
How do I refund a transaction directly on my terminal?
1. On the home screen, select the menu in the upper left corner.
2. Select Transactions and refunds from the menu.
3. Select the transaction you'd like to refund and press Issue refund.
4. Input your four-digit manager PIN.*
5. Press Full amount and Next for a full refund, or insert the amount
of the partial refund and press Next.
6. Review the amount and confirm the card number with your
customer if required. Select Confirm to complete the refund.
Transactions are settled on the next business day after the
transaction is processed. At the weekends, this usually means
Monday. In the case of bank holidays, it’s the next business day.
Please note – the total value of transactions needs to exceed €15,
or the equivalent value in your currency at the current
exchange rate.
How do I take payments on my terminal? Do the totals on my terminal automatically reset at
the end of the shift/day?
Your transactions are processed automatically at 5am and will be paid
to you on your next settlement - the next business day.
To view your totals:
This will close your summary. Navigate to Closed summary (under
Summaries) to view a history.
When do I get my settlement?
*You can change your manager PIN in the app's menu under PIN security.
1. Open Summaries from the app menu.
2. Select Opened summary to view earnings from the
current day.
3. Choose to either Print and close or Just print.
How can I access additional features?
1. Select Manage features in the app’s menu.
2. Input your four-digit manager PIN.*
3. Access features such as Tips, Pay by Link and others.
To search for transactions, open Transactions and refunds and
apply filters or select the Card icon , then tap the card.
1. Launch the Teya Payments app.
2. Enter the transaction amount and confirm by pressing Next.
3. If you wish to print the receipt, press Customer receipt or
Merchant receipt.
