FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the 4 original screws fastening the screen, and carefully remove the
original screen.
Remove the rubber grommets or fasteners from the original screen and place them
in the same orientation into your R&G screen as seen in pictures 1 and 2.
Carefully place your R&G screen into the fairing in the same fashion as the
original screen, making sure not to mark or damage either the screen or
surrounding bodywork.
At this stage check to make sure all mounting holes line up correctly and no parts
are deformed.
Starting with the front two fasteners to hold the screen in place, insert the two
remaining screws working from the front working rearward. Leave them loose in
case you may need to adjust the position of the windscreen slightly to align all the
holes and fasteners.
Once the windscreen is loosely mounted, begin tightening the fasteners from the
front. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN as this could cause the screen to crack or
damage bodywork.
Check all fixings are secure and the screen is fitted correctly.

MAINTENANCE
For proper cleaning use a mild soap or detergent and use light pressure to clean using a
damp cloth. Bugs and debris can be removed by laying a wet cloth flat over the affected
areas before cleaning to loosen grime. Remove water spots using a clean chamois cloth.
WARNING!
Do not use abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals or solvents (including glass cleaner) to
clean the screen.
Ensure screen is stored away from direct sunlight when not in use to prevent
discolouration.
R&G assumes no liability for the melting or the malfunction of the motorcycle indicator
panel or similar components due to UV rays and heat or for any reason. If you plan to
leave your bike exposed to the sun, please ensure that your instrument panel is sheltered.
This will minimise possible damage to your motorcycle instrument panel.

workmanship has been disturbed. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the warranty on the motorcycle is not affected by the fitting of the Products. On return of any
defective Products R&G shall at its option either supply a replacement or refund the purchase money but shall not be liable if the Products have been modified or used or
maintained otherwise than in accordance with R&G’s or manufacturer’s instructions and good engineering practice or if the defect arises from accident or neglect. Other than
identified above and subject to R&G not limiting its liability for causing death and personal injury, it shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss and otherwise its liability
shall be limited to the amounts paid by the Buyer for the Products or the fitting or service concerned. These terms do not affect the Buyer’s statutory rights.
R&G RACING RETURNS POLICY (NON-FAULTY GOODS)
Returns must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be returned direct to us if they were purchased direct from us (customer must
prove if necessary). Otherwise to be returned to original vendor. Goods must be in re-sellable condition, in the opinion of R&G Racing. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking
and handling fee (25% of the gross value exc. P&P – at the prevailing price at time of purchase). The customer must pay any and all carriage charges. No returns of discontinued
products, unless within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does not refer to faulty goods.

NOTICE DE MONTAGE
Enlever les 4 vis d’origine qui fixent l’écran, puis enlever l’écran.
Enlever les œillets en caoutchouc de l’écran d’origine puis placez-les dans le
même sens que l’écran R&G, voir photos 1 et 2.
Placer l’écran R&G sur le carénage de la même façon que l’écran d’origine, en
veillant à ne pas marquer ni abîmer l’écran entourant le carénage.
A ce stade, vérifier que tous les trous de fixation s’alignent et qu’aucune partie ne
soit déformée.
Commencer par les 2 attaches à l’avant pour fixer l’écran en place, insérer les 2
vis restantes de l’avant vers l’arrière. Laisser les desserrées au cas où vous devriez
ajuster la position de la bulle pour aligner tous les trous et toutes les attaches.
Une fois que la bulle est en place, commencer à serrer les attaches depuis l’avant.
NE PAS TROP SERRER, cela pourrait endommager l’écran ou le support.
Vérifier que l’ensemble est correctement fixé et que l’écran soit correctement
monté.

MAINTENANCE
Pour un nettoyage efficace, utilisez un savon ou un détergent doux sur un chiffon humide
en appliquant une légère pression. Les salissures peuvent être éliminées en utilisant le
chiffon humide à plat sur les zones touchées, avant de les nettoyer pour dégager la crasse.
Éliminez les taches d'eau à l'aide d'une peau de chamois propre.
ATTENTION!
N'utilisez pas de nettoyants abrasifs, de produits chimiques durs ou de solvants (y
compris un nettoyant pour vitres) pour nettoyer l'écran.
Assurez-vous que l'écran soit stocké à l'abri de la lumière directe du soleil lorsqu'il n'est
pas utilisé pour éviter la décoloration.
R&G n'assumera aucune responsabilité pour la fonte ou le dysfonctionnement des
clignotants de la moto, ou autres composants, due aux rayons UV et à la chaleur, ou pour
toute autre raison. Si vous prévoyez de laisser votre moto exposée au soleil, veuillez-vous
assurer que votre tableau de bord soit protégé. Cela éviter les dommages potentiels sur
votre moto.

Entfernen Sie die 4 original Schrauben, die die Windschutzscheibe befestigen,
dann entfernen Sie die original Windschutzscheibe.
Entfernen Sie die Gummitüllen oder Befestigungen von der original
Windschutzscheibe und positionieren Sie sie genauso an der R&G
Windschutzscheibe – siehe Abbildungen 1 und 2.
Die R&G Windschutzscheibe vorsichtig an der Verkleidung montieren wie zuvor
die original Windschutzscheibe. Bitte darauf achten, dass die Scheibe / die
umliegende Verkleidung nicht zerkratzt oder beschädigt wird.
Überprüfen Sie nun, dass Montageöffnungen richtig ausgerichtet sind, und dass
keine Teile verformt sind.
Beginnen Sie mit den zwei vorderen Befestigungen, um die Windschutzscheibe in
Position zu befestigen. Die zwei übrigen Schrauben einsetzen und arbeiten Sie
von vorne nach hinten. Die Schrauben nur lose befestigen, sodass die bei Bedarf
die Position der Windschutzscheibe später ändern können, um sie mit allen
Öffnungen und Befestigungen ausrichten zu können.
Wenn die Windschutzscheibe lose befestigt ist, fangen Sie an, die Befestigungen
von vorne festzuziehen. NICHT ZU FEST ANZIEHEN – dies kann zur
Beschädigung der Windschutzscheibe und/oder Verkleidung führen.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Halterungen sicher befestigt sind, und dass die
Windschutzscheibe ordnungsgemäß montiert ist.

INSTANDHALTUNG
Bitte reinigen Sie die Windschutzscheibe mit milder Seife oder mildem Reinigungsmittel
und benutzen Sie einen feuchten Lappen (nicht zu fest drücken). Hartnäckige
Verunreinigungen durch Insekten oder Ablagerungen können entfernt werden, indem Sie
einen feuchten Lappen auf die betroffene Stelle legen, um den Schmutz aufzuweichen
bevor Sie mit der Reinigung anfangen. Wasserflecken entfernen Sie am besten mit
Fensterleder.
WARNUNG!
Benutzen Sie NIEMALS Scheuermittel, schädliche Chemikalien oder Lösungsmittel
(inkl. Glasreiniger), um die Windschutzscheibe zu reinigen.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Windschutzscheibe immer vor direkten Sonnenstrahlen
geschützt ist, wenn das Motorrad nicht benutzt wird, um somit eine Verfärbung der
Scheibe zu vermeiden.
R&G übernimmt keine Haftung für Schmelzungen oder Störungen an der Motorrad-
Anzeigetafel oder an ähnlichen Komponenten am Motorrad, die durch UV-Strahlen,
Hitze jeglicher Art oder aus anderen Gründen verursacht werden. Wenn Sie es
vornehmen, Ihr Motorrad in der Sonne stehen zu lassen, bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass das
die Instrumententafel geschützt ist. Somit kann die Gefahr einer Beschädigung Ihrer
Instrumententafel minimiert werden.
