Change your view in a video call
Swap between a view of your own computer, the
main video, and a shared computer

on and off

picture-in-picture view
around the screen
To change what
you see in a
video call, click
the display tab
to access more
controls
Share your computer screen
Select share my PC screen
The other people
in the call can now
see your screen
To share your screen, you need to connect your computer to the
meeting room system. Usually, you use an HDMI cable (and adaptors)
OR a wireless sharing device.

Dialing addresses that include letters and symbols
You might need to dial someone who has a video address that includes
letters or numbers and symbols (a URI). If you need to do this:
Press *on the touchscreen (press the star key). The keyboard appears and
you can enter the address:

Searching in the company directory
Some companies have a lot of entries in the directory. In this case, you might
nd it easier to use the search facility. To do so:
Go to contacts > company directory. Use the keyboard to type the name of
the person you want to nd
As soon as you start typing, the search starts looking. You might only need to
type the rst letter of someone’s name to nd them
