Liko SlingBar Mini 220 Manual

Before liing, always make sure that the sling’s strap loops are correctly fastened to the sling bar hooks when the sling strap is
extended, but before the paent is lied from the underlying surface.
For safety, load must be applied to all sling bar hooks during the li!
Maximum load: 205 kg / 450 Ibs.
The SlingBar Mini 220 comes in two versions and with the intended use in liing small paents, for example in a Liko™ TeddySling Low Mod 10.
SlingBar Mini 220 (Prod.No 3156005) can be used combined with a Liko ™ mobile li or a Liko ™ overhead li, with xed assembly.
The SlingBar Mini 220 R2R (Prod.No 3156006) version is designed only for Room-to-Room transfers in combinaon with Likorall™ overhead lis,
specied at page 2.
SlingBar Mini 220 complies with the requirements of EN ISO 10535.

Assembly
Dierent maximum loads may apply to dierent products on the assembled li system: li, sling bar, sling and any other accessories used.
For the assembled li system, the maximum load is always the lowest maximum load rang for any of the components. Study the markings
on the li and liing accessories or contact your Hill-Rom representave in the event of quesons.

Care and maintenance
For safe and trouble-free operaon, a few roune procedures should be performed every day, before the sling bar is in use:
• Check the screw and locking nut that aaches the sling bar
• Check the funcon of latches and that the latches are intact; missing or damaged latches must always be replaced
• When using a Quick-release Hook system, check that the Quick-release Hook is correctly fastened to the li and the sling bar
• Before liing, check that the liing accessory hangs vercally and can move freely.
When necessary, clean the li with a moist cloth. Find more detailed informaon regarding cleaning and disinfecon of your Liko™ product
in the document Care and Maintenance
Service
A periodic inspecon of the sling bar should be carried out at least once a year.
Periodic inspecon, repair and maintenance may be performed only in accordance with the Liko™ service manual by personnel
authorized by Hill-Rom and using original Liko™ spare parts.
Expected Life Time
The product has an expected life me of 10 years when correctly handled, serviced and periodically inspected in accordance with Liko’s
instrucons.
