
6. LIMITATIONS:
This is not a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Proper training is required before using this equipment.
Improper connections can lead to panic situation and thus can result in fall.
The Abrasion webbing is provided to protect the main webbing from getting abrased and if user observes any exposure of the main webbing from
this webbing, then it should be removed from service.

7. COMPATIBILITY: To optimise protection, in some instance it may be necessary to use the anchorage sling with suitable boots / gloves/ helmet/ ear
defenders. In this case, before carrying out the risk-related activity, consult your supplier to ensure that all your protective products are compatible and
suitable for your application.
8. REPAIR: If the product is damaged, it will NOT provide the optimum level of protection,
Never use the damaged product. Repair is permitted, provided that it is either done by the manufacturer or a competent repair centre or individual
approved by the manufacturer.
9. WITHDRAWAL FROM USE: If the products have been used to arrest a fall, it should be removed from service and returned to the manufacturer or a
competent repair centre for servicing and re-test.
10. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE: The easy
seat should be stored in dry, not too hot rooms,
kept away from heaters & corrosive substances
and protected against direct sunlight. In case of
minor soiling, wipe the anchorage sling with
cotton cloth or a soft brush. Do not use any
abrasive material. For intensive cleaning wash
the anchorage sling in water at a temperature not
more than 40ºC by using a neutral detergent
(pH7). The washing temperature should not
exceed 40ºC. Do not use acidic or basic
detergents.
11. STORAGE AND TRANSPORT: When not in
use, store these products in a well-ventilated
area away from heavily acidic or basic
environment. Never place heavy items on top of
it. Also ensure that it is stored away from
chemically hazardous environment preferably
storage should be in dry environment.
12. HOW TO DISPOSE OF THE PRODUCT: When
the products become unfit or in case of any wear
and tear, dispose the product immediately.
Follow the steps below for Disposal:
ŸSegregate the equipment in three different
crates for placing components in them
respectively as- Textile, Metal and Plastic.
ŸSpread the anchorage sling on a table / flat
surface.
ŸInspect the wear & tear present on the
anchorage sling.
ŸIf any wear and tear is observed, dispose
the anchorage sling using a sharp scissor;
first cut the Textile and dismantle the
anchorage sling.
ŸPut the Textile, Plastic & Metal
components in their respective plastic
crates.
ŸOnce segregation done, arrange to send
them for recycling or disposal (as
appropriate) through authorized agencies
as per local or national law.

MARKING ON PRODUCT: The webbing foot loop & cows tail are marked with
the following information:
i) Identification of the manufacturer with address
ii) Type or product code
iii) Month & Year of Manufacture
iv) UID for traceability
v) Material
vi) Pictogram that indicates to read the instructions
