MISSION WOODEN BENCH
Thank you for purchasing our Mission Wooden Bench. Assembly of this
product requires a Phillips screwdriver (screw gun with Philips head
recommended) and a hammer.

Read through these instructions
thoroughly. We have found this to be
of great value when first assembling
this product.
Remove all parts and hardware from
packing material. Place wooden parts
on non-abrasive surface (like carpet
or carton) to prevent damage to finish.
Assembly of this product requires a
Phillips screwdriver and a hammer.
Identify and count hardware using
diagram at right.
Identify all parts using diagram at
right.
2 Side Assembly (A)
2 Seat Skirt (B)
1 Shelf Assembly (C)
1 Plywood Seat Bottom (D)
1 Cushion (not pictured)

STEP 1
Turn Side Assembly (A) on its side and
attach Shelf Assembly (C) as shown on
right using two 1 ¼” screws. Fully
tighten.
STEP 2
Attach Seat Skirt (B) to Side Assembly
(A) using two 1 3/4” screws with groove
in Seat Skirt (B) pointed inward as shown
on right. Fully tighten.
STEP 3
Slide Plywood Seat Bottom (D) into
grooves in Seat Skirt (B) until it slides
completely into groove in Side Assembly
(A) as shown on right.
STEP 4
Attach second Seat Skirt (B) to Side
Assembly (A) using two 1 3/4” screws.
Be sure groove in Seat Skirt (B) is
pointed inward and locked into Plywood
Seat Bottom (D) as shown on right.
Fully tighten.

STEP 5
Attach second Side Assembly (A) to
Shelf Assembly (C) and Seat Skirts
(B) using 1 3/4” screws for the Seat
Stretchers (B) and 1 ¼” screws into
Shelf Assembly (C) as shown in
STEP 1 and STEP 2. Fully tighten
all screws and double check screws
on opposite Side Assembly (A) to
ensure everything is fully tightened.
STEP 6
Use a hammer to lightly tap Flush
Plugs into predrilled holes on Side
Assemblies. Tap until fully flush on
the unit. Place cushion supplied on
top (not pictured).
CARE
Dust as needed with soft cloth. Clean with
damp cloth and mild solution of dish soap.
Polish with soft cloth and polish that
contains no pigment or silicone.
