Frames are designed with a 6.0 base curve
Other base curves are not recommended as upper titanium rim may not align with drill holes.
Lens sizing should not be changed to ensure fit of upper rim.
Drill hole positions should not be changed as this will affect fit of the upper rim.
Recommended lenses are High Index 1.6, 1.67, Polycarbonate and Trivex.

Mount lenses using BLS 58 sleeve and Silhouette mounting plier with turquoise or
blue tip.

BLS sleeve must be cut to reflect the thickness of the metal trim to achieve
proper lens retention.
The VGLH4 spacer is used to simulate the thickness of the metal trim

With tool VGLH4 (shown by red line) placed
against the surface of the lens, cut sleeve to
length with AC392 sleeve cutter.
Repeat procedure for all sleeves.
Trimmed sleeves will extend beyond the front
surface of the lens at a distance equal to the
thickness of the metal trim

Place metal trim on protruding sleeves
before placing frame parts in sleeves.
Compress frame parts into sleeves until
frame part contact metal trim.

1. Open temple
2. Hold lens fixation firmly with mounting pliers
3. Adjust inclination at the hinge in the required direction

•Construction of the high
precision hinge is not
serviceable
•The spare part is the temple
and endpiece together

1. Straighten and remove temple
cover
2. Cut to desired length using
diagonal cutter
3. File sharp edges and burrs

4. Remove adhesive carefully
with blade
5. Cut temple tip to desired
length with sharp blade, using
trimmed metal piece as sizing
guide

6. Slide temple cover most of
way back on temple
7. Apply small amount of
adhesive as shown
8. Slide temple cover to final
position

•Press outward at endpiece to
enlarge the temple opening

reduce the temple opening

Adjust the temple to the ear shape with large curves.
During temple-end adjusting do not put pressure on the temple
tip (circled).
