Placing a Video Call
Make sure the LCD is on RGB input and the Projector is on and Guest 2 is selected.
Press the home button on the Polycom remote control to get to the Place a Call screen
Power Button

From this menu you can place a video call in any of these ways:
1. Entering a name or number using the number pad on your Polycom remote. You can dial out
using IP address (for example, 255.255.255.255). The system automatically determines the
type of call to make based on the information you enter. Press Call button to place a call.
2. Using the Directory to place a call. Press Directory button on the Polycom remote
control. Using the arrow keys on the remote find the entry to call and press
Call button.
Sharing PC Content
To show your computer display to the far sites, first verify that the PC display resolution is set to
1024 by 768. Press the Graphics button to send graphics.
Connecting and Viewing a PC or Laptop on the TV Monitor
To hang up from the call press Hang Up button and confirm you want end the call.
To display computer press graphics
