Présentation
Ce kit se présente sous la forme d’un disque spécial colza 2.8A10 ou 14 (10
ou 14 alvéoles de 2.8 mm) (Rep 2), d’une plaque de sélection adaptée (Rep
3) au disque et d’un support bossages taraudés (Rep 1).
ATTENTION : cette distribution est uniquement adaptée à l’utilisation
de semences certifiées et calibrées (Ø 1.8 à 2.2).
Les semences traitées collantes ne doivent pas être utilisées
(ex : COMBICOAT ® CBS), elles ne conviennent pas pour ce système.
RIBOULEAU MONOSEM décline toutes responsabilités en cas de
problème avec l’utilisation de semences traitées collantes.
Mise en place
Remplacer la distribution (disque Rep 4 et plaque de sélection Rep 5) en
place dans le boîtier par la distribution colza (Voir croquis).
A la mise en place de la plaque Rep 3 s’assurer que la surface de contact est
propre et lisse. Lors du serrage de la vis Rep 6 veiller à ne pas déformer le
disque Rep 2.
Vitesse de travail
La vitesse de travail devra être adaptée à l’état du terrain. Retenir cependant
une vitesse raisonnable comprise entre 4 et 6 km/h : la mise en terre et la
régularité n’en seront que meilleures.
Réglage de la densité
La boite de distance ne nécessite aucune modification autre que le réglage
de la densité de semis.
ATTENTION : les distances du tableau suivant sont théoriques, des
variations sont possibles sur certains terrains. Des contrôles de densités en
début et pendant la campagne sont indispensables.
Presentation
This kit is presented in the form of a special 2.8A 10 or 14 rape seed disk
(10 or 14 seed cells measuring 2.8mm – point 2), a selection plate (point 3),
adapted to the disk, and a tapped boss support (point 1).
N.B.: this distribution device is only suitable for use with certified and
graded seeds (1.8 – 2.2 Ø). Sticker coated seeds must not be used (e.g.
COMBICOAT ® CBS), they are not suitable for this system.
RIBOULEAU MONOSEM accepts no responsibility if problems arise
when using sticker coated seeds.
Set up
Replace the distribution device (disk – point 4 – and selection plate – point
5) in place in the unit with the rape seed distribution device (see diagram).
When setting up the plate (point 3), ensure that the contact surface is clean
and smooth. Take care not to warp the disk (point 2) when tightening the
screw (point 6).
Working speed
The working speed must be suited to the condition of the ground. In
general, maintaining a moderate speed of 4 – 6 km/h will improve
consistency and planting.
Setting the density
The seed spacing gear box requires no modification apart from setting the
seed density.
N.B.: the distances in the following table are theoretical. Variations are
possible depending on the ground. Density checks at the start of and during
the season are essential.
Vorstellung
Dieser Bausatz besteht aus einer speziellen Raps-Scheibe 2.8A10 oder 14
(10 oder 14 Zellen von 2,8 mm) (Pos. 2), einer zu dieser Scheibe passenden
Wahlplatte (Pos. 3) und einem Träger mit Buckeln mit Gewinde (Pos. 1).
ACHTUNG: Dieses Sägehäuse eignet sich nur für den Einsatz von
zertifiziertem und kalibriertem Saatgut (Ø 1,8 bis 2,2).
Klebrig behandeltes Saatgut (z. B. COMBICOAT ® CBS) darf nicht
verwendet werden; es eignet sich nicht für dieses System.
RIBOULEAU MONOSEM kann nicht für Probleme verantwortlich
gemacht werden, die beim Einsatz von klebrig behandeltem Saatgut
auftreten.
Anbringen
Das im Gehäuse vorhandene Sägehäuse (Scheibe Pos. 4 und Wahlplatte
Pos. 5) durch das Raps-Sägehäuse ersetzen (siehe Abbildung).
Sich beim Einsetzen der Platte Pos. 3 davon überzeugen, dass die
Kontaktfläche sauber und glatt ist. Beim Festziehen der Schraube Pos. 6
darauf achten, die Scheibe Pos. 2 nicht zu verformen.
Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit
Die Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit muss an den Geländezustand angepasst
werden. Behalten Sie jedoch eine vernünftige Geschwindigkeit zwischen 4
und 6 km/h im Gedächtnis: das Einbringen und die Gleichmäßigkeit
werden dadurch nur verbessert.
Einstellen der Dichte
Die einzige Änderung, die am Abstandswechselgehäuse vorgenommen
werden muss, ist das Einstellen der Sädichte.
ACHTUNG: Die Abstände in folgender Tabelle sind theoretische Werte.
Auf manchen Geländen können Abweichungen auftreten. Ein Prüfen der
Sädichte zu Beginn und während der Säkampagne ist unerlässlich.

I semi trattati appiccicosi non devono essere utilizzati
(esempio: COMBICOAT ® CBS), non sono adatti per questo sistema.
RIBOULEAU MONOSEM declina ogni responsabilità di caso di
problemi dovuti all’utilizzo di semi trattati appiccicosi.
Installazione
Sostituire la distribuzione (disco Num. 4 e la lastra di selezione Num. 5)
presente nella scatola con la distribuzione di colza (Vedi schema).
Quando si installa la lastra Num. 3 accertarsi che la superficie di contatto
sia pulita e liscia. Durante il serraggio della vite Num. 6 prestare attenzione
a non deformare il disco Num. 2.
Velocità di lavoro
La velocità di lavoro dovrà essere adeguata allo stato del terreno. Scegliere
tuttavia una velocità ragionevole compresa tra 4 e 6 km/h: l’interramento e
la regolarità saranno senz’altro migliori.
Regolazione della densità
La scatola di distanza non necessita di nessuna modifica oltre alla
regolazione della densità dei semi.
ATTENZIONE: le distanze della seguente tabella sono teoriche, in alcuni
terreni sono possibili variazioni. I controlli delle densità sono indispensabili
all’inizio e durante la campagna.
