Changing your view in a video call
Swap between a view of the main video, your
own computer, and a shared computer.
Toggle self-view
on and o.
Move the
picture-in-picture
view around the
screen.
To change what
you see in a
video call, click
the display tab
to access more
controls.
Sharing your computer screen
The other people in the call can now
see your screen.
Your computer needs to be
connected to the meeting room
system to be able to share your
screen.

Connecting a laptop
You can connect your laptop to the GTm room system using:
§a HDMI, VGA, or DVI-D cable
§a wireless sharing device that plugs into your laptop and pairs with the
GTm
§Miracast (a software that wirelessly mirrors the display of your laptop to a
Miracast-capable receiver)
§Skype for Business by starting a call between the laptop and the GTm
Ask your IT administrator for the best options available to you
Presentation help
To start a local presentation in a meeting room, select Presentation help
on the touchscreen controller.
If you are already in a call, Presentation help can be found on the right-
hand side panel.
The connection options
are displayed.
Connect your laptop to
the GTm using one of
the options provided
(usually a cable, sharing
device, or Miracast) and
follow the instructions
provided.
Dialing addresses that include letters and symbols
You might need to dial someone
who has a video address that
includes letters or numbers and
symbols (a URI).
Press * (star) on the touchscreen.
The keyboard appears and you
can enter the video address.
