Settings for your desktop phone
You find settings for your phone in the menu. You access them by pressing the menu button . If
there is no menu button you push the navigation button downwards .
In the menu you navigate with the navigation button or the number keys. Confirm choice with or
cancel by pressing .
To change the ringtone, enter the menu and select 1. Preferences > 3. Ringtone
To change the language, enter the menu and select 1. Preferences > 4. Language
To change settings for your screen, enter the menu and select 1. Preferences > 5. Screen
Call with role
Being an agent you handle all calls in CallGuide Agent, but should you want to change the number
presented at outbound calls –call with role –this must be set from your desktop phone.
You have the option of letting the person you are calling see e.g. your fixed number, your mobile
number, or the company’s switchboard number. If it is more convenient for you, you also have the
option of hiding your number.
To change your role, you dial *24*<code>#. The setting applies until further notice.
To set a role for a separate call you dial *25*<code><telephone number>#. The role returns to
the previous role after the call.
Below you find examples of the standard set of codes that come along with CallGuide Voice. Roles
and codes can be configured and differ from below, check with your administrator.
