* Thank you for purchasing the Parabody 808106 ARMCURLBENCH.Please read
these instructions thoroughly and keep them for future reference. TLis product must be
assembledon a flat, level surface to assure its proper function.
*Werecommendcleaning your product (pads and frame) on a regul~:r basis, using warmsoapy
water. Touch-uppaint can be purchased from your Parabody customer service representative
at [phone].
There is a risk assumedby individuals whouse this type of equipment. TominLrnizerisk, please
follow these rules:
1. Inspect equipmentdaily. Tighten all loose connections and replace worn parts immediately.
Failure to do so mayresult in serious injury.

¯ Slide two2" SQCOVERCAPS(19) over ~e ends of the 2 SQX 18" TUI3E(4). See FIGURE
¯SECURELYassemble the 2" SQX18" TUBE(4) to flm BENCHFRAME(1) usfiag two 1/2X3" BOLTS(8),two 1/2" WASHENS(14),
two 1/2" LOCKNUTS(16) as showrt in FIGURE
¯ SECUILELYassemble the BARSUPPORT(3) to the BENCHFRMvIE(1) using two 1/2 X 4" BOLTS(7), two 1/2" WASHERS
and two 1/2" LOCKNUTS(16) as shownin FIGURE

STEP2:
Clean the surfaces of the PLATESon the BARSUPPORT
(3) with rubbingalcohol andallow to dry.
Removebacking from the two RUBBERSTRIPS(21) and
attach them to the PLATESof the BARSUPPORT(3)
shownin FIGURE2.
Assemblethe 3/8" SPRINGPIN (11) into the SPRINGPIN
BARRELon the BENCHFRAME(1) and tighten nut
securely. SeeFIGURE2.
Snap two 2" SQINSERTGUIDES(13) into the ends of the
BENCHFRAME(1) as shownin FIGURE

STEP3:
SECURELYassemble the ARMPAD(5) to the ARM
PADSUPPORT(2)using four 3/8 X 1" BOLTS(10)
four 3/8" WASHERS(15) as shownin FIGURE

STEP4:
Pullback on the 3/8" SPRINGPIN(11) and insert the ARM
PADSUPPORT(2) into the BENCHFRAME(1) as shown
FIGURE4.
Assemble the THUMBSCREW(18) into the TABNUTon the
BENCHFRAME(1) as shownin FIGURE4. Tighten the THUMB
SCREWto secure the ARMPADSUPPORTin place.
¯ Insert one 2" SQENDCAP(20) into the end of the BENCH
FRAME(1) as shownin FIGURE

STEP5:
¯SECURELYassemble one 3/8 X 1" BTNHDCAPSCREW(12), and one 3/8" NUT(17) to the bottom hole of the ARMPADSUPPORT
(2) as shownin FIGURE
¯ Insert one 2" ENDCAP(20) into the end of the ARMPADSUPPORT(2) as shownin FIGURE
¯ SECURELYassemble the SEATPAD(6) to the BENCHFRAME(1) using two 3/8 X2-3/4" BOLTS(9) and two 3/8" WASHERS(15)
shownin FIGURE5.
