UTILISATION DE LA BOITE DE DISTANCES
Le tableau ci contre indique les distances théoriques réalisables
pour chaque distribution, avec un développé de roue de 2,03m par
tour de roue motrice. Il est impératif de vérifier ce développé de
roue, en particulier si l’utilisateur constate un patinage important.
Formule de calcul avec un développé de roue différent :
distance (cm) x ND (nouveau développé en m)
2,03
Pour changer les distances de semis, il faut pousser le levier tendeur
vers le bas et le bloquer en position avec l’axe, remplacer les
pignons interchangeables suivant les indications fournies par le
tableau ci-dessous.
Attention : les distances ci-dessous sont théoriques : des variations
de 5 à 10 % peuvent être constatées, suivant les conditions, sur
certains terrains.
Effectuer dès la mise en route puis ensuite de temps en temps des
contrôles de densité.
Le mauvais alignement des dentures ainsi que la raideur de la
chaîne provoqueront l’usure prématurée des pignons.
Utiliser de l’huile en bombe aérosol à base de téflon pour la
lubrification. (FÖRCH PTFE Truck S416)
RIBOULEAU MONOSEM décline toute responsabilité dans le
choix effectif de la distance de semis qui reste à l’appréciation
de l’utilisateur.
USE OF THE SEED SPACING GEARBOX
The table opposite indicates the possible theoretical distances for
each distribution, with a wheel perimeter of 2,03m per drive wheel
revolution. It is vital to check this wheel perimeter, especially if the
user notices a lot of wheel spin.
Formula for a different wheel perimeter :
distance (cm) x NP (new perimeter in m)

To change the planting distances, push the tightening lever
downwards and block it in position with the pin, replace the
interchangeable sprockets according to the indications given in the
table here below.
Caution : the above indicated spacings are theoretical and may vary
from 5 to 10% depending on soil conditions.
Double check for proper seed population as soon as you start the
planter and then at regular intervals.
Poor alignment of the sprockets and stiffness of the chain will cause
premature wear of the sprockets.
Use special oil with Teflon in spray for the lubrication.

effective choosing of the sowing distance, which is up to the
user’s judgement.

In der nebenstehenden Tabelle sind die theoretischen Saatabstände
die für jede. Verteilung möglich sind, mit einer Radabwicklung von
2,03 m pro Umdrehung des Antriebsrads anfgeführt. Diese
Radabwicklung muss unbedingt überprüft werden, wor allem ween
der Benutzer ein starkes Gleiten feststellt.
Berechnungsformel mit einer anderen Radabwicklung :
Abstand (cm) x NR (Neue Radabwicklung in m)

Um die Aussaatdistanzen zu ändern muss man den
Spannstückhebel nach oben drücken und es in Position mit der
Achse blockieren, die auswechselbaren Zahnräder nach den
Hinweisen in der Tabelle (siehe hier unter) ersetzen.
WICHTIG : Die oben angezeigten Abstände sind theoretisch und
können Je nach Arbeitsbedingungen um 5 - 10 % variieren.
Um eine gute Aussaat zu erreichen überprüfen Sie die Sämaschine
mehrmals, einmal vor Beginn der Arbeit und dann in regelmäßigen
Abständen.
Schlechte Ausrichtung der Zahnräder und steife Ketten verursachen
vorzeitige Abnutzung der Zahnräder.
Für Schmieren, benutzen Sie eines sonder Schmieröl mit Teflon in
Sprühdose.

Auswahl des Saatastands ab, da diese ganz dem Benutzer
zufällt.
UTILIZACIÓN DE LA CAJA DE DISTANCIAS
La tada de al lado indica las distancias teóricas posibles para cada
distribucion, con un desarrollo de rueda de 2,03m por vuelta de
rueda motriz. Es imprescindible verificar este desarrollo de rueda ,
en particular si el usuario constata un patinaje importante.
Fórmula de cálculo con desarrollo de rueda diferente :
Distancia (cm) x ND (Nuevo desarrollo in m)
2,03
Para cambiar la distancia de siembra, es necesario empujar la
palanca tensor hacia arriba y bloquearla en posición con el eje,
sustituir a los piñones intercambiables según las indicaciones
facilitadas por el cuadro siguiente.
ATENCION : Las distancias indicadas son teóricas, puede haber
una variación del 5 al 10 %, según las condiciones que presentan
las tierras.
Hay que efectuar antes de sembrar un control de densidad, y
después de vez en cuando también.
Si las cadenas están demasiado tensas o los piñones mal alineados,
habrá un desgaste prematuro de los piñones.
Utilizar aceite en aerosol a base de teflón para la lubrificación.
