Why the terminal always
shows "offline"?
1. It`s required to close all firewall or with data
interception function software before open the
software server
2. Network card not compatible with terminal.
3. Using other computer to scan the machine.
Why it appear "terminal
network services (UDP)
start fail" warning in the
process of start services
software?
Appearing this warning information, it’s usually the
local server network connection has been
disconnected, please connect the local network
cable well and exit the software, then restart it.

Interface Introduction

①Mic stand: collect the live voice
②speaker: restore the remote and local voice
③LCD screen：display the device login status, time, date, volume and terminal IP
parameters...etc
④Keyboard: input channel and accept the input command

①Power input: connect to DC 9V/2.5A power supply
②Line input port: the default is without line input function, but it has broadcast prompt
tone;
③Line output port: output terminal audio signal.
④Network port: use the Ethernet cable connect server and terminal
⑤Update port: For device update or download.
⑥Power switch: “ ” stand for turn off the power,“ ” stand for open the power.

Terminal IP
(1)Under "online-free" state, press set key, input the default password "123456",
press 【OK】 to enter the interface.
(2)Press【↑】 or 【↓】 key can move cursor position, press【0】 -【9】 key can revise
ID and IP parameters. After finishing setting, press【OK】 key to exit and save it.
