Minimalist Shower Mixer
With Diverter

Use of this product in non-domestic applications voids warranty.
All pipe work must be thoroughly flushed prior to the installation of the mixer.
NEFA inline filters must be installed on both hot and cold supplies.
Do not remove the ceramic cartridge from the mixer when installing.
Damage caused by hydrostatic testing is not covered by our warranty.

Ceramic Cartridge Adjustment
Do not remove the ceramic cartridge from the body assembly while carrying out the
following adjustments. Note, the cartridge is factory set for maximum temperature.

“In situ” testing

Technical Specifications
Avoid restrictive piping, fitting or sharp angled bends when plumbing the mixer.

Inlet Connections: All 1/2’ BSP
Operating Pressure: 150kPa - 500kPa
Operating Temperatures: Recommended hot water supply 50°C,
maximum 70°C. AS 3500 requires all hot
water supplies to any sanitary fitting to be
tempered to 50°C.
Installation
1. Remove the black installation template but do not discard template or screws.
2. Secure the mixer body to the wall framing at the required position. See below diagram A.
Note the diveter button is at the botttom.
Connect the hot water supply tothe left inlet, the cold water supply to the right inlet.
3. Replace the installation template to protect the shower mixer during installation of the finishing wall.
4. Check the connections for leaks.
5. Mark the centre positions for both the 102mm and 25mm diameter holes on wall lining (refer to the diagram).
Cut the small hole first (minimum 25mm) the cuta hole inthe wall lining using a 4” (or 100mm) hole saw. Install
the finished wall lining. The outer face ofthe wall must liewithin the limits of installation template.
6. Remove and discard the hole template (black plastic mixer protector) and screws only when the faceplate is to
be fitted.
7. Fit the faceplate over the shower mixer and the diverterspindle, ensuring that seal fits around the barrel of the
shower body. A bead of silicon sealbetween the faceplate and the wall is recommended. Care should be taken to
not block the drain hole.
8. Screw the diverter cap back on to the diverter spindle. Fit the handle onto the square of the ceramic cartridge
and tighten the grub screw in the handle. Screw the lever onto the grub screw. Wearing rubber gloves can provide
further grip while tightening the lever onto the grub screw.
