• Snap twoWEIGHT PLATE BUSHINGS(3) into the top of all five WEIGHTPLATES (6) as shown in FIGURE 1.

• Remove theWEIGHTSTACK SELECTORPINfrom theWEIGHTSTACK as shownin FIGURE2.
• Unthreadthe CABLE fromtheWEIGHTSTACK SHAFTof the HEAD PLATE asshown in FIGURE 2.
• Removeor loosen theTOPBOOMor GUIDE RODSUPPORT. (Refer toHome Gym instructions)
• Tiltthe GUIDERODS backand removethe HEADPLATEASSEMBLY,fifteen WEIGHTPLATES,twoWEIGHTSTACK CUSHIONS,
two3/4” WASHERS,and twoWEIGHTSTACKSPACERS asshown inFIGURE 1. (NOTE:Please discardthetwo3/4”WASHERS,
andthetwoWEIGHTSTACKSPACERS.)
• Unboltthe oldWEIGHTSTACKSHAFTfromthe HEADPLATE.(NOTE:PleasediscardtheoldWEIGHTSTACKSHAFT.)

• SECURELYassemblethe20HOLEWEIGHTSTACKSHAFT
(1)totheHEADPLATE. (NOTE:TheboltholeintheHEAD
PLATEshouldbeontop.)
• Attach the WEIGHTSTACK LABELS (3) (#16-20) to the
fiveWEIGHTPLATES(4) as shownon FIGURE 3.
• Insert the two GUIDE RODS through the two WEIGHT
STACK CUSHIONS into the base as shown in FIGURE 3.
LubricatetheGUIDERODSwitha siliconor teflon
spraythat isavailableat mosthardwarestores.
• USING EXTREME CARE, slide the five new WEIGHT
PLATES (4) and the previous fifteen WEIGHT PLATES
down over the GUIDE RODS onto the WEIGHT STACK
CUSHIONS. (NOTE:Makesure that thekeyholesof the
WEIGHTPLATESallfacethesameway.)
• Carefully Slide the new HEAD PLATEASSEMBLYdown
over the GUIDE RODS onto the weight stack as shown in
FIGURE3.

• Screw the CABLE into the WEIGHTSTACK SHAFT of the
HEAD PLATE until the CABLE slightly pulls on the HEAD
PLATE.
• TIGHTENjamnutsecurely!
