4. Tightening torque: 14Nm ± 4Nm (124 ± 35 in lbf)
The screw must go all the way through the nut.
5. Assemble the handle.
Make sure the Actuator is aached
according to the picture
6. Tightening torque: 9Nm ± 3Nm
(80 ± 26 in lbf)

10. Connect the charger cable to the socket under the
control box. Make sure the plug are fully seated.
Aach the cable.
11. Connect the baery and secure it to the control box
bracket. A click sound can be heard when the baery is
installed correctly.
”Click”
12. Reset the emergency stop by turning the buon in
the direcon of the arrows on the buon. Charge the
baery.
7. Place the base on oor with wheels contacng the oor.
Lock both rear wheels. Secure the li mast,
using two M10x25 screws.
9. Connect cables to the control box, see illustraon. Make
sure plugs are fully seated.

8. Place the quick reference guide and the hand control
on the handles.
NOTE
- Make sure the spare part is mounted according to the assembly instrucon.
- Check all funcons related to the changed spare part.
- Repairs and maintenance may only be performed by personnel authorized by Hill-Rom and using original Liko™ spare parts.
