1. SAFETY

4. OPERATION
8DO NOT hand-hold; Always mount in a vice or clamp to pillar drill table.
4.1. Screw bolt into bolt jig until shank is past the cross shaft.(See Fig.1)
4.2. Apply a 1.5mm drill to the smaller end of the cross shaft and drill through the bolt.
4.3. Similarly, clamp nut into nut jig (see Fig.2) and drill through the jig from the smaller end of the cross shaft using a 1.5mm drill. This will
pierce the corner of the nut allowing a safety wire to be inserted.
