一、
科勒牌管道净水器以市政自来水为原水，经滤芯过滤净
化处理后，制得符合卫生部《生活饮用水质处理器卫生
安全与与功能评价规范—一般水质处理器》(2001)要求
的饮用水。

性能介绍
适用水质范围: 市政自来水，符合GB5749-2006
氯余除去效长，量通大
采用表面孔分布更均匀，吸附面积更广，性能更强，
效率更高的炭纤维材质。
1.PRODUCT FUNCTION

五、注意事项
Δ警告
Δ 本产品需避免霜冻，否则会发生破裂泄露。
Δ
O型圈对滤瓶起密封作用，请确保将其正确放置于
滤瓶瓶口凹槽处，否则会发生漏水。
Δ 该产品滤瓶一般使用寿命约为5年。为保证过滤效
果，请务必选择KOHLER牌该产品匹配的滤芯使
用并定期更换滤芯。
‼注意
‼本产品仅适用家用室内并安装在冷水管道上、建议
安装于水表后。
‼ 本产品最大工作压力为0.4MPa，
若家中管道压力大于0.4MPa，请务必在产品前加
装减压阀以确保产品工作正常。
‼ 若长时间停用本产品，如假期等。建议彻底、反复
冲洗5~6分钟后再开始适用。
‼ 如发现后端出水有腐败发霉沉淀的现象，请立即关
闭水龙头，并与服务商联系。
‼ 请使用Teflon生料带（优质生料带）缠绕在密封接
头处以确保密封性。切勿使用管材专用料（管外壁
涂料）、黏贴物或类似的化合物，因其所含成分会
导致滤瓶材质破损、开裂。
‼ 请勿将产品放置或安装在明火或发热的物体旁。
‼ 请在安装时佩戴护目眼镜。
维护保养
使用水源应符合市政自来水要求；
请勿将产品放置在阳光直射处；
建议6~8个月更换滤芯（可视使用频率及水质而延长
或缩短）；
请用肥皂和清水清洁滤瓶及配件， 清洁时请取出滤芯，
禁用洗涤剂和强挥发性溶剂清洗。
5. CONSIDERATION
ΔPRECAUTIONS
Δ
This filter must be protected from freezing, which
can cause cracking of the filter and water leakage.
Δ
Because of the product’s limited service life and to
prevent costly repairs or possible water damage, we
strongly recommend that the housing be replaced
every five years. If the cap of the housing has been in
use for longer than this period, it should be replaced
immediately. Date the top of any new cap to indicate
the next recommended replacement date.
‼CAUTION
‼For household and cold water use only.
‼
Your water filter housing will withstand up to 100PSI
water pressure. If your house water supply pressure
is higher than 100PSI, install a pressure reducing
valve before the unit is installed.
‼
After prolonged periods of non-use (such as during
a vacation), it is recommended to thoroughly flush
the filter. Let water run for 5~6 minutes before using.
‼ Please use the Teflon sealant to wrap around the
sealing joint to ensure the tightness. Do not use
special materials for pipes (external wall coating),
adhesive or similar compounds, because their
ingredients will cause damage and cracking of filter
bottles.
‼Please do not place or place products in open fires
or heated objects.
‼
Please wear safety glasses to protect eyes when
drilling.
MAINTENANCE HINTS

Please keep product be installed or stand in a cool
area that is not in direct sunlight.
Changing your filter regularly ensures that you have
healthier, clear water.
Clean product, housing and O-ring with a mild detergent.
Do not use abrasive cleaners. Rinse well.

六、安装指南
选择自来水管路上的一个合适的位置来安装净水器。
也要考虑这个位置在更换滤芯时是容易且可操作的。
只连接冷水管道。
测量现有管道的直径，以确定需要什么尺寸的配件或
阀门（不包括在内）。
所需工具及物料（需自备）:
扳手/尺/电钻/防护镜/生胶带;
关闭供水管道水源及打开最近的水龙头以放尽管道内
的压力和余水。
用生料带按照顺时针方向缠绕螺纹连接件5~10圈。将
螺纹连接件拧入滤瓶盖，再用扳手拧牢（切勿过紧，
确保至少一圈螺纹可见。）
遵照滤瓶盖上箭头（FLOW）所指的水流方向（切勿
装反!），将进出水连接件与管道连接。
备注:
需根据安装环境、条件决定具体操作步骤（视实际情
况可能需要更多的连接件！）
推荐在进水和出水处安装阀门以利于维护！
打开进水开关。慢慢将瓶盖上的旁通阀逆时针方向转
动二分之一圈以确保管道冷水进入。然后按下瓶盖上
的红色减压钮释放瓶内空气，打开最近的水龙头冲洗
5分钟。
6. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Choose a location on the water line to install the filter.
Select a location that will be easily accessible when
changing filter cartridges.
Connect to cold water line only.
Measure the diameter of the existing pipe to determine
what size fittings and/or valves (not included) will be
required.
You should prepare tools for installation (adjustable
wrench, tape measure, E-drills, safety glasses, plumbers
tape)
Turn-off water supply line and turn on nearest faucet and
drain lines completely.
Apply plumbers tape to fittings and cap and lines, measure
overall length of configured housing cap, hang housing cap
on pipes, make all connections and tighten fittings.
(DO NOT OVERTIGHEN)
Follow the arrow direction (FLOW) of the filter cap (do not
install the reverse), connect the inlet and outlet connector
to the pipe.
Remarks:
The specific operation steps should be decided according
to the installation environment and conditions.
It is recommended to install valves in inlet and outlet to
facilitate maintenance!
Slowly turn on the water supply and turn off bypass, Press
the red pressure-relief button on top of the cap to release
any trapped air, flush for 5 minutes by keeping the nearest
faucet turned on.
Turn off faucet and ensures no leakage.
关闭水龙头后检查，确保无漏水现象。

七、滤芯安装/ 更换
滤芯的使用寿命取决于当地水质情况及处理水量。具
体的更换周期请参考规格说明，若出水量明显减少或
净水效果明显下降时，请尽快更换滤芯。
顺时针方向旋转二分之一圈旁通阀至停止过滤（此时
水流直接经过滤瓶盖以确保正常供水）使用扳手旋转
拧下滤瓶，后视情况清洗其内部。
取下O型圈，清洁以备用。
将滤芯取出后按指引处置，用硅脂润滑O型圈后
装回凹槽处，并用手指压平。
将新滤芯装入滤瓶中。
将滤瓶瓶身适当拧入瓶盖中。（切勿过紧！）
将旁通阀逆时针慢慢旋转二分之一圈令原水经过
滤芯以确保过滤。按下减压钮以释放瓶内空气。
打开最近的水龙头适当冲洗5分钟后即可使用
（在离开安装现场前，务必确保无泄漏）
备注：安装或更换滤芯情况需根据客户安装滤瓶
的实际情况决定。如滤瓶无法移动以及其下方无
操作空间，可能会需要移出滤瓶再拆卸或更换滤
芯。
7.FILTER CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT
The cartridge’s life depends on the local water quality and
the amount of water it purifies. Please refer to the
specification for the specific replacement cycle. Please
replace the filter if the amount of water is significantly
reduced or the effect of water treatment is significantly
reduced.
Rotate 1/2 laps clockwise to turn on bypass, use the
wrench to unscrew filter housing, rinse it after remove the
housing.
Remove and wipe clean O-ring, lubricate O-ring with
silicone grease, return O-ring and seat securely.
Insert new Filter over standpipe in bottom of housing,
attach housing to cap and hand tighten, using the wrench
tighten (DO NOT OVERTIGHEN)
Slowly turn off bypass, Check for leaks between cap and
housing, Press red pressure relief button to release
trapped air. Open the faucet and flush for 5 minutes.
(Ensures no leakage before you left field).
Note: Installation or replacement of filter element
should be decided according to the actual situation
of filter installation.

3. 打开供水水源。若依旧泄露或出现其他泄露，请关闭供水水源后联系KOHLER

8.COMMON FAILURE DIAGNOSIS

1.Turn-off the water supply, press the red relief button on the cap to release the
pressure and air in the pipe, and then unscrew the filter housing.
2.Lubricate O-ring and clean groove, return O-ring and seat securely. If the O-ring
is deformed and worn seriously, please replace with new one, attach housing to cap
and hand tighten, using the wrench tighten. DO NOT OVERTIGHEN.
3.Turn on water supply. If there is still leakage or other leaks, please turn off the water
supply and contact the KOHLER local service.
