STEP 1: Truck Mount
STEP 2:
Places one (1) Side Plate [A] on each side of the Truck Bed.
[Fg. 1]
NOTE: The Side Plates [A] can be placed anywhere along the
Truck bed so long as the Side Plates are placed at least 9in
away from the Truck Cab.
Place the Bed Bar [B] on top of the Side Plates [A] so that
Bed Bar sits in between the holes on each Side Plate. [Fg.
2]
NOTE: Users with SpinWing™ 2-Bike Accessory Expansion (sold separately, PN B01823) will repeat Steps 5 - 13 for
each additional SpinWing add-on.

STEP 4:
Install Support Bracket [D]
underneath each end of the Bed
Bar [B] by bringing the slots
located on the Support Bracket
up to U-Bolt [C].
Secure each Support Bracket [D]
to the U-Bolts [C] with two (2)
Ring Nuts [E], two (2) Split Ring
Washers [F] and two (2) Flat
Washers [G] as shown. [Fg. 4]
NOTE: The Support Bracket [D]
must be placed so the bracket
captures the overhand of the
truck bed side wall. [Fg.5]
STEP 3:
Insert two (2) U-Bolts [C] into the holes on each Side Plate [A] capturing the
Bed Bar [B]. [Fg. 3]
NOTE: The U-Bolts [C] MUST be placed so they rest inside of the ‘Sockets’
located at the end of the Bed Bar [B].
SOCKET
Slide the Spin Ring [J] onto the Stem [H].
Choose one of the three available ‘Sockets’
located on the Bed Bar [B]. Slide the Stem
[H] into the chosen Socket aligning the
threading on the Stem with the holes on the
Socket. [Fg. 6]
NOTE: When using the Socket located in the
center of the Bed Bar [B], the Stem [H] may
be installed either perpendicular or parallel
to the Bed Bar. ‘Stems installed into the
‘Sockets’ located on the ends may only be
installed perpendicular. [Fg. 7]

STEP 8:
Slide the round end of one (1) Rubber Strap [P] onto each Upper
Wheel Cradle [M] and Lower Cradle [N]. [Fg. 11]
NOTE: Be sure to slide the Rubber Straps [P] all the way onto the
cradles so that it tightly rests over the plastic coating of the Wheel
Cradle [M & N].
Using one (1) 1/2” Washer [L], thread the Spin Pin [K] through the
Socket of the Bed Bar [B] and Stem [H] and tighten until the Stem is fully
secure. [Fg. 8]
NOTE: The Spin Pin [K] must always be inserted through the side of the
Socket where the bushing protrudes outwards. There are two (2) bushing
located on the center Socket.
Using one (1) Wing [Q], slide both foam bumpers to the center of the Wing.
Turn the handles on each Cradle Housing [R] to loosen their grip.
Slide two (2) Cradle Housings [R] above the foam bumpers and two (2) Cradle
Housings [R] below the foam bumpers.
NOTE: The cylinders located on each Cradle Housing [R] MUST rest along the
same sides as the connection hole located at the bottom of the Wing [Q]. [Fg. 9]
NOTE: Position the cylinders located on each Cradle Housing [R] so that they
alternate direction as shown.
Re-tighten each Cradle Housing [R] handle to secure in place on the Wing [Q].

Repeat this step for the second Wing [Q]. HANDLE

STEP 11: Wing Installation
Insert two (2) Upper Wheel Cradles [M] with Rubber Straps [P] facing in
opposite directions into the two (2) Cradle Housing [R] installed above
the foam bumpers on each Wing [Q] as shown. [Fg. 12]
Secure each Upper Wheel Cradle [M] with a Retainer Clip [S].
Insert two (2) Lower Wheel Cradles [N] with Rubber Straps [P] facing in
opposite directions into the two (2) Cradle Housing [R] installed below
the foam bumpers on each Wing [Q].
Secure each Lower Wheel Cradle [N] with a Retainer Clip [S]. [Fg. 13]
Slide both Wings [Q] onto the Stem
[H] aligning the holes at the bottom of
the Wing with holes on the Stem.
Thread one (1) Ring Pin [T] into
the holes located on each Wing [Q]
securing the Wings to the Stem [H].

NOTE: The Ring Pin [T] MUST
always be threaded through the hole in the Wing [Q] from
above/inside the Stem [H] as shown.

Using the 72in Cable [U], slide the small (SM) loop through one Ring Pin [T] that secures the Wing [Q] to the Stem [H].
Slide the small loop through the large (LG) loop on the 72in Cable [U] to create a closed loop.
Continue using the small loop end of the 72in Cable [U] to secure the carrier by sliding the small loop end through the
second Ring Pin [T], then down through both Ring Nuts [E] and then nish by securing the small loop over the Spin Pin
[K] post that is threaded through the Stem [H]. [Fg. 16]
NOTE: The 72in Cable [U] is designed to lock bicycles to the carrier as well as the carrier to the vehicle when used on the
‘Sockets’ located at the ends of the Bed Bar [B]. When using on the Socket located in the center, the 72in Cable does not
lock the carrier to the vehicle.
NOTE: When no bicycles are mounted (like the example currently shown in Fg. 15) it is recommended to wrap excess
slack on the cable around the Stem [H] before sliding the small loop end over the Spin Pin [K].
Install the included Lock [W] over the Spin Pin [K] locking the
Cable [V] onto the Spin Pin. [Fg. 17]

Operation: Bicycle Mounting
Hang bicycles by the
tires on the Upper Wheel
Cradles [M] with the chain
rings to the outside. [Fg.
18 & 19]
Adjust the Foam Bumpers
located on the Wings [Q]
to protect the frame of the
bicycle.
Secure by tensioning
each Rubber Strap [P]
over the top of each tire
and engaging a strap hole
over the end of the Upper
Wheel Cradle [M] using
the tightest hole available.

Slide the Lower Wheel Cradle [N] to
meet the bottom/side of the bicycle tire.
Secure the Lower Wheel Cradle [N]
using the same technique as the Upper
Wheel Cradles. [Fg. 22 & 23]
TIP: Pull the Rubber Straps [P] to
the outside edge of the Lower Cradle
[P] to position bicycles wheels so the
frame of the bicycle is pulled away from
the Wings [Q] for wheel touch only
performance. [Fg. 23]

IMPORTANT: For two bicycles, position
the bicycles facing in opposite directions
(front-to-back/back-to-front) with the
chain ring to the outside.

Locking Bicycles
Adjusting Position of Bicycles
SpinWing Rotation
Unlock the Spin Pin [K] and remove the 72in
Cable [U] from the Spin Pin.
Weave the 72in Cable [U] through the frame of
the bicycle.
Re-secure the 72in Cable [U] back onto the Spin
Pin [K] and re-lock the assembly. [Fg. 24]
To accommodate varying bike sizes, slide the
cradle along the wings and re-tighten. [Fg. 25]
TIP: Lower Wheel Cradles [N] can be easily
reversed while the bicycle is hangs from the
Upper Wheel Cradles [M] to the opposite side of
the their housing for quick adjustability.
When loading and removing bikes, the SpinWing may be rotated 180°for quick access to both bicycles.
To rotate the SpinWing, unlock the Lock [V] located on the Spin Pin [K] and remove the Cable [U] end. Remove the Spin
Pin.
Rotate the Wings 180° and then re-secure the Spin Pin [K], Cable [U] and Lock [V].
Make sure the Spin Pin [K] is properly tightened
and locked before transit. Make sure the bikes are
securely attached to the rack before driving.
The maximum load weight is 70 lbs or 35 lbs per
bicycle. DO NOT OVERLOAD.

Always secure each bicycle with all four connections points (two Upper Wheel Cradles & two Lower Cradles).
Do not operate the vehicle unless all connection points are tight and secured. Failure to follow bicycle mounting
procedure may result in damage to carrier, damage to property, bodily injury or death.
Always check and conrm all truck mounting points are tight and fully secured before each transit. Failure to follow
proper installation and equipment checks before transit may result in damage to carrier, damage to property, bodily
injury or death.
