI icon will disappear.
WIFI配网（云智能型号）
首次机器上电后，WIFI图标亮起，进入120秒联网倒计
时和联网动效，一旦联网成功，倒计时和动效消失，
WIFI图标持续点亮，如果连接失败，WIFI图标消失。
3. Rinse of the first-stage cartridge
When used for the first time, the machine will
automatically rinse the first-stage cartridge for 5 minutes
through the outlet. The display will show a 34-minute
countdown at the left and the dynamic waterfall effect at
the right. Close the water filtration faucet. Once a long
beep is heard, the rinse is finished.
I 级滤芯冲洗
首次使用时，净水机会先通过排水口自动冲洗第I级滤芯5
分钟，此时显示屏左侧显示34分钟冲洗倒计时，右侧显示
三条瀑布灯效果，请关闭净水龙头，直到长鸣一声表示第
I级冲洗结束。
5. Completion of rinse
After rinsing, the display shows inlet TDS and pure water
TDS respectively at the left and right.
冲洗完成
冲洗完成后界面左侧显示进水TDS数值和右侧显示出水
TDS数值。
4. Rinse of the second-stage cartridge
After 5 minutes of automatic rinsing upon first use or
replacement and life reset of the RO cartridge, the water
filtration faucet needs to be opened to rinse for 30 minutes.
If the faucet fails to be opened timely, the waterfall rinse
indicator will display orange and the countdown and
dynamic effect will stop. The rinse of the second-stage
cartridge starts until the faucet is opened. A long beep will
be generated at the end of the 30-minute rinse to inform the
user that the machine can be normally used.
II级滤芯冲洗
在首次安装自动冲洗5分钟后或者RO滤芯更换及寿命复位
后，客户需要打开净水龙头放水冲洗30分钟，如果净水龙头
未及时打开，显示界面上冲洗瀑布灯显示橙色，倒计时和冲
洗动效停止，直到净水龙头被打开后，开始冲洗第II级滤芯。
30分钟冲洗结束后会伴随一声长鸣提示音告知使用者可以正
常使用。
Step 5: Test System
•Turn off the water filtration faucet, Keep the cold water
supply valve turned on. Check all fittings and tubings for
leaks. If it leaks, see Troubleshooting.
•Complete the installation and cleanup.
步骤五：系统测试
•关掉净水龙头，保持供水阀常开， 检查所有部件及连接件是否
漏水。如有漏水情况， 请查看常见问题及处理表。

PRODUCE: When first time Start-up procedure is finished,
each time the water filtration faucet is turned on for purified
water, the in&out water TDS value will light on, shut off the
faucet, and all lights will black out;
When filter life is running low or is expired, or there is low TDS
reduction, each time the filtration faucet is turned on, filter
LEDs will change to orange and normally turn on or blink.

Normal production
If the cartridge life is normal, the indicator displays white.

Cartridge status: Expired/in urgent need of replacement
If the indicator flashes orange with one long beep when
water is output, the cartridge needs to be replaced
immediately. The user needs to reset the cartridge life after
replacement. Then the indicator will automatically turn white.
Note: If the removal rate and the RO cartridge are below
standard, the second-stage indicator will also flash orange.
滤芯状态：已过期/急需更换滤芯
每次取水时，橙灯会闪烁伴随2声短鸣，表示滤芯已过期，需立
即更换相应滤芯。用户更换滤芯后需复位滤芯寿命，指示灯自
动转成白灯。

Cartridge status: Remaining cartridge life is below 10%
If the orange light is steadily on and 2 short beeps are
generated when water is output, the remaining cartridge life
is below 10%. The user needs to buy a new cartridge for
replacement.
滤芯状态：滤芯剩余寿命小于10%
用户取水时橙灯长亮并伴随2声短鸣报警，表示滤芯使用寿命
不足10%，此时需购买相应滤芯以备更换。
Tap the cartridge life indicator when the faucet is closed.
The cartridge status interface opens after a short beep.
The left displays the remaining number of days and the
right displays the total number of days.
在龙头关闭状态下，轻触相应滤芯寿命指示灯，短鸣一声进
入滤芯状态界面，左侧显示该滤芯的剩余处理天数，右侧显
示总处理天数。
After 2.5 s, the left displays the remaining tonnage and
the right displays the total tonnage.
Note: The second-stage cartridge's life is 3 years (1095
days). 999 is displayed when the actual number is
above 999.
2.5秒后，左侧显示剩余处理吨数，右侧显示总处理吨数。
注意：第II级滤芯寿命3年（1095天），超过三位数显示最大
值999天。
制水：首次调试完成以后，每次打开龙头正常取水，进出水的

Power Recovery
断电后再次上电
Network connection status (for Cloud model):
For the Cloud model, after self-inspection following power
recovery, the WIFI icon will light on and the 120-second
countdown and dynamic effect will start. After 5 seconds,
the countdown of the automatic rinse and dynamic
waterfall effect will start.
配网状态（云智能型号）：
云智能型号再次上电自检完成后，WIFI图标亮起，进入120秒
联网倒计时和联网动效，5秒后系统自动冲洗倒计时和冲洗
瀑布动效。
Rinse status (for Cloud model):
After 5 seconds of countdown and dynamic waterfall
effect, the countdown of the network connection will
automatically start. The display will alternately show the
network connection and rinse status until the
connection and rinse are finished.
冲洗状态（云智能型号）：
冲洗倒计时和冲洗瀑布动效持续5秒后自动进入配网倒计
时，如此交替显示配网和冲洗状态，直至配网完成和冲洗
结束。
When the machine fails, the display will show the relevant
fault code with a beep. When water leakage is detected,
the machine will continuously beep until the fault is
eliminated. Click on any button to switch to silent mode.
The fault message will still display. Click on the button
again to switch back to the beep mode.
当机器出现故障时，屏幕上显示相应的故障代码并伴随鸣
叫。当检测到漏水故障时，机器会持续鸣叫直到故障解除，此
时可以点击任意键切换至静音状态，但故障信息仍继续显
示，再次点击恢复鸣叫。
When the system detects that the cartridge needs to be
rinsed, the system will automatically rinse the cartridge.
The display will show a countdown at the left and dynamic
waterfall effect at the right.
If the power supply is cut off during rinse, the rinse will
resume after power recovery until it is finished.
当检测到滤芯需要冲洗时，系统自动进行冲洗，显示屏会左侧
显示冲洗倒计时，右侧显示瀑布效果。
冲洗过程中断电，上电后将继续上次的冲洗，直到冲洗结束。

Important Information in Using the System:
•For a period of time after the system shutoff, the product
water TDS value will be higher in a short amount of time.
This is a normal condition resolved after discharging a
small amount of water;
(System Alarm is a natural concomitant of this condition.
If the alarm disappears after producing the water a
minute later, the system does not need any treatment;)
•If leaks occur and persist in system, please first turn off
the water supply valve. Call Kohler's Free Technical
Support line directly or your local distributor authorized by
Kohler;
•Local water conditions and actual volume of water can
affect filter life. Be sure to replace the cartridge when
prompted by the performance LED indicator.
系统使用注意事项：
•停机一段时间后再次用净水龙头取水时，出水 TDS 值短时间
内会有一定偏高，此属正常现象，只需排掉少量出水即可；
（此现象可能会伴随出现第二级 RO 膜滤芯突然报警，放水
1 分钟后报警消失．属于误报，无需处理；）
•如发现系统漏水，请第一时间关闭进水总阀门，并联系科勒
公司或当地授权经销商上门；
•本系统滤芯寿命依照各地水质不同可能发生变化，使用过程
中务必按照寿命警报提醒，及时更换滤芯。

6. FILTER CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT 六、滤芯更换
1. Hold the cartridge handle tightly. Screw out the
cartridge counterclockwise.
握紧滤芯把手，逆时针旋出滤芯。
3. Insert the cartridge into the machine. Slightly push the
cartridge while rotating it clockwise. Screw it in after
locating the groove.
将滤芯装入设备，轻推并顺时针旋转滤芯找到卡槽后旋
入滤芯。
4. Press and hold down the cartridge icon. The cartridge
starts after a short beep.
长按滤芯图标，短鸣一声后开始滤芯。
2. Pull out the cartridge.
向外抽出滤芯。
Note: ①The cartridge is heavy. Support it with two hands to
avoid being crushed.
②It is normal that a small amount of water remains in
the machine after the cartridge is pulled out.
注： ①滤芯较重，请用手托住滤芯本体，以防砸伤。
②抽出滤芯后，机器内会有少量残留水，属正常现象。
Note: ①Rinse for 5 minutes with the faucet closed when
resetting the first-stage cartridge.
②Rinse for 30 minutes with the faucet open when
resetting the second-stage cartridge.
注： ①复位第I级滤芯，需关闭龙头冲洗5分钟。

"Err001"
Tubing not fully seated in fitting. Check all fittings for tightness.
Tubing abraded in seal area. Recut tubing and redo connection.
System inside leakage. Contact Kohler service and dealer.
Note: all the leakage (including non-system
leakage) could be detected and system will force
shutdown.
Note: after the above steps, please unplug the power
first, then wipe & dry the water leakage protector sensor,
and plug in the power again.
"Err003" TDS inlet not connected. Contact Kohler service and dealer.
"Err004" TDS outlet not connected. Contact Kohler service and dealer.
"Err005" Insufficient feed water pressure. Change in line pressure.
"Err006" Pump Overused >30 Mins. Repeat unplug and plug once.
"Err008" Display panel is not connected with PCB. Contact Kohler service and dealer.
"Err009" Unusual Pump Start.
Check all fittings tiny leakage or not.
Change in line pressure; or wait for the water pressure to
change to normal.
Check whether the filtration faucet closed tightly or not.
Filter LEDs will change to

Unit fails to initiate No power supply. Plug in again.
