Ⅱ、 OPERATION
1. At first, please make sure whether the wind outlet (【1】) &
pulverized material outlet (【2】) have been covered with the cloth
pipes.
The cloth pipe for covering (【1】) is shorter and there’s a loop for
hanging on the shaft.
The cloth pipe for covering (【2】) is longer.
2. Unlock the screw (【6】) and pull up the upper base, and then insert
into the suitable meshes.
Combination A: Mesh 3~9mm + holder is for getting thick
pulverized materials.
Combination B: Mesh 3~9mm + Mesh 0.3~0.5mm + holder is for
getting thin pulverized materials.
If thick materials were asked to get into thin pulverized materials,
please process combination Afirst and then process combination B.
Such arrangement will gain better effect and keep a longer using
life of the meshes.
3. Please ensure the pulverizing trough (【11】) is empty, or clean it
and then to tighten the screw (【6】).
4. Plug in the socket and switch on (【8】).
5. Let materials be loaded through from the loading trough (【5】) into
the pulverizing trough (【11】) slowly and process pulverizing.
6. The cloth pipe can collect the pulverized materials which should be
small and could pass the meshes to get to the outlet.
7. After pulverizing, please switch off the machine and wait just few
minutes. Finally, the cloth pipe could be loosed and discharge the
pulverized materials.

III 、 CAUTION
1. When NFB is cut off, please turn off the power switch for 10
minutes and press NFB again to restart. The following situations
would be the possible reasons to cause a NFB to be cut off.
1) The speed of material loading is too fast. It’s necessary to
discharge the material more or less before re-starting.
2) When the motor is overloaded or over heat, please turn off the
machine for a while.
When the above situations are solved, users just need push down
the NFB and turn on the power switch.
2. Watch the current meter for avoiding the motor overloading and
being out of order soon.
3. For pulverizing the thick materials, the wind power adjuster (【10】)
could be closed for keeping all materials inside. For pulverizing the
thin materials, the enter gate should be just little opened for
controlling the speed of loading. Use the wind power adjuster
(【10】) to control the wind power.
4. The pulverized trough couldn’t be cleaned up by water.
